This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a queen bed and a queen sofa bed. It features village views from the large window in the open concept living area, dining area and kitchen, plus a gas fireplace. It also fully renovated. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Black Bear Lodge offers shared amenities including a sauna and hot tub. Access to Dakota Lodge pool and hot tubs.

The living area features a flat screen SmartTV, a gas fireplace, modern decor, and a sleeper sofa. Extra sheets and blankets in a closet. The large windows offer natural light and views of River Run village.

The full kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats two with two additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The bedroom features a queen-size bed and a flat screen SmartTV. The updated bathroom has a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The ivory white bedding showcases a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Good location

Newer updates are nice but issues with windows needing repair, pictures not on walls where they were before and mattress that really needs to updated. True Airbnb/VRBO properties (meaning managed by the owner) are typically in better shape than when run by a management company.

Nice Place - Rough Start

Maintenance working in the bathroom when we arrived. A little over an hour later we were able to unpack. Tub had to be taped off so nowhere for shower items. Summit Cty Retreats didn't seem to care about our inconvenience and thanked us for our patience. Nice condo. No amenities open for breakfast. Pretty toasty inside. Bring your own food or plan on driving.

Weekend getaway

Nice location, room lacked proper circulation of air. Recommend installing ceiling fans to improve comfort of stay. Box fans do not suffice when hot and lacking breeze

Wonderful Stay

A wonderful stay in the heart of keystone. We walked everywhere, had tons of food options, and loved the off-season lull. Beds were so comfortable and amenities were very high-quality.

clean and convenient condo

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very clean, the sheets and towels were nice, and the kitchen well furnished. The condo was very convenient to the gondola base at Keystone. We stayed in summer and there weren’t many people around which was nice. It got more busy with a festival for the weekend. Food was a short walk away. Note - it was warm with no A/C, but there were fans available to help cool things off. We would stay here again. The management team was also very easy to work with.

Unfortunately, is not uncommon in Summit County to not have air conditioning. We do provide a fan in each bedroom closet to help with the summer heat and we are glad to hear you utilized those!

Keystone Black Bear 2 night stay

Everything was wonderful except for the bed which was too soft or something. We both couldn't get used to the mattress and we had cable trouble the first night. The cable must have been knocked out in a storm but came back after restarting everything. The location was perfect in the Keystone lodge area. We loved the stay and would stay there again!

Very disappointed

Location was ok.
The office refused to move us to another room when we noticed the office of the bed being very uncomfortable and unsuitable after recent back surgery and the TV in the main room did not work -an air mattress was offered

Finding a mattress that satisfies the mass amount of renters we see is just not possible, but we do like to see every guest comfortable during their stay and apologize for any inconveniences caused by the mattress. A fun location for a easy getaway!

My wife and I came here for a quick last late season ski trip. We couldn’t ask for a better location as far as proximity. The room was very well kept and we enjoyed that. The property advertised a hot tub and heated pool, but all of these were closed. One of the hot tubs looked like it hadn’t been used in ages. The shops were mostly all closed. I’m sure not being winter affects this as expected. But it did really feel like we were the only ones in the place. It was great overall, sad about the amenities.

Keystone BB 8054

Great place, clean, amazing location in River Run. Room was next to extremely loud beeping elevator though, therefore would not rent unit again. Management company was outstanding throughout and would highly recommended renting with them. Keystone was a great place to visit!

Ski days at Keystone

We enjoyed our stay in Black Bear #8054. The lodge is very convenient and an easy couple minute walk to the gondola, and in the Village. Ski storage and benches are near the ground floor exit to the lift. Underground parking is great. The condo is well laid out. Be aware that the mattress is firm and the LR would benefit from better reading lighting. We have rented at Keystone through SCMR several times and are happy with their setup and service.

Perfect Location

Perfect location right by the gondola! Unit was clean, tastefully remodeled, and had all the kitchen ware one needed. Only thing that could be better was the bed. Matress was very firm (I prefer a softer), so it would sleep great for those that prefer that. Will definitely consider this unit again next year.

Black Bear 8054

The location was amazing! It is so close to the slopes. The place was clean and the condo was very nice. The only negative regarding the stay was the bed. It was very uncomfortable, especially after a long day skiing.
