Amazing place!

Perfect place that filled all our boxes and met all of our expectations.

Many great features

| 3 out of 5 stars

This unit is not a bad deal, especially if you don’t plan on doing a ton of cooking. There were some great things, including the mattresses, the hot water, and the water pressure—which are some of the most important features in a vacation home! Also, the super-clear communication and responsiveness from the management company was fantastic. They were really nice and tried to be helpful. That said, though, I’ve never had to contact a rental management company so many times for issues during a vacation stay. The biggest thing—which would have been a deal-breaker if we had known—is that the garage clearance is only 6’8”, which is not high enough for our small SUV with a roof carrier. They were unable to offer any other parking, so we had to remove the carrier and unpack/pack outside in the cold. The fireplace in the unit wouldn’t stay on and the knob underneath had to be tweaked periodically. (The management company sent someone to look at it, but it was beyond his abilities. They said they would be contacting a repairman to come at some point after we left.) The master bedroom has very little lighting, and the second bedroom has no dresser. The living room furniture and kitchen could use updating/repairs. Guests on the sleeper sofa were uncomfortable. The bottom rack of the dishwasher was broken, and some pretty essential items were not provided, including a reasonably-sized cutting board, a vegetable peeler, a rubber spatula, and a measuring cup. There were also only four dinner knives and three wine glasses, which made it hard for six people to eat. On the other hand, though, there were two coffee makers, two blenders, and a mini-electric grill, all of which took up critical cabinet space in a tiny kitchen, and there was no space to put any groceries. Finally, I would add that a large cross and prominently displayed Bibles might make people of non-Christian traditions feel uncomfortable. In general, if none of those things seem important to you, it would be a great

Nice condo - well appointed and maintained

| 4 out of 5 stars
Review by Pat S.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. It is not huge or grand, but is cozy, very clean and well-appointed. And because it was the shoulder season, the price was great. It is situated on a corner, so there are windows on two sides, adding some much-needed light. I would have preferred more lighting in all rooms, except the bathrooms which were well lit. The main room has a few lamps which did not provide much light and the bedrooms had only a small table lamp and reading lights attached to the beds. I had to use a flashlight to see my clothes in the drawers. It would not take much to add more lighting, even if just additional floor lamps in the main room and bedrooms. If you like to play games or watch movies, bring your own - the condo didn't have any games and the common room had Trivial Pursuit (the original) and Password (also ancient). We didn't need to use the heat while we were there, even though the temps fell into the 20s with snow on our second night. Parking was easy in the basement garage - but again, we were there in-between seasons so there were almost no guests. We ate at Sauce on the Blue, where we didn't enjoy our spaghetti and meat balls, but perhaps we ordered the wrong thing. Service was fair.We ate at Pug Ryan's Brewery and at Dillon Dam Brewery, both of which had great food and good service. Since we were there between summer and ski season we had some trouble finding places that were open, particularly in Keystone. But we had lunch at Inxpot coffee house, which had a nice atmosphere and great soup for lunch. Most bike rentals were finished for the season but we found one place, Lake Dillon Liquors, which was still renting bikes. They had put them away for the season, but were kind enough to drag out a couple of bikes for us. Their prices beat the competitors and the bikes were not fancy, but fine for us and in good condition. We had a very fun 3 nights/4 days in the Keystone area and

Great stay!

| 5 out of 5 stars

Our first trip in the summer - and our accommodations were great! We have two college age kids and it was plenty of space for us. Very comfortable beds, very clean, appreciated the private laundry and grill. Nice view of Keystone Mountain and easy access to trails and shopping. Had one service need that was addressed immediately. Will definitely look them up at our next visit!

Great location and space for a family visit.

We enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was easy and we were able to check in early without problem. While we were happy to have a washer and dryer in the unit we were surprised there were linens left in it. When we alerted property management it was taken care of promptly.A couple small issues: if you go out to the spa area the key card does not get you back in the door; the couch in the main area is pretty uncomfortable.

Good inexpensive place to stay

This was the first time using vacation rental. Was affordable and beats staying at a hotel. The only issue we had was the pullout bed was in need of repair.

Great little condo. This place had all the amenities of home plus some! Would definitely stay here again in the future 🙂

Nice place close to the slopes

| 5 out of 5 stars
Review by Steven B.

Great first floor place with easy access in and out. I liked the flow from walking in, right to the lockers and down to the room. Nice views of the slopes. Only downside is the underground parking garage is really low and my truck wouldn't fit (not lifted, just a factory truck). Parking outside is limited. At one point we forgot our key in the room and we called and had a solution in minutes, property management was on point.

Had a great week staying in this rental. It was just as described, short walk to lift, slope view. Cooked almost every night, kitchen had everything we needed. Loved having the washer/dryer, humidifiers came in handy.

Very easy and cozy home. Everything felt very homey and the full kitchen was very nice. The unit was cleaned fully and easy to settle in. There was easily enough space for 4 people.
