I felt like I got what I was expecting upon arrival. The condo was spacious, in a great location and I liked the updated kitchen and open layout. Even though it was Summer we enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace. We were able to have some guests over and didn't feel crowded. We are locals but wanted something different and special for our wedding night, so I booked the condo for 3 nights, a girls night, our wedding night and game night. We didn't spend too much time in the condo, but was perfect for my girlfriends to stay the night in the guest room and for us to dine and hang together. I would absolutely recommend this to others, in fact my sister, who was in town from Florida came by and said it would've worked great for her family on next visit, they are a family of 6.
Great spot, would stay there again!

Unlike many online rentals, this place seems bigger and more spacious than in the photos. Clean, well equipped, great location/value, would definitely stay again!

This was a family vacation for six -- parents, three kids and a boyfriend ages 16-21. The home was in a very convenient location to all of the neighboring communities and activities, as well as, convenient to gas, groceries, and eating out.

The home itself was very inviting and easy for our family. With the two king-size master bedrooms on top, it allowed our boys to be in the basement rooms and as loud as they wanted to be! We enjoyed the living area, kitchen and ample dining seating for all our family meals. The hot tub is right out the kitchen door, so we were able to enjoy the patio and hot tub at night. The bedding was soft and comfortable, as were the mattresses, which is a big deal for our family. Lastly, the whole place was extremely clean.

We did not have any issues with neighbors and parking was ample for two+ cars. There are some hiking trails up the hill from the condo to Lilypad Lake and so much to do that we never turned on the TVs.

Thank you for a great time!

We had an amazing experience staying in our condo! It was very clean and well equipped with all the cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans etc. that you would ever need. The beds were very comfortable and the condo provided plenty of space for my husband and I, our two kids (17 & 20) and their two friends. It was centrally located to all of the activities we chose to do, such as white water rafting, ATV'ing and hiking. Bike & walking trails are very close and only about a 5 minute drive to shopping and groceries. We would definitely stay here again!

I rented this condo along with my husband, my sister, and her girlfriend for four days just before the 4th of July so this review is a bit late, but life happens.

First of all, this condo was absolutely beautiful! This complex was still newly built and some of the units on the other end are still under construction, which didn't impact our stay in anyway. But that just gives you an idea of how brand-spanking-new the condo was. And it was huge! Nearly floor to ceiling windows, a large open kitchen with a keurig, nice big dining room table, and a large living room with a smart tv was so nice for us to catch up. The beds were all so comfy and there was a really nice washer and dryer in the condo so we didn't have to worry about going elsewhere to do laundry. The views out the back were fantastic.

Just a heads up, at the time of our stay, the complex hot tub was closed due to Covid-19, which I think is pretty reasonable considering we stayed in the middle of a pandemic. The hot tub isn't managed by SCMR (the company who manages the unit) so they had no control in this matter and we didn't raise any sort of fuse. We just felt lucky we were able to enjoy the beautiful serenity of the mountains in such a lovely condo during such uncertain times.

Speaking of SCMR, they were wonderful. We come to Summit County frequently and everyone we interacted with was wonderful! All the people in the office were so helpful in the booking process or if we had any questions come up before we arrived. Thank you Avery, Seneca, Mitch, and Brittany!

I will definitely rent from SCMR again and Seasons 1821 will be my first choice because it really is such a gorgeous condo, spacious condo, with the views to match!

Very clean and very quiet! The home was very well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. We cooked every meal at home and had everything we needed. Private deck with a view, patio furniture and a nice grill. Enjoyed the sounds of the Snake River, which runs behind the house. Easy access to th bike trail and a short ride to Keystone Village. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
