This welcoming single-family home is the perfect place for your next getaway. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps 10 guests in a king bed, queen bed, twin-over-full bunkbed with a trundle, and twin daybed with a trundle. The living area is spacious, with vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, and plenty of room for everyone to gather. From the oversized patio or private hot tub, you can enjoy stunning mountain views while overlooking the large fenced-in backyard. Located near downtown Silverthorne, this home is ideally situated for your stay.

The main level includes a fully-stocked kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a welcoming living room. The living room is perfect for family gatherings and is equipped with a Smart TV, and a gas-burning fireplace. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, including cookware, tableware, and stainless steel appliances. There is seating for three at the breakfast bar and six at the dining table. Beyond the dining area, you can access the private backyard complete with a hot tub, where you can relax and take in the incredible mountain views.

The first guest bedroom is located down the hall and features a twin daybed with a trundle, a large flatscreen TV, dedicated workspace, and children's toys. A half-bath and a laundry/mud room with a full washer/dryer are also located on this level. An initial supply of laundry detergent is provided for your convenience. The private 2-car garage is just beyond the laundry room.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom is located at the top of the stairs and features a king bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, loveseat, dresser, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Two guest bedrooms are located down the hall. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a Smart TV, and the second guest bedroom has a twin-over-full bunkbed with a trundle. The full guest bathroom is located in the hallway and has a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

*Please note: This home has a minimum night requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must book a minimum of 2 nights. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

Vacation in Silverthorne
Great location, nice beds, comfortable furniture. Lots of towels. Nicely decorated. Fireplace was nice to have as it rained a lot as was quite cool at times. Nice kitchen but didn't have any covers for frying pans. Couldn't use the outdoor table because of the rain. Hot tub was nice but water needed to be cleaned as we had lots of foam. Had to call Property management more than I liked for things but they were very pleasant. Faucet in master bedroom was broke when we got there and could not be fixed while we were there so couldn't use the shower. Very disappointing. Management sent someone over to look at it when we weren't there and he shut off the water, didn't leave us a note or anything and we had to call again which took some time for someone to find out what was going on & to have him come back and turn the water on. When he came back he said that the faucet has been on back order for a while. So the place was rented out to us knowing this. The next day we didn't have any hot water, so we had to call again and have them come back to find out the first person didn't turn the hot water valve back on. Also had trouble with the door not unlocking at times. One more thing that was broke was the lights in front of the steps to the hot tub. It was very dark at night and the back porch light did not light that area up very well.
We are looking for some type of compensation for all of this. What would have happened if we had five or more people and there was only one shower working?

Thank you for your review and feedback. Unfortunately right before this guest checked in our team noted that a shower handle had broken and made one shower in operable and the part was not something that was easy to purchase, however we are working with this guest about their feedback and request for compensation at this time!

Overall met our needs quite well, was in a very convenient location, and the hot tub was an amazing feature after long days in the mountains. The property itself could use a lot of upkeep maintenance though - rotting and difficult to operate windows, front door lock is temperamental, and ice maker leaks water onto floor as ice in chute slowly melts. Also, texts, emails, and check-out instructions during our stay appeared generic and not specific to our reservation or the property, which was mildly confusing and annoying. None of that really impacted our stay much though, so I'd probably book it again if I was in the area.

Beware of Neighbors!!
Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Other than that, stay was compromised by complaining neighbors!!

We had a large group w multiple cars in from multiple states. There was plenty of room for our large group. Unfortunately, since we had multiple cars and people stopping by for the day to celebrate a birthday, neighbors complained and even called the property company. They complained of noise which we weren’t really outside except to hot tub and grill and it wasn’t the full group. Keep in mind, this was all before it was even 8pm!! They called in to complain of noise and cars. There was no “no parking” signs yet one car got a warning from the cops. It really put a damper on the celebration when I started receiving phone calls from the property managers to tell me all this and even threatened to drive by.

Beware of the neighbors if you have a large group w multiple cars. House only accommodates “4” although driveway and garage will hold 7.

Also, garbage disposal needs replaced.

We received a noise complaint and a report of 9 vehicles in the driveway, although only 4 are allowed per HOA regulations. We want for all of our guests to enjoy the property and apologize for any disruption these complaints may have had on your stay. It's important that we respect the communities and neighbors of the properties we manage, so we do diligently follow up on any reports. We attempted to call and text multiple times after we were notified of the complaints and did not receive a response, so our next step would have been to visit the property but appreciate that you responded before then. We're sorry for any issues you experienced with the garbage disposal and would have loved the opportunity to fix this during your stay. We have passed this information along to our maintenance team.
