At Summit County Mountain Retreats, a sanitary environment has always been the standard.

The in-house laundry and housekeeping staff, alongside standard operating procedures, are critical to keeping every vacation rental sparkling clean and sanitized.

THE BASICS

Each linen and Ivory White duvet cover is cleaned using hospital-grade laundry procedures, equipment, and detergent between every guest stay, including washing temperature of 140 degrees Fahrenheit. In our standard linen program, we ensure that all linens are clean and in excellent condition.

In addition, the housekeeping staff disinfects all surfaces, especially high-touch surfaces, creating a clean and sanitary property after every guest visit. Summit County Mountain Retreats does this to ensure a pure environment for your getaway, so you only need to worry about where your next adventure lies.

The Ivory White Bedding program consists of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. The duvet cover is removed after each guest stay and replaced with a freshly laundered duvet cover. The entire bed is made with fresh white linens for each new arrival. All items are constantly evaluated for quality and replaced as needed.

Our Ultra-Premium Linen program dramatically surpasses all linen standards in the ski industry. We modeled our Ultra-Premium linens after the Four Seasons Hotels & Ritz Carlton.

Ultra-Premium Towels are 40% larger and two times thicker than our standard towels. Our ultra-premium towels are 100% cotton and use a very dense, yet fluffy weave to create a soft and substantial feel that is only found in the finest resorts and hotels. Our Ultra-Premium towels includes bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and bath mats.

Ultra-Premium Bed Sheets are brilliant white with a very high thread count. There is an alternating 1-inch satin stripe that crosses the sheet. This provides a timeless and elegant look and feel. The bottom sheet is fitted and the top sheet is flat with matching king sized pillow cases.
