The house was absolutely perfect for our 3-family vacation in Breck. The 3 en suite king bedrooms were perfect for the parents. The 2 queen over queen bunk beds with trundle was ideal for our 5 boys. Finally the “secret” office/bedroom was perfect for our daughter. The owners were incredibly responsive - bringing 2 humidifiers when we couldn’t find any for the lower level bedrooms. The kitchen/main floor sitting area was huge and well appointed. Finally, the location was very convenient - just a 5 minute drive to the mountain (there’s also a shuttle just 50 yards away but we never used it). Highly recommend his house!

A well stocked home, lots of space for our party of 3 families. Had an issue upon check in where the keys weren't there and the garage code was changed, but they got it fixed right away and it didnt delay us longer than 15 minutes. Also one of the bedroom doors to the outdoors kept opening during the blizzard and our guest had to use a couch to keep it shut. But other than that, the home was perfect!

The house is beautiful and provided everything a renter would look for. Beautiful space so hanging out in the house is as enjoyable as heading to the slopes or into breckinridge itself.

Awesome house! The property is well maintained and clean. We had an issue with the hot tub needing additional water and batteries for a remote on the first night we checked in. The management company sent someone by first thing the next morning! We want to visit again in the summer months so we can enjoy the creek in the backyard.

The house at 11 Riverwood Drive was great for our family. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space for our family to spread out and enjoy. The kitchen was large and we found everything needed. Customer service provided by the rental company was great as well. The only thing that I would suggest is that you should look into adding a gas grill. Also we could not get the fire place in the upper master bedroom to work. Not sure if the FP remote was the right one for the unit. The video game arcade did not work and that was disappointing for my grandchildren. I would recommend getting it repaired especially if you list it as part of the ammenities and extras. Overall we had a great week at this beautiful home.

This gorgeous home did not disappoint!!
We were a family of 8 and there was plenty of room to spare! Beautiful views from every window and balcony! We all enjoyed the river running behind the house! Guys were able to fly fish or simply sit and listen to the rushing River! So peaceful!! Super close to Main Street! Luxury perks such as heated toilet seats, steam shower settings in the master bath and bidet toilets! We were never able to get the bidet remote controls to work, but could have been user error or dead batteries. There were a few housekeeping issues that were quickly addressed. We were super impressed with quick, daily communication from Summit Co Mountain Retreats! This was our first time in Breckenridge and we will be back!!We would definitely stay here again!!

LOVED the huge kitchen open to family room. Excellent response from property manager. Extremely clean. Very short drive downtown but free shuttle every 11 minutes can’t be beat. Highly recommended. The dining room is weirdly remote from the main space so we didn’t use it at all. Wish the living area TV was as big as the playroom TV. We had 13 people so we moved the small couch from the bedroom to the living area so everyone could visit. Also for a group of 13 larger prep/salad bowls, duplicate large baking dishes would have been nice. 5th bedroom/office worked very well for us. Loved this house.

The property was phenomenal! Very close to town, you could walk, ride bikes, yet we had a feeling of being secluded. The outdoor space was great with the stream running through the back of the property. The house was spotless when we arrived. The only opportunity we had with the entire stay was there was only a TV in the bedroom in the basement bedroom and the main living area, none in the 2 bedrooms in the upper level. We would have preferred to have TVs in the bedrooms, we all were from different time zones and had different bedtimes etc. a TV in the bedrooms would have been great to give some privacy and downtime in the evenings.

This is a beautiful home that exceeded expectations! The layout allowed for group gatherings as well as privacy. The bedrooms with en suite bathrooms was perfect for our family with older children and guests. We enjoyed the sound of the water flowing down the river just a few steps from the property. The location is within walking distance to downtown but yet secluded. Summit rental agency was great to work and the listing price + fees were less that others rental agencies. We would highly recommend and have already shared this rental listing and Summit County Mountain Retreats with friends.

What a beautiful home! It was just as pictured. With a mix of fall temperatures and unexpected snow, we enjoyed hanging out by the fireplace and soaking in the hot tub. Our kids loved the bunk bed room, arcade-style video game and foosball table. Would definitely recommend this vacation home and hope to return again.

This home is incredible. We used it for an offsite planning session and team building location instead of a stuffy hotel conference room. The house was perfect. Beautiful, easy drive from Denver Airport. The house is absolutely gorgeous. The bedrooms are perfect - beds are so comfortable and the steam showers in the 2 master bedrooms are great! We used the indoor grill for some Labor Day grilling. We were able to stream our laptop to the TV for MS Teams meetings. The wifi is very fast - perfect for working offsite. The Blue River flowing outside our back windows had a calming effect. The game room is a lot of fun. The walk into town was easy. Great hiking nearby.
I would highly recommend this to anyone - for vacation or business purposes. It could easily handle at least 3 families and children (the bunk room with 2 queen over queen bunks with trundles can handle all of the children comfortably!)
