Past the kitchen is the dining area featuring a beautiful wooden dining table with seating for eight. There is additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. The open concept living area has ample seating, a flat screen TV, gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling and access to the main private balcony. Head outside to the balcony to soak in the crisp mountain air and savor the breathtaking views of the Dillon Reservoir. There is outdoor seating for four and a table big enough to enjoy a meal!
Also on this level is the second master suite, guest bedroom, guest bathroom, pantry, coat closet, and laundry room. The second master suite offers a king size bed, sitting area, vaulted ceiling, en suite bathroom and large windows allowing for great light to flow in and incredible views to be enjoyed. The en suite bathroom offers a granite countertop single sink vanity plus a shower and bathtub combination. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed, a twin size bed and a dedicated workspace. There is an additional guest bathroom just outside this room featuring a walk-in shower and granite countertop. In the hallway is a laundry closet with an oversized stackable washer, dryer and separate coat closet.
Heading upstairs to the loft level, you will find yourself in the spacious master suite. This oversized bedroom offers a king size bed, sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa, en suite bathroom and large windows on either side allowing you to fully appreciate the views this property has to offer. Guests can also enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the Smart TV. The master bathroom features a double sink, granite countertop vanity and shower / bathtub combination
