Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Reservations may be canceled without penalty within 24 hours of booking.
- Cancellations more than 90 days from the time of check-in there is a $95 processing fee only.
- Cancellations between 60 and 90 days from the time of check-in: 15% of the total booking is retained and a $50 processing fee.
- Cancellations between 45 and 59 days from the time of check-in: 25% of the total booking is retained and a $50 processing fee.
- Cancellations between 30 and 44 days from the time of check-in: 35% of the total booking is retained and a $50 processing fee.
- Cancellations between 20 and 29 days from the time of check-in: 70% of the total booking is retained and a $50 processing fee.
- Cancellations 19 days or less from the time of check-in: Only the cleaning fee is fully refundable. All other charges and fees are non-refundable unless the vacation rental can be rebooked. Rebooking fees apply.
