Vacation Rental Reviews by

Good Place to Stay

| 4 out of 5 stars
Review by Bill L.

Place was well kept and easy to get too. Good layout and convenient. Gas fireplace in living area was nice touch on our snowy weekends. Definitely a rental I would return to in the future.Only negatives was that the grill was extremely dirty that we decided not to use it as the grates were not cleaned and previous foods cooked on it was caked on. The carpet looked like it could be change as it was dirty looking. And finally, very little hot water. We had a party of 7 (which is the max amount of people allowed on the location) and only 2 people can take a 10 minute shower before hot water ran out. That was kinda disappointing.

Worth the $$

Great customer service, a few things were broke upon entry but noted in log and taken care of within a day. Hard to get immediate assistance do to email communication, and times available. Our Pool keys did not work, but given spare next day. Ok, as someone let us in first night, but otherwise could of caused hardship. Beds ok, not the comfiest. Seating ok two of 3 chairs not comfortable there more for looks, perfer more cushioned seating. There was 6 of us and 2 had to settle for being not so comfortable after a long day of skiing. Table great, works for large seating. Washer/ dryer onsite make for quick, easy laundary. Plenty of cooking supplies/plates/dishes etc. Grill worked, used twice so got the job done. Fire place ok, It was gas. Only 2 setting on or off, I perfer wood, better for heat and ambiance. But probably just a preference thing. Management tried very hard to please as quickly as possible which was greatly appreciated. Parking ok, had to fight for spots as snow pile took up 6 spots. Bathroom well equipted with towels for all, sm travel soap, shampoo and conditioner, we ok, but did not expect anything more. If your picky bring your own. Overall great place, at a great price.

SKI TRIP VACATION

| 4 out of 5 stars
Review by Nancy G.

The condo was convenient to the ski resort as the bus stop was right outside the parking lot. The three negatives I have is #1, the directions to the condo were not correct, so driving in the dark to find it makes it difficult. Management may want to make sure they cut and paste the directions to the correct location. #2, the washer and dryer. No laundry detergent to do laundry and the washing machine smelled very musty. #3, the one bedroom with the bunk beds, when the heat is on at night the person on the top bunk is very hot due to the heating element right above them. The person on the bottom bunk freezes if the heat is turned way down for the person on the top bunk to be comfortable. Otherwise all else good and would recommend the place again.

Manager Response:
Thank you for staying with us. We will investigate the items you mentioned. We are always happy to address any concerns our guests have while they are staying with us.

Roomy retreat could use some attention

| 4 out of 5 stars

Stayed for 4 nights in this mostly comfortable home. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. Kitchen stove/oven was a little wonky. Baked something the first night and the convection fan rattled noisily all through dinner and betond. Had to flip the breaker for over an hour to reset the stove. Shades in the dining and living room are mostly broken and only partially operable. Several chairs in dining chairs were wobbly. Leg on one living room chair buckled and was obviously broken previously. This is a nice home, tastefully decorated, but needs some minor repairs.

This was a wonderful condo for our Family Thanksgiving!

A Great Get-Away

| 5 out of 5 stars

We stayed here just a few days, but really enjoyed this home. It was well stocked with all the toiletries and towels that one would need. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens that we have seen. Plenty of good cooking utensils, dishes and cups, even spices. The home was clean and well maintained. We would stay here again and recommend this home to all.

Nice Place

| 4 out of 5 stars

Had a nice stay! Very clean. Nice furniture. The walls were a bit thin - sitting in the master bedroom, you could hear the person in the shared bathroom (not master bath) as if they were right there in the room with you. The property mgmt staff were friendly - my only complaint with them is that we called to have the pool cover removed (per the sign on the pool door) and waited an hour by the pool for someone to show up - no one ever showed up, so we removed part of the cover ourselves.

Manager Response:
Note: The pool referenced in this review is managed by an outside management company. They have no relationship with our company which manages the property that was rented.

Keystone Visit

| 4 out of 5 stars
Review by Don M.

We escaped the AZ heat for a few days and stayed in this condo in Keystone. Although there were only two of us, the price was fair and there was an outside chance that kids and grandkids might visit. The condo was well equipped and located, and we needed nothing. The only maintenance issue we had was that we got locked out once, and a call to the management company brought a guy quickly to let us back in. No big deal.

Excellent, cozy

It was a good week for us in a really great place to stay. Everything has been updated in this townhouse including fireplace, floors, walls, tile/wood floors and the plumbing. The windows had some issues, but nothing that really mattered. This place was a great value.

We had a great time. It was much better than I expected and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Money well spent

| 5 out of 5 stars

Over Memorial Day weekend we stayed at Soda Springs and found it to be a great value and experience. Quiet, roomy, clean and very comfortable. The stove was broken but the outdoor grill sufficed just fine and made it a bit more like camping. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool many times and seldom had other guest.

Great location

Review by David A.

This was an excellent rental. Very spacious with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Appliances, decor were updated and the house was very comfortable. We liked the open concept between the living room and kitchen. We appreciated the washer and dryer as we used it everyday. The condo has the best view from their doorwall. I was able to see the sun set every night. The location was perfect. We didn't ski at Keystone but used the free shuttle to travel to downtown Keystone to explore. We skied at Loveland which was a 20 min drive and also at A basin which was a 15min drive. The kids (ages 10, 13, 14, 16) loved these two mountains. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Very pretty. I would definitely stay here again. Didn't have any difficulty with anything.

Spring Break in Keystone

| 4 out of 5 stars

The layout and accommodations of the condo suited us very well - we are a family of 4 with 2 adult children. The condo was very clean and maintained well (although it could use a fresh coat of paint). My only complaint was the quality of the bedding. The master bed mattress was so uncomfortable that both my husband's and my backs were killing us by the end of our stay. I actually switched to sleeping on one of the twin beds in the guest rooms. Those mattresses were very basic, flat, firm mattresses, but at least I could walk the next morning. Additionally, the bedding (sheets and comforters) was skimpy. The comforters didn't fit the beds properly and the box springs were visible when the bed was made.

Beautiful Cabin and Very Cozy

Review by Zachariah T.

We had a great time here! The cabin was very clean and well stocked when we arrived. The price was very good for the sizero of the cabin and it was located right in Keystone where it was easy to get to everything. The checkin and checkout process was super easy as well.

FLORIDA RENTER

other than a problem with the bed, which by the way was rectified in a quick and professional manner, we thought this was an excellentfacility. Water heater could have been turned up a bit!!!!

Wonderful house and location

| 4 out of 5 stars

Well laid out home with tastefull and comfortable furnishings. Stayed during a ski trip. Visitors should be aware that the outside parking is about 75 yards from the home. It is a beautiful walkway, but you have about 20 steps up to it.For us, it was well worth the walk. The bedrooms are very quiet as they are downstairs from the main level. For skiers, the bus stop is within the parking area and stops every 20 minutes.Housekeeping items we would like to see improved upon are:1. Lack of wine glasses...only five. The home we stayed in previously was just the opposite with over 40 wine glasses of all varieties.2. Bath towels provided by rental company are small and thin. Considering the pricing, we expected better quality.3. Be sure to bring plenty of toiletries. A lack of soap, shampoo and crime rinse product provided by rental company probably would satisfy you if you were staying at Motel 6 for one night.4. a lack of microwaveable dishes. There are plenty of dishes overall.Overall, we would very much recommend staying at Soda Spring #1904.

Awesome place to stay

| 5 out of 5 stars

Wonderful place to stay... Easy check in and out (don't actually see or talk to anyone). Condo is not too far from the parking lot OR the bus pickup for the mountain house ski lifts. Condo was very clean, nicely decorated, has a very comfy master bedroom, kitchen was wonderful, place is open and inviting! We come to ski and then chill, this condo was one of the nicest we've rented in the 20+ years coming to Keystone - usually rent through the resort (never know what we are getting until we check in). Three bedrooms and two full baths are on the lower level, walk-in level has a great place to store and dry your ski boots and closet for skis and poles, top level is the living room then you go up a few stairs to the kitchen and the dining room (lots of up and down) - but it worked out fine.
