You can have complete control over how you advertise, rent to whomever you like, and quickly set the price you want. After you have a guest and the settled price, you connect your guest with the property manager, and they handle the rest. This program acts as a pay-as-you-go and pay-for-performance program.
The Silver program is perfect for homeowners who want complete control of their property. You can self-manage your property and manage every aspect of the rental process. The homeowner takes responsibility for letting guests contact them. The program also acts as pay-as-you-go and pay-performance program.
If you have properties in or around the Keystone area and want complete peace of mind in your management, the Bronze package is for you. If there are moments when your home is sitting empty, this program will provide wellness checks, freeze checks, and receive packages and deliveries for you. This program allows you to go away when you want and assures you that your property is in good hands.

Our electronic door lock service is complimentary to all area homeowners. This costs a one-time setup fee. You will receive four keycards, reprogram the Saflok door locks, cleaning cards, and troubleshooting help.
