We booked this amazing house for our family of 6 + a child. It is very spacious! Great seating for gathering in am or pm together. Kitchen is huge and very nicely stocked. Restaurants fairly close by. Our family was boarding at Copper which was only about 20 min. Keystone is very close.
It was nice that the driveway was cleared for us a few times after snowfall. They also had sleds available in the garage for use and you can sled in neighborhood. Our granddaughter had a great time.
We would definitely book this home again.

We absolutely enjoyed this home. It is even better than the photos can show. My family of 8 stayed in this home comfortably, including two young kids. Not only is it a nice home, but it is also very well provisioned. They thought of everything, even baby gates for the stairs if needed. I can't wait to get back here.

Very nicely appointed. Kitchen storage is fabulous. Roomy and well-maintained. The very nice / expensive bedding was too warm for our taste. The Clubhouse pool was quite cold and the "inside part near the hot-tub is tiny. The decks could have been swept before we got there but squirrels are to blame, I think. Everything worked great.We had a great time and would recommend this to anyone. Do be aware that at 9,200 feel elevation altitude sickness may be a concern for some.

We had a great stay, lots of amenities including kitchen accessories so we did not miss a thing. We only had an issue with excessive heat in one of the rooms and never got a response on which thermostat it was connected to...otherwise, we loved the house!

This home is in a great location and has a well equipped, large kitchen allowing that perfect meal after a day of skiing. The convenience of a garage, ski and boot changing and storage area helped make our visit easy and accommodating. The home was very clean and tastefully decorated. Hope to be back again next year!

This is our 2nd time at this delightful house. It is extremely well appointed, beds comfy, plenty of seating for the 7 of us (all adults). Mgmt company is very easy to work with, and communication was outstanding. Base condo amenities were impressive again and that was one of the many reasons we chose to come back to it. Even saw the fox several times this trip!

Fox Haven was clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was HUGE and we were able to congregate there without being in the way of the cook. The beds were very comfortable and the property management team was responsive for the small item we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Fox Haven is even more beautiful in person than online! The house was very spacious and well-appointed, especially the kitchen. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and private, as well. The neighborhood and lot were gorgeous, having great views of the mountains.

One week rental, family enjoyed Summit county area,
dishwasher only worked on rinse cycle,not draining properly. ( did email for service but staffing issues over holiday weekend) lower level bathroom fan not operational properly. Main level bath off queen bed room ,shower water is opposite H=cold C=hot. master bath toilet seat cracked.

The facility was outstanding. Enough room to all sit around the table for meals and games plus enough space to get away to relax. The clubhouse provided hours of entertainment for our guests and their 3 kids aged 14 to 10. We had a great time

We stayed here with another couple and our grown son - what a lovely house! It had everything we needed! The property managers were outstanding - alerting us early to an oven issue- which they more than surpassed our expectations of fixing it! Beds were very comfortable and we loved being able to make a real fire in the fireplace. Mud room was spacious to hold all our ski gear and the leather sectional was delightful after a long day on the slopes. What a great find!

Excellent location, only about 2-3 minutes from Dillon, and then a quick drive to Breckinridge just around the mountain. House was fully equipped with everything to cook, eat, shower, and enjoy a nice hot shower after a cold day of sledding and tubing with the kids. We really enjoyed the house and will be looking to book it again on our next visit!

We had a great experience. It was one of the cleanest properties we’ve stayed at. Fred or Frederica (I think the fox was a girl) was an awesome surprise to see every day at the balcony door. Communication was great with the management company and they responded quickly to any questions or concerns.

It was a great house to stay in it had everything you would need from cookware to spices. Plenty of room to hangout without feeling cramped in line sardines. Kitchen is spacious. There are 2 deck areas and a reading nook too. It is centrally located to many nearby towns and attractions. There is a cute little Fox that comes out. Just leave an egg outside just off the deck where the bbq pit is and it will come get it. We gave it leftovers and it kept coming back for more. Highly enjoyed the time there. We highly recommend this place.

The house was very spacious and perfect for our group of 10. The kitchen was well stocked, and it had a huge crockpot which was perfect for making stew for our big group. The house was minutes from the Keystone slopes and it was also close to Dillon and Silverthorne. We had some issues getting in with our code, but they called us back quickly and we were able to get in. We would definitely stay here again.

The rental house was very nice, lots of space for our ski group of adults and well appointed, especially the kitchen. The property was close to Keystone Resort, which worked out great for us. My only suggestion would be to replace and update all of the living room furniture. It was outdated, old and dirty. Also, there was not enough seating space for our group to spread out in the living room and we had to split up between the living room and dining room table. A large selectional would work nicely in the living room space for a group.

We had an amazing stay. The staff was very responsive and the house
had everything we needed. It is spacious, comfortable and clean, but the best part was the location, it is close to everything. The kids loved playing in the snow around the house and the nearby sledding slopes and trail. The only downside was that we had to clear the driveway and lay salt due to the amount of snow we got during the week we stayed. Nonetheless, we had an amazing time here amd would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Everything we needed was available. The house was clean and the kitchen was beyond fully-stocked. The property manager was able to answer all the questions we had and gave a list of suggestions for food and seasonal activities near the home. The view is amazing and if we didn't have a giant SUV having access to a garage would be super! It snowed our second day so the driveway was slightly intimidating but the parking spot at the end was easy to maneuver into after skiing. The view from the living room is spectacular and would love to stay again in the spring/summer to take advantage of the deck!

This cabin is absolutely beautiful. The view is amazing. Definitely go in the cabin first before shopping for things. There was so much provided that we had no ida of. The timing of our trip to Keystone was not the best. It was at the time that the ski resort was closed due to the COVID-19. We had already cancelled all skiing plans before we left Denver. I had asked if we could have a refund and was told the only refund was the cleaning fee and we could re book until the end of June. When you have 3 families, it's not easy to rebook for summer as there are so many other plans already made. Therefore, it was a wonderful house, but very large for my husband and I, and daughter and son-in-law as the others cancelled due to the virus. I couldn't afford to just let the money I had spent be unused. The property itself was wonderful. Very well decorated, clean except for when we turned the bed down the first night, it had several long black hairs on the sheet and we had to change the sheets. The kitchen was well equipped except we were going to make homemade pizza and there are no pizza pans. I feel the owner wasn't accommodating for a refund especially when all entertainment was closed. Other venues, Disneyworld, Disneyland, hotels in Vail, Dillon, Keystone did refund money as Keystone was put on a 14 day quarantine after you had been visiting there. We are a very traveling family and have stayed at many VRBO's and will continue but I feel due to the circumstances the owner should have been more understanding. Management had told us they were coming in to fix a leaky kitchen faucet but never came, so it was a continual drip. Thank you for the use of your lovely home, just wish the timing would have been better.

We went with our adult children, 2 grandchildren and 2 close friends to this summit county beauty. It was in a perfect location - close to the grocery and other stores we might need; close to frisco, dillon and all the other adorable mountain and ski towns. It was beautiful, rustic, very well stocked, and perfect for a mountain get away. will definitely be back.

The house was clean and provided communal space for socializing. The property management company offered timely email “reaches”/reminders which I could forward to the other guests. Having access to a recreational path for walking/cycling was a bonus as well as being able to hike from house to the nature preserve. Having a selection of spices available as we prepared evening meals on premises was also a nice addition.

Loved the house! The kitchen was beautiful and big,well equipped. Nice big refrigerator and had a wine cooler. Master Bedroom was awesome with whirlpool tub and shower. Big bathroom and walk in closet. Plenty of bedrooms for our adult kids and spouses. Very clean and beautiful view. Great location!

We really enjoyed our time at this house, spending time with friends visiting from different parts of the country. We called ahead on the day of arrival, and Management was able to accommodate our request for early check-in, which allowed us to put our small toddlers down for naps relatively on schedule - that was a big relief to all of us. The house was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals. We spent much time lounging around on the patio, enjoying the scenery and using the grill. When we weren’t on the patio, we were checking out nearby trails, the reservoir and nearby Breckenridge. Overall a great stay!

With all the bedrooms and bathrooms on three levels, this home was perfect for our family. The GIANT kitchen was fantastic, and flows perfectly into the dining and family rooms. The internet was super fast even with multiple devices online. The tv had access to all the content we wanted. The location was central to several fun places of interest. Dillon and Silverthorne are minutes away. Perfect in so many ways.

This property is a beautiful, clean, updated, well supplied and comfortable home. We would definitely consider returning for a future vacation. However, we were disappointed to find some of the listed amenities unavailable or not working during our May visit: the club house has never had a pool table according to the resident manager although it is mentioned in your listing, the weather was beautiful but the nets were not up on the tennis courts, the hot tub was drained and out of commission the whole time we were there, the bike tires were low/flat and the vintage pump didn't quite do the job, the DVD player was temperamental and wouldn't read DVD's consistently. We hope these issues can be resolved for future guests.

Ideally HOAs notify us when amenities are unavailable and we then share that information with guests. We will follow up and make sure our list of amenities is updated as well as pass along feedback about the home to the homeowner.

This is a great residence to rent with multiple families. Lots of room, and close to Dillon for eating and Keystone for skiing. Entrance to driveway can be a bear if you have a rental car with all season radials. Hose was well equipped, and everyone had lots of space.

The house was great. We had two families of 4 stay at the house. The property location was perfect for our ski trip at Keystone. The house and amenities were good. Plenty of dishes and supplies in the kitchen. The house was clean and well kept. Our only complaint was that the 2 queen beds (hallway bedroom, basement bedroom) seemed to be poor quality. Both beds sagged in the middle and made it difficult for two adults to sleep without drifting toward the middle of the bed. If i could give any recommendation, it would be to purchase higher quality beds for the guests. I put 3 stars for furniture because of the beds.

Our stay was very pleasant. The place was easy to find, easy check-in process, very spacious and clean and we had a lot of fun. Some feedback from the group - invest in a snow blower. The driveway is pretty tricky when it snows. Also, hot water lasted for only 2 people and it was 6 of us. Cold showers in the freezing cold are not very pleasant. But other than that, it was great!!

This property is beautiful, convenient to the ski areas and shops, and well equipped. Kitchen had absolutely everything you would need, including spices for cooking.
A few areas of improvement would be possible if the owner wants to make it a 5 star experience. Humidifiers did not work. Master bedroom mattress is too soft. Temperature throughout the house is difficult to control. We had to sleep with windows open as we could not control the base board heating. Blankets should be thicker and better material. Unit had a good supply of firewood but fireplace would not draw well. It was very difficult to keep the fire going and a lot ash came to the outside ledge and mantel.

We rented this home for a small family reunion. The home was beautiful, with a well equipped kitchen, very nice comfortable furnishings and a nice view from many of the windows and the deck.

We had a great time and were comfortable in the home. It would have been nice to have a shower on the lower level with the bedroom (it only had a sink and toilet) so we had to share with 3 from another bedroom. 5 sharing a shower is a bit too many. We will be sure to think that through on our next rental.
We loved the large kitchen/dining/living space where family could all gather, and not miss out on anything! The decks, also, were lovely spaces.
Some of the doors are ill-fitting and quite noisy. (lower level, for sure)
Next time we will watch for an easier parking situation. The driveway is a challenge to negotiate.
We were a bit concerned about a loose ladder leading toward a very attractive loft. The kids wanted to play up there, but we felt it was dangerous. It would be good to either attach it, or remove it.
Now, here is a disclaimer....I'm a retired Home Ec teacher, so very aware of these things. The kitchen organization (things in the cabinets) was very awkward. We would end up opening 6 cabinets, at least before finding what we need. Here is a logical was to organize...put them at point of use. Coffee cups near coffee maker. Dishes near the dishwasher/prep area. Same with silverware. It would be nice to have more kitchen towels available, too.
The beds were comfortable, and the area was quiet. Great sleeping.
Nice little porch swing to enjoy. It was nice to have a garage (there was hail) too.

This was an amazing place to stay, and it was conveniently located near restaurants, a good grocery store, and shopping. The house itself is very modern and comfortable. Even with 3 families we were not stepping on each other. We cooked a lot and found everything we needed in the kitchen including lots of spices (but bring sharp knives, the ones there are VERY dull). I would highly recommend this for any time of year!

Lovely home and a nice location. Home is in a relaxing woodsy setting in a nice upscale neighborhood. Very convenient to Frisco, Silverthorne, Lake Dillon, Breckenridge. We even drove to Vail for a day trip. Bedrooms, bathrooms and furnishings were great. The luxury bath towels were thick and top of the line. The kitchen is perfect, with amazing amounts of counter space, beautiful appliances, etc. A couple of things could be improved. The outdoor grill is quite worn out and needed a lot of cleaning or needs replacing. The non-stick frying pan definitely needs to be replaced. We would recommend more seating on the outdoor deck. We are not complaining - the house is lovely and we would come back again. Just wanted to share some suggestions the owner could change if they are inclined to make improvements. The property management people at Summit County Mountain Retreats communicated perfectly, and were very friendly and efficient. They have a nice web portal to log into and get all the information about the house, checking in, running the fireplace, WiFi info, how to dispose of trash, the clubhouse, who to call, etc. They are top notch. We would rent from Summit County Mountain Retreats again, and would stay in this house again. Thank you for a great vacation!

The Process to reserve the property was a breeze.
The photos of the home was exactly as what it actually is, just beautiful. It was clean and very furnished with household amenities. The location is close to the area communities with the Lake minutes away. Would highly recommend the property and retreat company to everyone.

Oversll, the house was great. It's in a very convenient location to dillon, Keystone and breckenridge. We stayed during the off season. The pro was the low price, the con was that many places and activities were not available. With regard to the house, the only negative is that it can be loud. It has wood floors, high ceilings and thin doors/walls. So, consequently I and others in my party had a hard time sleeping because we kept waking up when someone went to the bathroom. Aside from the noise, the house was great. Prior to arriving, we read that the club house had s pool table - when we arrived, we discovered that it did not. The hot tub and pool were also not working.

Girls' weekend for 4 long time friends from Denver. Dillon and Frisco are our favorite towns as they're only an hour from Denver so when I-70 traffic can be brutal, there's a lot less of it! House was nicely equipped with towels, soaps, etc. While there were a lot of seasonings in kitchen, the salt and pepper were empty. Oven smoked when we preheated it due to a previous cook's splatter on inside wall. The outdoor grill was in desperate need of cleaning too. Lots of cooked on food. Insidefurniture was all fine but patio furniture was old and wobbly and had no cushions. Size of kitchen and living area was perfect for the 4 of us. Overall, we liked it a lot.

Everything went wonderfully with our stay at this beautiful
Home in Dillion. The home was clean, comfortable and in a great location. We cooked dinner in both nights and had everything that we needed although it would be nice if a few more kitchen ammentities were provided (tin foil, condiments, more large pans). Also, we could not find the dumpsters on the way out. Besides those two very small factors everything was great and we would stay again!

We were very happy with this rental, besides the 2 night minimum stay. The place was clean, very very well stocked kitchen, easy to find, quite, and more. We weren't able to find the humidifiers that were supposed to be in one of the closets but it was too big of a deal. We would stay again, the board games were a great addition. But lastly, it would have been nice to know the hot tub was closed ahead of when we booked. Thanks!

This house is amazing! Beautifully updated, plenty of room for 2+ families, a ton of open shared space, enough room for all to snuggle in by the fireplace. The kitchen is massive with fully stocked kitchen. The master bed/bath are incredible! Close to all the action on the mt with great restaurants nearby. The clubhouse is quaint and sufficient. Will definitely be coming back!

House was as described, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Situated in an upscale neighborhood with great views and a straight shot from Dillon on four lane hwy 6. Humidifiers were to be included on site to help with the dry climate, but we did not locate. Would definitely stay there in the future.

This home fit our party of 10 perfectly. The kitchen and master bedroom were massive. The other bedrooms had plenty of space for clothing and the beds were very comfortable. We made several fires in the fireplace and used the free wifi easily each day. A few negatives: the garage was narrow and long, but would not easily fit our Tahoe or Yukon. The house did not have any kitchen towels and some bathrooms did not have soap to wash your hands. After calling the management company, they did not come to help with these needs. The couches are wearing in the living room, but we didn't mind too much. Overall, this home fit our needs and we would return again!

House was amazing and very clean. Lots of appliances in the kitchen for cooking up big group dinners. We had a issue with getting access to the hot tub and spa, however, the management company quickly fixed the problem by giving my group access to another spa which was fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice location with awesome mountain views, my son-in-law and
grandson enjoyed played basketball at the fitness center, my husband and daughter enjoyed the bike riding around the lake while the rest of family members took a walk with them. Dillon Lake is just a short walk away with a paved trail which extends miles ahead.
The house is beautiful and clean. We all have a great time and totally enjoyed the stay.

Our family enjoyed this house very much.
With bedrooms on 3 levels we were able to spread out but enjoy the kitchen and large table. Probable time to replace the couches soon but the rest of the upgrades in this house are amazing! No visit from the fox.

Fantastic home. 4 bedrooms on three levels. Huge open family room/dining area/ kitchen with large stone fireplace on main floor. Large master bedroom on top floor with wood beam ceiling. Bathrooms on each floor. Detached garage with remote opener. Easy drive to Keystone or Dillon/Silverthorne and I-70. We loved it.
