Come summer, the gas grill and seating on the deck can come in handy for cookouts in the mountain air while you take in the serenity of the continental divide. When it is time to relax, cozy up by the wood-burning stove or enjoy a movie on the large flatscreen TV. Don't forget to bring along your swimsuit as well to soak in the private hot tub each night. Whether you have come to ski to your heart's content or simply enjoy a summer vacation in the mountains, this gem will be perfect for you and your family.

This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom stand-alone mountain home sleeps 8 with 1 King, 2 Queens, a twin over twin bunk bed, and a twin over queen bunk bed. The kitchen has plenty of room to make a home-cooked meal and includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a coffee bar. Off the dining room, sliding glass doors welcome you to the balcony and grill where you can really immerse yourself in the views. The main level also offers a washer and dryer and a half-bath for guest use. The entryway is equipped with a bench and hooks to easily remove and hang all your gear after a day on the slopes. This home is only 12 minutes from the town of Breckenridge and its ski resorts so you are able to adventure on the mountain or get cozy and enjoy the peaceful, mountain area.

Located on the top floor is the master suite and first two guest bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King bed and en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and windows with gorgeous views of the surrounding greenery. The second guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed and adorable animal themed decorations, making this the perfect room for kids!

Head downstairs to the second living area where there is an additional dining table, seating 4, board games, leather couch and matching recliner. Downstairs, there's an additional entrance from the 2-car garage with cubbies and hooks for storage. The fourth guest bedroom is also located on this level, offering a queen-sized bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed + twin trundle

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. Breathtaking Place
Quiet, peaceful, gorgeous, delightful, spacious, etc.. With end distance of towns, sites and shopping. Plenty of spots to go go hiking.

Beautiful Home, Treacherous Drive Up
This home is beautiful. Waking up to the mountain views and the snow is something that our Texas family rarely has experienced. Something else we haven't experienced: getting our cars stuck in snow on a steep hill. This house has a VERY steep hill that your car must be able to travel up in order to hair pin turn into the driveway. So, be prepared if you are coming at a time when snow/freezing precipitation is possible. Tire chains are not enough. We had to call a tow truck to come get one of our cars out, then we had physically to haul all of our things from the bottom of the hill to the top, where the house was. The next day, we were able to rent cars with 4 wheel drive in town and had to find a place to leave our cars for the week.

We had an amazing time playing in the snow at the house. We had 4 adults and 4 children staying here and had plenty of space. The downstairs has it's own living area and bedroom that our older teens enjoyed having to themselves. We didn't get to enjoy the outside decks because they were covered in snow, but I imagine they are wonderful as the mountain views from this house are gorgeous. The drive into Breck is an easy and fairly quick one.

The shower water, for us, didn't stay warm long, so we all took turns taking showers in the master bathroom that has a sauna/steam feature, which was nice to have. There were a couple of cleaning issues of things that had been overlooked, but nothing major. I noticed some spots on the walls by the toilet in one of the bathrooms and a dirty electric skillet in the cabinet.

Overall, we had a wonderful time together as a family in this house.

If staying in Breck again I would definitely consider booking this property. Everything about the property meet our expectations. All wheel drive, 4-wheel drive is required to get to the property in the winter season. Don't risk being able to get to it without.

Great mountain cabin!
Easy check in. A ton of space, not too far from downtown. Very nice place and would recommend for groups visiting the area!

Beautiful mountain retreat
The cabin is a wonderful mountain retreat! There is plenty of space for a large group--three bedrooms upstairs 1) primary with king bed and bathroom with double vanity, jetted tub, and steam shower 2) guest with a queen bed 3) bunk beds (single over single, and single over double) with a bathroom upstairs to share between guest and bunk bed room. There is also a bunk room downstairs, so plenty of room to spread out. The main living area is roomy as well and we found the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The house was super clean and everything was really comfortable--beds, sofas, etc. We also saw a couple of foxes and a moose right from the house! It was super close to some beautiful hikes and to Breckenridge and Frisco where we did some standup paddleboarding on Lake Dillon.
