Great location for easy access to skiing , the village and the store. View was picturesque. House itself has everything possible you would need other than food and drinks. Perfectly laid out kitchen to host several people like we did. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience. We had our kids and grandkids to spend a couple of days in the mountains. We enjoyed skiing, tubing and ice skating. The house was large enough for all of us to enjoy each others space. The patio was great to spend time outside with the fire pit and heat. Great memories with the kids.

The house was amazing and in a convenient location. It was very well cleaned. The property manager was wonderful, checking in frequently to ensure that all was going well. We were able to make use of the early check-in which was helpful since we arrived in Keystone earlier than planned. We had a group of 9 guys and all had a great time. Plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen and the rec room where highlights while we were there. Hope to be able to stay here again!

We had 12 adults stay here for a full week. I plan a trip every year out west for 7-9 days and this place was awesome. The views, kitchen was stacked, beautiful home all around. SO close to the public parking for the mountain. The master bed / bath is HUGE. The only thing I would add to this home is another TV in the main area. We would book this place again.

We had a group of 12 guys and we had a great time. Enough space for everyone to sleep, eat drink and hit the slopes. We lucked out with 2 feet of snow in 48 hours. Lots of powder runs! The place was a great location and short 3 min drive down to free parking. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. One of best mountain places we’ve had over last 7 years of an annual ski trip. Love the house...loved the views.... Loved the location. One thing to be aware of is if you don’t have a 4 wheel or all wheel drive vehicle., You might not make it up the hill to the house.

Simply Amazing. The place was spotless and well maintained. All amenities were perfect. Well stocked. Spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was top notch. Felt at home from the start. Lovely house with enough room to spread out. Very clean with a well appointed kitchen. Some of the furniture could use a refresh and a new grill would would do wonders (confusing to use, a bit dirty with old brushes, and poor heat distribution). Would love to stay here again.

Had a fantastic stay with my friends and family for a couple days. The house did not disappoint and is located in a secluded area just minutes from the closets lifts. The lifts are technically ’walkable’ but that’s subjective. I will tell you that I would drive as parking is free. Only slight negative is the cleaning crew for the rental was 30 minutes behind schedule so we had to awkwardly wait until they were done. Other than that no complaints!! You’ll love this vacation rental.

The property was so beautiful with the most amazing views. It had so many amenities that you never know you needed. The ones thing that was lacking was basic condiments, like mayo, mustard and ketchup and aluminum foil. We ended up popping down to the little store in Keystone for the items we needed. We had a couple of issues or questions that the management company addressed immediately. They were easy to contact and very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay, the area is beautiful, lots of activities to do and we would visit again! Thank you!

Our annual family vacation did not disappoint with this beautiful home. We had an all age family vaca that used literally every room in this house. The fully stocked kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes. The views of the slopes were a plus. The garage door keypad was hit or miss, but the owners provide you with an alternative to enter. Only downside was Check out time was too early. I’d make it 11:00 am. Thank you for opening your beautiful home. I’d love to return!

We rented this home with three other couples to celebrate my wife's birthday and the experience exceeded expectations. The house was not only well-appointed and very clean, but had a cozy and comfortable despite its size. The kitchen was a highlight and had everything one needs to cook and entertain in style. We spent many a cool night on the patio sitting around the gas firepit and it was also a peaceful place for morning coffee looking down the valley. And when the firepit wouldn't ignite one morning, the management company responded immediately and had it going that afternoon. With exceptional service and first-class lodging, I highly recommend this home.

Our family of 6 (4 kids age 2 months - 9 yrs) loved the North Fork Rental. The home was spacious, clean, and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It felt private and away from it all, but still close to amenities. We enjoyed eating on the patio every day, watching the hummingbirds, and aspen trees. The hot tub and media room were also a treat. Check-in and out was super easy. We look forward to returning one day!

Comfortably fit our entire group of 10, could comfortably fit 2 more. Excellent, easy to use kitchen and grill. Hot tub and steam shower were perfect. Plenty of room for indoor activities. Very easy 2 minute drive to the Keystone base. Some of us walked to the hill. Relatively secluded, one neighbor close by. Great option if you're looking for a private get-a-away and willing to pay the price!

We had been watching this property for the past 2-3 years. We finally decided to book, and it didnt dissapoint. Just one thing wasnt perfect: The hot tub "issue". It worked perfectly the first 2 days, but afterwards it wasnt heating correctly. We had to call numerous times, we did get someone to come over on various occations, but the issue was never fixed. So the last days we didnt get to use it as we wished. We later found out, that they had plans to get a new one, so we figured they knew this hot tub had problems. With THAT SAID: The house is a DREAM! Everything else was perfect! The game room is as cool as the pictures! The house is beautifull, the views of the mountain are incredible, even at night; since it overlooks the night skiing mountain! Its just a 3 minute drive to the Ski parking lot (you could walk if you want, but its tricky with the snow.) The master bedroom/bathroom is so big and sexy, the other rooms are spacious, and the bunkbeds in the dorm room are big, fit for couples too. This is by far the best house we've ever stayed in the mountain. If they already got the new hot tub, this is a no-brainer! An experience of a lifetime!

The house is spectacular. Everything you need in a home is provided. The kitchen is fully stocked. The downstairs is where we put the kids and they had direct access to the hot tub. We stocked their little kitchenette downstairs with snacks and drinks and they were good to go all week! Talk about a relaxing time for the parents! The outdoor space on the main level was relaxing and quiet. We cooked out every night on the grill and just enjoyed the weather and conversation. No outside interruptions. There is no TV on the main floor, but that made it even more relaxing. We just put on some tunes on our Bluetooth speaker and it was perfect. The kids had the TV all to themselves downstairs. WiFi was available. We stocked up food and drinks in Dillon before we arrived. The beds were comfortable and there is tons of parking. There is a little river just below the house that you can walk down too. There were chipmunks and hummingbirds to watch outside as well. It was a perfect vacation to get away. The fire pit wasn’t working while we were there but we survived! ��. We fished, we ride UTVs, and rafted. All within 30 minutes of this place. You will not be disappointed in this house.

This home is truly worth considering for a getaway. We did a family vacation with 12 people and everyone was amazed with the layout and spacing. The main level does not have a TV, so you're really left with taking in the views and relaxation. This home is so well equipped, we would not hesitate to rent again in the future. It is such a beautiful home!!!!

This house was perfect in all ways. We had four couples stay very comfortably, we could have had more. We ate in every night because the kitchen was outstanding and the views at dinnertime were stunning. Very clean-would not guess it was a rental.

I have stayed at many properties in Keystone but 227 NF Road is a true full service, luxury, vacation rental. The highlights included: the game room, master suite steam shower, hot tub with views, privacy, overstocked kitchen, and spectacular deck. House was very clean and very well maintained. It is advertised as having "whole house stereo", but this was not working when we stayed. Did not bother us. Just remember to bring your Bluetooth speakers if you want music anywhere else in the house but the game room. All the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The double-queen bunks in the basement worked great for our adult group without children, but would be perfect for kids. River Run was an easy walk in the Fall of 8 minutes. Would be a 5 min drive in the winter, or a 10 min walk in the snow. Super close to the action, but very private as well. As always, the SCMR staff was amazing and even sang me Happy Birthday when I checked out. For the location, price, and service, this is the best rental, and company in the valley. Will definitely be back.

We stayed at this property with another Family for a week over New Year's 2018/2019. It was THE Perfect Mountain Retreat for our Families. The kids loved the basement recreation areas and sleeping together in the giant bunkroom! The hot tub was great and faces West so you can see the entire Valley and enjoy the Colorado sunsets while soaking your muscles from a day of skiing!!
The Kitchen is well stocked with everything you'd need to make a gourmet meal. We cooked and "ate in" together most nights. We even did 'Smores one night on the Fire pit outside on the Patio.
All of the rooms in the house are graciously sized including the Bedrooms. We had 2 families staying in the house very comfortably and had a few friends visit for New Years Eve. The Basement kitchen is also fully stocked which makes entertaining a breeze. The Master Bath has another jetted tub and fireplace but the best part was the oversized double Shower with Steam--another Therapeutic amenity in this wonderful home!
Lastly, the staff at SCMR was fantastic. They responded very quickly when the HotTub got cold and patiently taught us how to keep it from happening again. The SCMR staff and owners of the property also helped us find a lost item that we had left behind in the house. It's really nice to do business with GOOD people!
We highly recommend this awesome home!

Our visit to Keystone was exceptional and this cabin was a main reason for it. The pictures really do not do it justice, it is a truly special property and it made our trip. The views from inside the cabin as well as on the deck from the fire pit are incredible. The kitchen is top notch and the owners vacation here as well so the cabin is stocked with all the little things you never think you will need. If you are looking to impress or if you are wanting a luxurious stay in the mountains this is the place! We are excited to come back!

We were lucky enough to stay at this beautiful house fro three nights at beginning of July. The size of the house is enormous, we had a group of 5 adults and 4 children and had ample space.

The house was very clean and beautifully presented. The kitchen was stunning and had every appliance and kitchenware that you could need. Very well stocked. it was a pleasure to prepare meals in.

The bedrooms very large with nice linen and the master room a oasis. The kids loved the bunks down stairs and the entertainment in the basement area.

The spa was freshly filled and all amenities were in great working order.

The views from the property were stunning and not to far out of town.

We had an amazing vacation here and I would defiantly recommend this property to stay at.
