Description

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom duplex sleeps 8 and features a private hot tub on the outdoor deck. There is a master suite upstairs and the kitchen has granite countertops. Enjoy the convenience of the two-car garage and private laundry. The Summit Stage bus stop picks up just down the street.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a mounted Smart TV and a gas stove with comfortable oversized furniture. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and extra linens are in a closet. The homeowner has provided a Blu-ray player, DVDs and board games for your enjoyment. The deck is just off the living area and features a private hot tub and a gas grill. Enjoy a good soak with fresh mountain air after a long day of outdoor adventure.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six and there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is also a half bath on this main level. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Across from the living area is a bonus room.

All three bedrooms are upstairs. The master suite features a queen-sized bed, a mounted Smart TV and a seating area near the closet. The en suite bathroom features a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a walk-in shower with tile surround. Enjoy the added luxury of heated floors and an upgraded shower system. The first and second guest bedrooms both have queen-sized beds and one offers a Smart TV. These bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. The private washer and dryer are inside this bathroom. For your convenience laundry detergent is provided.

Enjoy extra soft oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. Take advantage of this added luxury because less than one percent of properties in Keystone offer linens of this quality.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

Very Nice for a Large Family

This was a perfect cabin to host a larger family. Everyone slept comfortably and the kitchen was available to make big meals. Only downfall was the hottub did not work. That was a huge bummer, but overall was a pleasant stay. Beautiful setting and a great location. Thank you!

2024 4th of July vacation

Love our time at this rental this is the 2nd year of our yearly family vacation.
We love our experience the only problem we had was with the washer. It wouldn’t do a full load and the laundry would stop while it was wet. Maybe we weren’t doing something right because we would have to stop the washer and start over.
Beside that everything was perfect as can be and still plan to come to the rental next July

Beautiful 3 bedroom with private Hot Tub

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. It has 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths. We made good use of the private hot tub which is right out the back door on the deck. Loved the convenience of having our own garage. The unit was just as described and was very clean with full kitchen amenities. We had plenty of plush towels and were given start up items such as shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper and other essential items. We appreciated having humidifiers and fans for each room. The temperature of the unit is set for you and we did struggle with how hot the unit would get especially at night( we were there the month of March). It is located in Silverthorne and close to shopping and amenities. We skied at Breckinridge and the drive was about 25 minutes. I would recommend this unit, and other than the temperature and not being able to adjust to our liking, I give it 5 stars.

Long Weekend Escape

We had a wonderful time, the condo was fantastic, lots of room, very, very nice, very clean, and the neighborhood was very quiet, no loud parties going on. The hot tub was great, we used it several times. The views of the mountains were limited, but you were close to everything and it was very convenient.

Loved it!

Great Location, clean and comfortable for the whole family. Lots of games and a hot tub so we could have a fun relaxing family vacation

Suggestions: the shower in the master bathroom needs fixed, it is a pain to turn off and on there is a full page of instruction taped to the wall of how to work it.
Also we stayed home 1 night an cooked and didn't have any pot holders. not a big deal we used dish rags but it might be a good idea to pick some up for the next guest.
Overall WE LOVED IT so much and thank you for the GREAT memories!

Pretty great

Everything was all around great. The hot tub cover needs fixed though. It's broken and doesn't work properly. The property could also use some PAM or some non stick pans

Excellent Cabin!

I really enjoyed how cozy and warm everything was. It's about a 20-minute drive from Keystone Mountain but we took advantage of the hot tub and garage to keep us warm.

central location

Early ski trip

The condo was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. I would suggest that the hot tub cover be fixed as it was broken on one side and didn’t appear to close properly which didn’t allow the hot tub to heat effectively.

We will have our staff investigate this cover and get this readjusted or replaced as needed, we truly appreciate you letting us know. Before this guests arrival our staff was able to confirm that this hot tub was reaching the desired temperature, please keep in mind that on colder winter days the tub can cool off during use, if the cover is replaced after each use the tub will heat back up to temperature. Great Mountain Stay

Really liked the house; as a duplex it was quiet, not on top of other folks, and easy to access. The kitchen and living areas were clean, spacious and comfortable. Nice to have downstairs powder room. Deck & hot tub were very nice. Liked the bedrooms & baths; open closets a nice touch. HNdy washer & dryer in main bath. Super clean, with nice personal touches from staff. We’ll stay again!

Mountain Vacation

Our rental was very clean, roomy, well furnished, and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook meals. The neighborhood was quiet. It was and easy drive to stores to get whatever we needed and to places to do things and beautiful sites. We loved our stay.

A great spot in the mountains

This property was clean and well-maintained. All we needed was there for us. We found a perfect hiking trail about 5 minutes away, so we took daily walks along the trail. The wildflowers were in full bloom and the views were panoramic. We had small children with us, and were able to find a nearby park and playground, near the docks, so another great place for walks. And we enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The management provided good communications before, during and after our stay so we felt well cared for. We can positively recommend this rental and hope to return sometime.

Great Family Rental!

House was clean when we arrived and everything worked as expected. We are a family of four with young children, so the house fit us well! It was located with easy access to town and I-70. Will definitely be back!
