The room is filled with natural light thanks to the large windows, and there is a Smart TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is also stunning, with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and views of the Blue River. The open-concept design allows for easy entertaining, with a breakfast bar that seats 2 and a dining table that seats 6. The private wrap-around patio off the dining area is perfect for enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather.

The primary bedroom boasts a queen bed, lots of windows with mountain views and natural light, modern furniture, a Smart TV and a walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sinks, and quartz countertops. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, dresser, mounted Smart TV, and treed mountain views. A 5/5 Stay Worth Every Star
My friends and I had an amazing stay here. We were here for a weekend ski trip to Copper Mountain and thought it was in an ideal location about 15 min away. The place was very clean and well-maintained and the customer service was available and at hand's reach. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity came up.

Fun Stay at a Beautiful Abode
Communication was excellent and accommodations were modern and extensively convenient. We wanted for nothing. The views from the townhouse were breathtaking as we hit the aspens at their peak! The wrap around deck was very cool! Would stay here again.

A nice and spacious condo
1-Condo was very nice, clean and roomy. It is located close to shopping, dining and entertainment. The back porch was a nice feature.
2-Being there in August with no air conditioning and having windows open in the bedroom, was an issue for sleeping due to the highway noise.
3-Living room sofa was beginning to show wear on the arms.
4-Parking was also an issue as we were instructed to park in the garage or in front of the garage and someone owning a white pickup 8truck kept parking in front of the garage leaving us to find another parking location.
5-Grounds behind the condo needed landscape maintenance but was a nice view especially from the back porch.
6-We had one issue with the television and called the property manager. It was after hours since we checked in after normal hours. The person on call did not know how to address it but said they would send someone to come out the next morning. The next morning, called to see if we could get a time frame and the office person was able to address the issue over the phone.
7-The guide that was emailed was very helpful and made checking in very easy. A good feature after a long day of traveling.
Suggestion: add the issue from #6 above to the troubleshooting portion of the guide.
8-Condo was well stocked for our initial needs. It has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. The latter was important to us since we were there for a wedding.

Vacation Getaway

So Happy in Silverthorne
We had an amazing stay at Blue River Flats Bldg 4101. The amazing. 3-story, 3 bedroom -3.5 bathroom home easily accommodated 6 of us from 3 generations of family. Great location on the Blue River walking distance to Target, Murdoch’s, and Mercado La Perla. Great mountain and river views. Essentially brand new and clean home with excellent furnishings and amenities. We would certainly stay here again.

Winter skiing spot!
This place was great! Especially with teens bc there is enough room you can spread out! Great location, clean and company was great with communication. We loved having a garage in the winter too! Nice bonus

New Construction, Clean, With Few Flaws
The Townhome was very clean and in a great location - close to everything and family who lives in Silverthorne. A few minor complaints. We had beautiful weather while we were there and the back deck was covered in about two feet of snow. It would have been nice to sit on the "wrap around patio" while we were there to enjoy the sunshine. When I asked management about scooping the patio, I was told they didn't scoop the patios and to look for a shovel.
Also, I stayed in the third-floor bedroom and my shower did not have hot water, so I used one of the other two showers available.
Other than those two things, the townhome was perfect for our group - it had everything we needed for our stay.

A gem tucked against the river and accessible to everything!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Blue Ridge Flats! Everything was perfect and very well thought out, with every detail carefully curated to cater to the needs of travelers. From the cozy furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful amenities, it was evident that our host had put a lot of effort into ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality extended to us throughout our visit. It served as the best launching point to several ski resorts we visited and on the down days we walked out back to the Blue River for fly fishing and a stroll in the park. Without a doubt, we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic Colorado experience!

Silverthorne condo
Easy check in. Condo amenities as a advertised. Heated floors nice after long days on the mountain. Kitchen well stocked. Only thing we missed was a blender. Nice to have a garage and 1 parking space.

Christmas Ski Vacation
Outstanding townhouse in a great location. Close to everything, grocery, ski shops, dining, ski resorts. The townhouse was super clean, great rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Heated garage was a nice plus.

Wonderful stay at an INCREDIBLE condo!
Best condo we've stayed at - hand's down. Plenty of space and appointed with the best of everything. Setting is ideal and close to shops in Silverthorne. (And a quick drive to those in Dillon.)

Lots of trails nearby and a river that runs directly behind unit. Near busy road, but even with windows open at night, heard minimal road noise.

If you have a chance to rent this unit - don't hesitate! You won't be disappointed.

Spacious & Homey
This was the perfect lodging for our trip. Tons of room for everyone to spread out and it felt like home. Great location! We had quick easy access to Breck, Frisco and Dillon. Silverthorne had a lot to offer if that’s your only destination. The kitchen was huge and fully stocked and there were even games to play. We would stay here again without hesitation. Laundry was a great bonus. Bathrooms and sleeping rooms were big. Garage was nice and parking was easy.

Blue River Flats review
Everything was great, except do not attempt to use the garage if you are driving an SUV or pickup. The garage is narrow, the entrance more so. Otherwise, an excellent property.
