We rented this home to attend a wedding in the area. This home was comfortable for the 4 that stayed and exceeded our expectations. The host kept in contact with us during our stay and was available for any issue (which were none).

Great location. Nice,modern property. Very good communication throughout the rental experience. Only suggestion is to replace the stained carpeting on the lower level and stairwell , ideally with laminate flooring.

We rented this house for my daughter’s wedding. We live across the street and had the bridesmaids stay there. It was perfect. The house is very nice. Extremely well appointed very comfortable. Very clean. The neighborhood is wonderful with all of its amenities.

This was a great home in a beautiful neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen, garage and living space were all great for a family or group. Our plan was to explore several mountain towns so it was a good home base. We really enjoyed the convenience of a garage. We even saw deer and 2 foxes from the window! My only note: we were traveling with a little one and the staircase was too wide for a standard sized baby gate, so we had to get creative to ensure safety. Thank you!

I loved the area and this neighborhood has great amenities. Unfortunately this home DOES NOT have access to amenities( Aspen house-pool, hot tubs, gym, game room, pond/paddle boarding) some of the other VRBOs DO have this access. I made the mistake and assumed all did. This home does not have A/C, 8 fans in the home tells you it gets hot. Personally the house was fine, but would pick another in the neighborhood next time.

Very nice house, beds are comfy, we've rented this place 3 times in the last few years, really nice property. One small annoyance is the radiant heating system, it has a mind of it's own, the house will warm during the day due to solar effect through the windows, yet the radiant will be on full blast, you'll walk into an 80 degree house and have to open doors and windows, it's been like that all three years we stayed, but it's a minor issue that would not deter us from staying here again.

The house was conveniently located in Silverthorne, CO. This made a great midpoint for all of the ski resorts that we visited, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Vail. The house had 3 nice size bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, which was perfect because we had 3 couples in our group. The house sets in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again!

The house was a perfect spot for 3 couples, and a good location to access many different ski resorts. It's a very modern, new home community and is very spacious. Management company was very professional and communicative. My only wish is that we had access to the clubhouse and hot tubs, but maybe that's not allowed for renters.

The house is comfortable and well located. Bed and linens are really good; kitchen is well equipped. The garage is a little bit tight for 2 small SUV’s and unfortunately the house does not have access to the clubhouse (gym and spa). Communication via text with the staff is a little slow, whatsapp or something faster would have worked better.

My husband and I had a wonderful little retreat in this beautifully appointed home. We were able to rest exceptionally well and felt very rejuvenated after our brief stay. We really appreciated the small details that made all the difference: automatic open and close blinds system, plenty of high quality toiletries, laundry detergent pods for washing our clothes, etc. Our only issue was unclear direction for trash removal.
We felt very safe in the location and would definitely recommend this location.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Summit Sky Ranch. The house was in excellent condition with high quality furnishings, kitchen appliances, bedding, TVs, etc. Our young kids loved the bunk beds in the guest room! We loved the views of the changing leaves off the balcony and it was so cool to see moose and deer in the community! The house was close proximity to great coffee shops and restaurants in downtown Silverthorne and a short drive to Frisco. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that we were not able to access the clubhouse, pool and other Summit Sky Ranch amenities. That said, we will definitely be back at some point!

The home is lovely, furnishings in great condition, all amenities we could need. Well supplied kitchen, we cooked a couple meals and had everything we needed. The views are incredible! The sunrise off the deck was perfection. Most areas of the house were spotlessly clean(see below for one problem area.) the linens were clean and comfortable, like a hotel.

However, there were a couple glaring issues that would make me think twice about returning. First, the cleaning supplies used left a noxious smell that permeated the house: a fake perfume and cleaning scent combo that aggravated my daughter’s asthma and even made me cough. It took a long time to air out with fans and all doors and windows open.

Secondly, we didn’t stay in the master bedroom as the master bath had mold growing in the shower. The grout areas in corners and edges were clearly covered in mold. I am mold sensitive and just cannot take a chance, so we just stayed out of that room. The rest of the house seemed ok. If you are mold sensitive, I’d be careful depending on how severe it is for you.

For people not sensitive to these things, I would recommend this house highly. For those who are sensitive to environmental and chemical toxins, you may want to think twice.

This is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood very close to silver thorn shopping outlets. The house had very comfortable beds and an awesome rain shower. Has a great sound system. The kitchen had everything we needed. Unfortunately upon arrival things weren’t super clean, looked like the cleaning company forgot to vacuum and wipe down counters and tables. Made us question if things were disinfected. It was a bummer we had to clean before relaxing. The management co offered to send someone to clean, but we had already traveled for the day and were ready to relax. We asked for a refund on the cleaning fee since we cleaned and the management co refused. That was frustrating just because thats one of the reasons we picked this house was because VRBO said it was very clean and everything would be disinfected before arrival , since covid. Otherwise this would have been 5 star review.

We had a great visit to the area. This vacation rental was a joy to come home to after a busy day
playing tourist! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for a meal. The view out the large windows was a welcome every morning. The king beds were oh so comfortable.
The home was spotless. We loved the location, so close to everything but located in a nice neighborhood. You will not be disappointed.

We loved this house. It was clean and spacious. The descriptions all matched what we experienced, and it came with many amenities we were not expecting. GREAT communication and customer service from Summit County Mountain Retreats, and we LOVED the app with all the helpful house and area information. There is a wonderful walking trail that goes up the mountain, which we really enjoyed. We got to see wildlife and enjoy nice cool evenings on the back deck. Good stay despite having some issues with the entry lock on the front door. House was well supplied including fans for those hot summer nights. Only, very minor complaint, was the construction noise from new homes being built, but that was a very minor deal. The home was clean and ideal for our family of 5 and we will look to stay here again.

Highly recommend staying in this beautiful house with great views. It is short drive to hikes and biking trails. There are beautiful hiking trails right there in this quiet neighborhood. The park at the entrance of the subdivision has a dog park and disc golf course!

The house was nice and cleaned. It has pretty much everything we needed. It also located at a perfect location for any mountain activity. We really enjoy our fishing trip up there. I wish we could have stayed there longer, but fun time usually don't last long. Overall, it was a big beautiful home that's perfect for big group of friends or family.

The house far exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in other houses in the area (at the same price)- and they were not even close to the quality and comfort of this house! Every detail was thought of- the quality beds and sheets, humidifiers in every room, any kitchen gadget you would need, and sleds/board games, oh and the heated garage- it was perfect! But the best thing about this house was the windows- they made the house feel so big and let us take in the beauty of the area! I feel so lucky i got to spend new years with my family in this house- it was perfect!!!

Wish the trails would have been open and the constant congestion and noise from houses under construction wad pretty bothersome during the week.

The home is just as described. If you arrive at night, note the property is on the corner -- the number isn't easy to read on the garage. Layout and amenities are wonderful. Most importantly, the place is clean and well maintained. Customer service is prompt and helpful. Be aware the code comes after the cleaning people are done, so likely in the afternoon of the day of arrival. I highly recommend the home.

We stayed here for a week in mid April and skied nearby Loveland. The house looked like no one had ever stayed there before it was so clean when we walked in! This house has EVERYTHING you would ever need to make your stay comfortable. The owner spared no expense building this house. Everything was top notch; the appliances, bathrooms, kitchen... Everything was perfect. If you are looking for an extremely clean and turnkey place to vacation this place is it! We stay in VRBO properties all the time and this one was the nicest and most elegant place we have ever seen. The little town of Silverthorne is awesome too. Great house and great trip. Thanks!

This house was fantastic. From the amazing views to the high end appliances. We had a very comfortable experience staying here. The floor to ceiling windows offered incredible views of the surrounding mountains, and the automatic blinds were a very nice touch. The beds were comfortable and they provided plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The house is a bit hard to find on a map, I'm assuming that is because this is a newly developed neighborhood. Everything we needed for cooking was provided, including a crock pot and a few basic spices and seasonings. It rained a bit while we were there, which wasn't a problem at all. The large newer LED smart TVs, and wireless sound system supplied us some entertainment as we watched the thunderstorms rolling through the picturesque landscape. I will definitely be returning sometime in the future. This was a very lovely house.

We were there the week of July 4 and it was a little warm during the day and there is no A/C other than that it was PERFECT!!!

The home is less than a year old and impeccably maintained. It has premium finishes throughout, a SONOS sound system in multiple rooms and the deck and TVs in the living room and each bedroom. Our stay was awesome!

Loved this property. The location is beautiful and convenient to all the areas that we wanted to visit. Driving to all our destinations: Aspen, Vail, Breckenridge, Frisco, Idaho Springs was minimal. This was a summer vacation so the weather in June was great for us visiting from the desert. The home was very clean, modern but cozy, and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly, management company made it seamless. Hope to have a return stay in the future.

Our family loved this house. It is in a great neighborhood which looks like it will get even better as new amenities are built. Great views. Everything in the house is high end and the kitchen included everything you could possibly need for cooking.

The house was very nice and clean but it was very hard to find because there was a street sign saying "Benjamin lane" and the GPS from the website took us to the midden of an intersection. We had to find a picture of the house and look around the area until we found it. Called the info. Number and the lady was rude and told me a wasn't doing it right because it wouldn't give me wrong directions.

We are sorry this guest had trouble finding the home. Our check-in instructions in the Guest Information Portal give step-by-step directions and state that mapping and navigation systems will not provide accurate information because this is a brand new subdivision. The step-by-step directions would have gotten them to the front door. We do send out several emails reminding guests to read the check-in instructions because they're very important. But, no matter the situation, our expectations are for our staff to always provide friendly service. This is part of our ongoing training and if we missed the mark here we will follow up and improve.

Brand new and Beautifully decorated. I have never been to a property that had everything you could possibly want. Someone spent a great deal of time and effort to make this a “home”. It is also very reasonably priced .We loved it and would highly recommend this amazing mountain get a way !!!

My family and I spent 4 days in this luxurious home. The entire home was immaculate. The kitchen is a cook's dream. Neighbors were very friendly and property is less than 5 min away from local eateries and stores. I would also like to add that the management company was very attentive and always called back within 5 minutes of us leaving a message. All around great experience at this location. We will definitely be back again Silverthorne !!!!
