Location was great. Loved having 3 king beds and the open kitchen living area. Plenty of room. Hot tub was great after hiking and biking each day. Had a moose grazing out in front of the townhonme one day.

The condo was wonderful! Very clean & communication was efficient! Great area as an end unit in nice neighborhood with beautiful trees off the deck. Close location to drive to Main Street. Walked 5 min down the street to great Mexican Restaurant! Digital Guide Book was helpful.

We come to Frisco to get married. We had our parents with us and this house gave everyone plenty of room to have their own space. We were 2 minutes from Main Street with was perfect for shopping and getting breakfast. We were also only 15 minutes from Breckenridge. Everything was nice and updated. The place was very clean. Everything in their information book online was incredibly helpful. I would 100% stay here again.

We had such a good time. Our kids loved the hot tub and having their own separate space for playing games and hanging out. It was super close to Copper, and it was incredibly close to a bunch of shops. We walked the trail around the neighborhood and it was great.

Great space for family reunion stay. 7 of us stayed here comfortably across three floors. The weather was very hot during our stay, and the upstairs bedrooms need more/better fans and ventilation. Location is convenient for walking to businesses, but quiet neighborhood.

we had a great time in this rental. communication before we arrived was excellent, the house was perfect for 9 of us, the location was great. The house was extremely clean with all the correct amenities. We loved the hot tub, sledding and running on the Frisco bike path.

PLenty of open space to hang out with the family. Nice back patio and grill with hottub. Close to everything in town. I do not like the early check-in fee of $15 per hour. I have never seen this before. If it's ready and we're early, let us go early. It a cheap money grab and not cool.

This condo was roomy, well-equipped and comfortable. Plenty of room for six adults--King Size beds were a plus-- It is nice they are updating parts of the condo with new decor and such. We had walking access nearby.. Managers were very responsive. The 2 car garage was so nice as well as the back patio and hot tub. We would definitely recommend this as a great stay!

We love this duplex! It is spacious, the mattresses are comfy and the kitchen works for a large group. There is some definite wear and tear but that is to be expected. The location is fabulous and there is plenty of parking. The new hot tub this year was lovely! Three suggestions for immediate improvement to the guest experience: a tea pot, scour and bleach the master shower floor and fix the lift for the hot tub cover.

We had a group of 10 adults (5 couples) stay together here for a reunion and ski trip. The house was in excellent condition with plenty of space for our group to live comfortably together for a long weekend. Location was amazing - we were walking distance to a great local brewery (Outer Range) and multiple grocery stores. Very easy access to the many ski resorts in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was a great opportunity to bring adult friends together. We had 5 adult men for a ski trip and this home easily provided enough room and beds. 3 bedrooms upstairs with king beds was awesome. The basement provided plenty of room as well with a Queen and bunk bed. The living room had 2 huge couches and other seating to accommodate 10+ people. The hot tub is 6 short feet outside the sliding porch door. The kitchen provided all the essentials to make meals and we didn’t need to eat out. Safeway is 3 blocks away to go grocery shopping.

Wasn’t clean, hot tub was green, basement didn’t have heat, bathroom sink didn’t drain, fireplace didn’t work. Called about issues and was told someone would be out but they weren’t and issues weren’t resolved.

Loved the location. Close to everything, including the interstate, but very quiet. Well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Very roomy and open so great for large groups. The hot tub is huge and an added bonus . We had a few minor issues that we shared with the rental company after our trip. Wasn’t major enough to have them come out during our stay. They were very appreciative we let them know and said they will take care of those issues. The place is dated, which didn’t bother us, but still very nice.

Overall we had a very nice stay. One drawback was the television in the main living room never worked. We called and someone came out but was unsuccessful in getting it to work. We were also very surprised at the number of fees on the final bill. We didn't use the hot tub but were charged $70 for chemicals. I'd recommended asking what the total cost is before reserving.

You booked a property with a private hot, therefore the associated fee for a private hot tub ($35) was added to your bill- we do not modify charges based on whether a guest uses an amenity or not. The total booking cost was broken down in detail on the rental agreement that you initialed and signed so pricing was always clear up front. Spacious, has many extras. The beds and rooms were great. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and spices. Our wedding was held at Frisco Adventure Park and it was minutes from the house. Convenient to grocery stores and Walmart too.Could not find an iron or ironing board, "we really searched". but called Summit County and they delivered a brand new one that afternoon. Great Service! Spa on the deck was a big hit and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend this place for large family or friend gathering.

Check in and communication was easy and effortless. Place was clean and had all that was needed for a comfortable stay. A couple challenges were resolved quickly. I would suggest a new mattress for the basement queen. A new coffee maker wouldn't hurt. And detail what kind of coffee maker (pods vs grounds) in description so grocery shopping is easier. Some parts of the home are a bit dated but well maintained. Overall, it's a great place and we had a great stay. Is definitely on my list of winter options now.

The house was perfect for our 8 people group. Kitchen well equipped and hot tub was used every night! Bedrooms were a great size and the basement was perfect for a family with a child! We had a wonderful time at Hawn Drive! The place was extremely well equipped and had everything we could possibly need. It was spacious and allowed for our large family to be extremely comfortable. The kids were happy in their own large space in the basement. The location could not be any better with easy access to so many ski areas. Grocery shopping was very easy as anything you needed was 3 minutes away. We hope to take another ski trip soon and we will definitely be renting this place again!

The location was great! Walking distance to groceries, restaurants and a wonderful craft brewery. An easy drive to ski or hike. The Parking for multiple vehicles was also a huge plus. We always end up driving up from Denver at different times in different cars. The 3 bedrooms upstairs with king beds and the extra beds on the lower level was really nice too. But the main hang out area with a lovely kitchen, comfy couches, a huge tv, gas fireplace, table that sat 10 and awesome hot tub out on the deck was where we spent our time. Those that wanted to stay up late went down to the lower level and others up to bed. The young adults in the family want to stay longer next time. It would be a great rental in any season so we will return. Maybe when the aspen are turning in the fall!

Rental was very nice. Perfect for what we needed. Management asked us on the first day if there was anything we needed. It was not a problem for us but the basement shower was clogged and was fixed by the time we got home from skiing on our first day. I have rented in Summit county for about 15 years and I would say it was the easiest check in and best management process I have dealt with. Thank you.

This home was spacious and wonderful for our two families. It had three bedrooms with king-sized beds and then a game room/bedroom downstairs that was perfect for our teenage children. The house is close to shopping, dining, and the interstate making it easy to get to ski resorts.

This house is great for families because of the living areas. The basement sleeps 6 (w/ pullout couch) and there are plenty of areas to unpack/store belongings in the lower level. The hot tub worked great. We loved being walkable to a bike rental, other stores, a coffee shop, and a small park all less than 1/2 mile on flat ground. The "downtown" area of Frisco is about a mile away, also flat and walk/bike path friendly.Property was clean and many "extras" such as spices, coffee filters and plenty of pots/pans/utensils. We had a great outing to Outer Range Brewery one night - very fun place.

We had a fantastic time at our vacation rental in Frisco. Highlights included the hot tub, the basement game area and bunk beds for the kids, and open main floor layout. We also like the proximity to hiking trails, restaurants, and breweries. Frisco also proved a great central point between Keystone and Breckenridge. Overall, we enjoyed our experience at this rental home immensely and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great experience here. Lots of room, well taken care of, clean and a very well stocked kitchen. We do a lot of cooking and this is probably the best kitchen we have cooked in over the past 10 years of coming out to Summit County to ski. Having a private hot tub was ideal, as well. Also, the fact that it is very close to grocery stores, restaurants and I-70 made it a very convenient location as well. We will be back!

Great place and location! Proximity to mountains, stores, food... perfect. Summit County Resorts was responsive to any requests and they deserve a thumbs upas well!
Spacious house for 7 of us with plenty of room with nice accommodations.
Watch for large blocks of snow and ice sliding off roof into the driveway - just a note for safety.

We had a wonderful time during a vacation. The rental was nice as the pictures displayed and the maintenance crew was very helpful. We had no problems. The property is quite and we were able to enjoy one another. There is plenty of room to spread out or to hangout amongst each other.

Great place easy to get to can walk to shops and easy to get to ski resorts but need a AWD vehicle. WE found everything in the house including spices if you want to cook. It was snowing hard while we were there. Wish someone would come to shovel the snow.

Everything was exactly as described in the listing. All the beds were super comfortable, the furniture was nice. The outside deck and hot tub were perfect for sitting around and hanging out at night. Close to town and everything you need. Perfect for large groups, plenty of space for kids to have their own area downstairs. Would definitely love to stay here again.
