Welcome to this beautifully updated penthouse condo in the heart of River Run Village! This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat is designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. With its vaulted ceilings and top-floor location, you'll enjoy a sense of spaciousness and breathtaking views.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a convenient entryway with mounted hooks and a bench, making it easy to come and go throughout the day. The living area is adorned with tasteful furnishings and features a wall-mounted smart TV, perfect for cozy nights in front of the fireplace. We've also provided a variety of board and card games to keep you entertained during your stay.

Step out onto the private balcony and soak in the enchanting courtyard views, with majestic mountains peeking through the surrounding buildings. Take a moment to relax on the outdoor seating and breathe in the refreshing mountain air.

The full-sized kitchen boasts elegant granite countertops and comes fully stocked with essential cookware and tableware. Whether you're brewing a fresh cup of coffee, blending a refreshing smoothie, or boiling water for tea, our kitchen is equipped with all the household favorites you need. The breakfast bar comfortably seats four, providing a delightful space for meals and conversations.

The primary bedroom is a haven of comfort, featuring a brand new king-sized bed with luxurious Ivory White Bedding. Unwind in front of the mounted 60" Smart TV and let the cares of the day melt away. The full-sized bathroom, located just off the living area, offers a rejuvenating rain shower head and a hand-held shower head extension. You'll find a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a convenient shower/tub combination. We've stocked the bathroom with fresh towels and an initial supply of toiletries for your convenience.

During your stay, you'll have access to shared amenities at Arapahoe Lodge, including a year-round hot tub and sitting area. Additionally, you'll have the privilege of using the pool and hot tubs at Dakota Lodge. Our location in River Run Village is unbeatable, with shopping, restaurants, and local festivities just steps away. And for those eager to hit the slopes, you'll be delighted to know that the high-speed gondola is only a short walk away. We strive to provide a memorable and comfortable experience for our guests, and we're confident that our beautifully updated penthouse condo will exceed your expectations. Perfect Condo

Very comfortable and nicely equipped. One of the nicest in Keystone resort in our opinion and we have stayed in quite a few. Sofa bed was unusually comfortable.

Summer Mountain Retreat

Wonderful unit in the Arapahoe lodge. Very spacious and has everything you need for an extended stay. Only summer downside is it can be a bit warm and stuffy in the afternoon on hotter days, but the fans provided did a sufficient job of keeping it comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice place just had problem with temperature and had to open door at night. Was worried crows may come- in while I was sleeping. There is sharp wood next to the toilet paper cut my hand there. May need to file down the wood and add screen door to bedroom. Some better thermostat control also needed.

Close to Gondola

Loved being on the top floor. Condo was ideal for the 2 of us. We like being so close to the gondola. Would choose to stay here again.

Great ski holiday

This rental was fantastic for a short ski holiday. It was right at Keystone for fast and easy access to the lifts. The condo was clean, attractively decorated and had everything we required.

Peaceful

Bed did not seem like it would be comfortable but ended up sleeping great. It was actually very nice. And I loved having fans available in the closet. The pool and hot tub were perfect. And it had a Squatty Potty!!! Very clean. Being able to just pop downstairs and across the courtyard for breakfast was a huge plus. I know being shoulder season it was not busy, but it was quieter than I expected by far. Would def stay here again. Also the instructions and directions were 100% spot on. Thank you.

Nice unit but mgmt co needs to change its check in/out policies

Nicely appointed unit in good location. Bed comfy and nice bathroom. However a 4:30 check in and 10 am check out were unreasonable—and if you wanted to request early/late you would be charged $15 an hour. Really? And this was during summer when property almost empty.

Perfect Location

This rental is everything you would expect. Clean, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and beds. The location is perfect in the center of Keystone village. Food, shops, and good restaurants right next door.
Breckinridge is only 15 minutes away as is Lake Dillon, Frisco, and Silverthorn. You will find really good grocery stores, nice shopping centers, and good hikes, all very close.

Location, location location

Keystone what a great place to hang out and chill. Quiet, peaceful beautiful clean bed is super comfortable. Fireplace is amazing full kitchen is wonderful easy check in experience we will be back next time we are staying longer for sure.

Penthouse Condo 8140

We loved this rental and will absolutely doing it again next year if we can! Perfect location, walking distance to the lifts and above the little grocery/convenience store in river run village. It was clean and perfect to use during lunch breaks when taking a break from the mountain!

Convenience and Comfort in Keystone!

This condo is located in the heart of River Run with easy access to the Gondola, ski school, ski rental shops, restaurants and amenities. The condo was everything we needed to make our ski holiday easy and relaxing for our small family traveling with a young child. Highly recommend!

Incredible mountain get-a-way!

I booked this beautiful condo unit at Arapaho Condos in Keystone for 2 nights for my daughter, 2 young grandsons, and myself. The unit was newly renovated and had everything we could possibly need. The views of the courtyard and mountains slopes were magnificent. The one bedroom, one bath, and couch pull out was so spacious, warm, and comfortable! The owners really made our stay “A home-away-from-home” experience. I highly recommend this unit and plan on renting this same unit numerous times in the future for family and friends. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer. My deepest appreciation!
