We enjoyed our stay at this townhome. Plenty of room for our party of six. Hot tub was in a perfect spot to watch the cowboys game! Amazing views and not too far from Keystone ski resort. Overall, it was a great stay. I would like to say that the garage is not attached to the unit. That’s the only drawback.

It was difficult to get hold of someone when I needed them. They claimed they emailed the door code but I didn't get it.
I kept getting emails from Summit County Mountain Retreats.
And then here comes
PICK AN EMAIL

In a Dec 14th email from it says Follow the link to access... Well there IS NO LINK. It is just text of a website. All you have to do is make an ACTUAL link. Why make it difficult?
That "link" has everything under the sun about the property (too much)... except the door code.

We showed up and it was an ordeal to get in. The on call lady that I finally got was rude. She didn't understand that we were outside freezing and couldn't get in and they did not send the door code.
What do you think might be the most important thing to tell your guests in their welcome packet? Maybe how to get in.
It turned the whole thing into a miserable experience for me, as far as dealing with this company and the lodging.
I just searched email again on my desktop. No door code.

It was a nice stay. There were a few things that could have been better - one would be to provide extra towels for the hot tub. The smoke alarm was hanging by the wires and not attached to the ceiling. The wind picked up one night and you could feel a draft in one of the bedrooms upstairs. There was a lot of road noise since the place is right next to the road. It wasn't the worst thing though. We still enjoyed the place and the hot tub. My teenage son really enjoyed having the lower level to himself!

We thank you for having taken the time to give us an evaluation of your stay. There should have been 6 towels (the occupancy number) and 5 additional towels (for the private hot tub) in this unit. If you could not find these in the cabinets, closets, or drawers, you are always welcome to reach out to us and we can have the proper number of towels delivered. Sadly, guests will disable smoke alarms all the time and our inspectors should have noticed this prior to your arrival- we apologize for this miss. However, our maintenance team has reattached those smoke detectors the day of your departure. We would love it if you would come back to stay with us again – we have no doubt that the next time you would have the wonderful experience that the vast majority of our guests have.

We had such a great stay at this condo. Great spot for a summer mountain weekend in a great location. Would be amazing for ski season as well! Many beds for a larger family or group.

We loved this rental for our family with teenagers. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of pillows, towels, and blankets, and the showers were hot with great water pressure, and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances in great was very clean and well-appointed with extras like laundry pods and extra paper towels. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax after skiing. We loved the quick access to food, stores, and 70. The hot tub was clean, super hot, and well-maintained. We didn't hear our neighbors at all. The garage was fantastic to store our car and skis. The view of the mountains in the east bedroom is gorgeous! We had an issue with heating in one of the rooms, and the property managers were very responsive and respectful in our interactions. The grocery delivery service was wonderful, arriving late in the evening after a long day of traveling to a stocked kitchen was a fantastic service.

We had a great stay. Everything was in excellent condition and clean. Plenty of towels/blankets. Kleenex was provided. Some reviews said not enough toilet paper so we brought some just in case but did not need it for our party of 6. Town was close and Loveland ski area was great, and close. Wildlife is so close. Two moose walked down the steps near our rental and fox were seen throughout the week in the complex. Would definitely recommend.

My experience was great. My only issue was it was not ready at the time I was supposed to check in. It was 45 min. Late. When I asked if I could have that extra time when checking out they did not allow me later check out. As for the house itself it was great.

We had a great time skiing in the Summit County area. The townhome is close to A-Basin, Copper Mountain, and Loveland. There is plenty of room in the townhome. The bunk beds on the lower level is a great addition. The private hot tub is great!

Lovely and immaculate home with gorgeous views of the mountains from the living area and one of the master bedrooms. Very spacious and had everything we needed to cook meals. The kids loved having the basement with its two bunk beds all to themselves. Both upstairs bedrooms had very comfortable beds. The hot tub at the end of a long day of skiing was more than welcome. With the two master bedrooms each having its own bath, this would be a great home for two families traveling together. Rental company was easy to work with. We would absolutely rent this home again in the future.

The location was awesome very close to all the essentials and just a short 10-15min drive to keystone/Loveland. Hot tub was great and so was the overall space. I will point out though that at 10pm starts “quiet hours” in which there’s a noise meter inside the house that goes off even when youre not being loud. Also neighbors came and knocked on the door twice when we were just in the hot tub talking on a Saturday night. Overall good experience but definitely not somewhere you can play music and kinda turn up a bit.

The condo is beautifully decorated with all the basic amenities that one could need. I visited for a long weekend with two girlfriends. The setup was perfect as we each had our room and bathroom. The view from the deck and the back bedroom is amazing!! Truly a lovely property. I also saw a fox in the parking lot the morning we left!
