Had a great experience at this weekend rental. Very spacious, great amenities, and the location was perfect and quiet. It was re4ally nice to hang out on the wrap around patio, cook in t he large kitchen, or hang out in the hot tub! It is also 5 minutes from town. Overall, had a great and fun experience and would recommend.

The stay exceeded any expectations that we had. Everything about the cabin was up to or above standard. We loved the location of the cabin. Private feel but close enough to town for any events or activities. The staff was very professional and was always available for any help that we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The place was incredible! Lots of room. Great hot tub! Had some issues getting into the house, but there was a breakdown within the rental company and not with the house. Overall, great experience!

We had a great time staying at this beautiful property. Having the fireplace and hot tub was such a treat. Everything was neat, clean, and convinient. We had a small issue with a door lock upon check in and everyone was very responsive and helpful to fix the problem in just a couple hours. The location and size of the house were a plus. The details and finish in the house missed the mark and we would not stay again. The main reasons are that the door to the garage did not lock, the tub to soak in was missing the stopper so not able to soak, and the hot tub was unusable due to the chemistry being off until the evening of the last night. We reached out to maintenance and they did respond to the hot tub, we did not notify them of the other items since we just didn't want to bother with them. The house also has an unusual odor on the first floor especially when the heater was on. The location on the other hand was great but requires you to have an AWD/4WD vehicle. Without it, you will not be able to get out of the driveway with snow/ice.

Nice and clean place. Nice size rooms. The only trouble we had was getting our 2wd vehicles out of the driveway when it was covered with snow. But we were able to make it work with the snow shovels and ice melt they had in the garage.

We had a very nice stay. The rental worked great for our daughter’s wedding weekend. Our first view of the aspens from the deck was breathtaking. The location was only minutes away from the wedding in Silverthorne and was the perfect size for our family of six. The kitchen was well stocked. We were able to enjoy the hot tub too. However, we would recommend someone check the railing on the deck. It is quite loose. Also one side of the mattress in the master bedroom seems to be worn out. The lock on the front door needs some adjustment. It didn’t work unless the door was pulled tight as you entered the code. Overall, though, we loved it!

This lovely home is comfy and spacious. It has a great kitchen and big table for entertaining friends or family. The hot tub was wonderful to enjoy under a starlit sky. There are beautiful views of mountains and trees, yet it's convenient to shopping in Silverthorne. There's a wonderful (challenging) golf course next door. My husband and I enjoyed a fun week in September playing golf, riding horses and watching the Aspen turn. We come to Colorado twice a year and look forward to staying here again.

The spacious home in Silverthorne was well located for our day trips to Vail, Rocky Mountain National Park and Georgetown.
Our crew included me, my two daughters and their families and three young grandchildren. There was plenty of space in the three bedrooms. The home has a large deck facing mountains that display there magesty morning, noon and evening. The nighttime is given over to the stars. The living space and kitchen have room for a big crowd. We didn't cook, but all the kitchen essential were there. The oldest granddaughter played her first game of chess on the board in the living room. The house was clean and tidy.
One thing to know about the area. Stores, restaurants and even gas stations close at 8 pm.

Overall the home was OK. When I walked in and put my bags in the master bedroom where I was saying, the master bedroom bed was broken, and the boxspring was laying on the floor on the left-hand side. It was unfortunate that I had to spend time trying to fix that so I could sleep well, also the kitchen had minimal utensils and such items. I think this property is not visited by its owners very often.

We had a great trip! The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook for 10 people for the weekend. Hot tub was amazing. The fireplace wasn’t working and Summit County Mountain Retreats was very quick easy to communicate with- someone came out the next day to fix it. Great and thorough communication overall.

This property was in a great location for our ski trips. The property management was easy to work with. The restaurants in the area were busy when we were there so I would suggest make reservations or ordering carry out.

We booked this home in Silverthorne so we could spend 5 days with our children and grandchildren. There were so many positives--a spectacular view, outdoor seating, hot tub, foosball, chess, large table for all of us to sit for meals, a lovely kitchen (maybe add a pair of scissors and at least two more towels for kitchen?), seating space in living room for all of us to gather, and endless hiking and recreational activities for us to enjoy. All interactions with property management were warm and caring. Our only difficulty was the Wi-Fi. One of our son-in-law's had a 3-1/2 hour training he was to lead on the first morning after our evening arrival the day before. We didn't have Wi-Fi for him to use. He was able to handle his situation through a different provision, so we are most grateful for that. It took nearly a day to solve the Wi-Fi issue, but Scott worked tirelessly until he was able to help us. Without question, it was a family time we will never forget!

I am a bit of a clean queen and this rental was very nice and clean! The sheets were soft, did not smell like fabric softener, thank you very much! Additional pillows, blankets, fan and heaters were available.We had breakfast and dinner there numerous days and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The grill was in excellent condition, they provided an extra propane tank in case we ran out. Oven and stove worked great too! The hot tub was wonderful and enjoyed by a family of 6. They let us know in advance the fireplace was not working, that was disappointing but we completely understood and appreciated the advance notice. (they were waiting on a part) Out of our control, it looked beautiful even off! The location was perfect for skiing, we enjoyed Breckenridge and Keystone. If you’re coming in the winter the driveway is steep, 4wheel-drive is key if it snows. The Dam Brewery had excellent food and of course beer, well worth the stop! Sent a few text to the management service with questions and they promptly replied. I would highly recommend this rental to family and friends and would definitely rent again! Last year we stayed at a different rental and the grill and the stove did not work 100% and some smell irritated my eyes and throat. We loved 1884 Peregrine and plan to go back.

Overall the place fit our needs, there were just a few things wrong, for example the curtains in the master bedroom were missing slates, so open to anyone looking in. Towels for hot tub not there, some of the dishes weren't clean when taken out of cabinet.

We are very concerned to hear your comment about cleanliness. Please rest assured that room cleanliness is a matter that we take very seriously and is of paramount importance to us and something we follow very strict procedures about at SCMR. We have brought this to the attention of the department head for improvement. In addition, we will continue training and developing our associates to ensure that they are always able to deliver the satisfactions of our guests.

Gorgeous mountain views, but a short drive to ski slopes, shopping, dining. Ample bedding arrangements, great kitchen/dining. Loved the 2-car garage. The steep driveway may seem forbidding in snowy conditions, but it was navigable. Lots of little touches provided, such as multiple snow shovels, snow sleds, kitchen supplies, trash disposal, super hot tub ... and Deluxe Scrabble!!! One element needing attention - the fireplace wasn't working. Fortunately, heating was, so we just missed the look of the fire. Don’t expect to get in early. Though it was finished with cleaning at least 2 or 3 hours earlier, we were not permitted early entry. But overall, a mixed family of old and young people was super happy with our accommodations.

We have addressed your concerns by sending our maintenance staff to the unit, they were able to get this fireplace relight and up and going to future guest use. We hope that you come back to see how we’ve implemented your feedback. Unfortunately, due to covid-19 our staff is taking extra measures in cleaning that take additional time, we do our best to accommodate early check in requests but for large homes like this this is not always possible.
