Arapahoe Lodge #8130

The place itself was beautiful and I’m immaculate condition. It is very large and was able to accommodate our group of parents and toddlers. There were three bathrooms which was a huge plus. The downside la for us were the later check in of 5pm as we were there for a wedding and had evening festivities we needed to get ready for. We were able to request and earlier check in however did not receive one. The other two issues were of safety concern for us traveling with toddlers. There were no screens on the bedroom windows and the upstairs top bunk of the bunk beds had no railing. With older kids it’s not as big of an issues but with the little ones we couldn’t allow them to sleep up there. The staircase to get up to the top bunk was not super stable as well. All in all this was beautiful place able to accommodate a good amount of people very comfortably. We would absolutely stay here again.

This rental was fantastic. Everything was so clean and updated. The kitchen was thoughtfully designed and well stocked for cooking for a crowd. This was the best rental property we have experienced in terms of cleanliness, space, design, and quality. We particularly enjoyed the eclectic artwork which was quite the conversation starter. The location could not be beat and our group hopes to return soon! If we were forced to register any complaints, it would be that it would have been helpful to have a humidifier in every bedroom.

The unit was great. There were 8 of us. Never got in each others way. Nice dining table. Own bathrooms for bedrooms. Kitchen stocked well. However could not do d a cutting board. close to all shops. Just outside lobby door. The only drawback was the village was using a loud truck too early in the morning right below us. Woke us up. It was not part of the construction. Not homeowners fault.

Overall positive and a nice condo. Some of the furniture is worn and needs replacement. There are 2 decks - but they are small and not functional for a large group- no grill.
Unfortunately, our stay coincided with construction to repair the street below - early morning noise from jack hammer and heavy equipment starting at 5a. Management was friendly and helpful. Directions and access instructions could be better.

Thank you for the feedback. We only manage the individual vacation rental. The HOA, of which we are not affiliated, manages the complex and its parking. We just pass along the rules. We understand that one parking space for a large rental can be an inconvenience. Many guests work out a system where they drop off members of their party and then go to the overflow parking lot to pick up the other members. We're glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise!

Fun summer vacation with 5 grandchildren ranging from 6-13 year old. Perfect location, very easy access to gondola, bungee jumping and kid friendly restaurants. We'll be back next year.

The house was great, and we had a lot of fun, but some of the beds need to be replaced badly, as you would sink and be in the middle of the bed.. The one in the far back with it's own bathroom next to other bath is the worst. My Sister and Brother in law ended up sleeping on floor since it was so bad, but other than that the place was great.. Just some new beds, and the dining room chairs are very loose

We had a fabulous time in Keystone for a long weekend in June. The Condo was fabulous and had plenty of space for 4 couples. We loved that everything was centrally located and we could walk to many shops and restaurants. The check in and check out process was very easy. The pools and hot tubs were great for relaxation and the balconies at the condo provided good views of the mountains and River Run village.

The location was perfect especially for my grandkids who were first time skiers. Ski School and gondola were steps away. The property description was just the way the condo looked. Pool, ski locker and grill were nice amenities. This condo was perfect for our family vacation. We will return. Thanks!

Unit was comfortable, spacious, and nicely decorated. Very convenient to the gondola, shops, restaurants and day care. Would definitely stay here again. Note: The unit comes with only 1 parking permit.

Very spacious room! We had 7 people staying with plenty of room left over. It is really, really close to the center of the Keystone Ski area restaurants, shops, and Gondola. I’d stay here again definitely.

We were very satisfied with the rental. Location is great! Had a lot confusion on parking passes and hard time getting help/response from the rental company regarding this. We had 11 people and only 1 parking pass. Very frustrating!

We're glad you enjoyed your stay and are sorry you experienced frustration regarding parking. If our staff was not clear about parking we apologize. Regarding parking, we do not manage any parking in Summit County. The HOA for the complex you stayed in offers one parking per space per rented unit. Keystone Resort, of which we are not affiliated, manages all other parking in Keystone. For the 2017-18 ski season, they changed their parking policies and now only offer overnight parking at the Keystone Lodge lot (located on the north side of Highway 6). This information is in our Guest Information Portal which all our guests can access. We understand that with large parties this can be difficult to manage but we hope between carpooling and the resort shuttle guests are able to make due. We recommend contacting Keystone Resort with all parking-related complaints.

This was our first time staying at this specific property, this was our biggest group we've ever brought to Keystone and we were so happy with everything overall. The property was beautiful, very spacious and perfect for a large group. Kitchen was so user friendly and had everything we needed. Fireplaces all worked, balconies were beautiful. Rooms were designed well, beds comfortable, bathrooms beautiful and user friendly, etc. Only complaint was that the speaker system in the walls didn't work, as we wanted to play music but didn't have a way to do so. Other than that, everything was amazing!!

Just went on a trip with me and 6 of my buddies and we had a blast. It was early in the snow season so the town wasn’t busy until the weekend which wasn’t too bad of a thing since the mountain wasn’t crowded when we snow boarded. The Home was cozy and definitely met expectations and I would definitely stay there again!

8 if us came for a girls weekend and we had so much fun!!! The condo was spacious and very well equipped. The location was perfect and the staff was so helpful and courteous. This would be a great place for a bunch of adults and would work well for a few families to share as well. The hot tub was fabulous. Honestly we had an amazing weekend.

Everything you need was sent via email and had all the pertinent information you need to enjoy your stay. Checking in and out was really easy and stress free. We loved the Penthouse and would go back again!

We stayed here in June for a friend's wedding and had a great experience! There were 9 of us in the room and there was plenty of space. The kitchen is large and there is a ton of places to sit and eat. The patio looks out onto the square and it is minutes away from the gondola.

Great location - 2 min walk to gondola, River Run Village, and really anything you need.
The condo is a bit dated, but pretty clean and functional. Really only sleeps eight well, although there's a pull-out couch/bed that can add two more (not terribly comfortable). All-in-all, great place and even better location. Mgmt company was very helpful and professional.
