It’s official, avid mountain enthusiasts and property owners alike! We have some exciting news to share from Summit County Mountain Retreats (SCMR). As the leading property management experts in the breathtaking region of Summit County, Colorado, we are thrilled to announce the grand opening of our brand-new SCMR Office location.
After many years of requests from our clients, we have opened a second location to fully and completely serve all of Summit County. On August 1, 2022, we purchased a new office location in Frisco. This location will help SCMR better serve the surrounding area and expand our reach into Copper Mountain. Our second location is directly off Hwy 9 in Frisco.
Our new SCMR Office stands tall as a beacon of dedicated service and unparalleled expertise. Situated strategically in the heart of Frisco. It is very close to Walmart and Wholefoods. We are fully operational and offer most of our services.
We operate as a 24-hour check-in location (for keycard properties) with a lightly staffed front desk and also as a housekeeping and maintenance hub for the west side of the county. We are excited about this expansion into Copper Mountain and to provide our superior services to Copper Mountain owners.
