The Corral at Breckenridge #201W

Very easy walk to town for dinner or shopping. You can walk to ski but a Little onerous in ski boots carrying equipment so we ended up driving our rental car to a lot with four of us we were given a carpool code which made parking 29.00 instead of 43.00. We did a locker one day at quicksilver lift but it was small locker for 23.00 so it ended up better for us to drive. We saw plenty of other people walking however - about an 8 min walk definitely doable. We loved having the hot tub. The fireplace was nice too. Perfect for our family of four for 5 nights would rent again.

Overall a good experience. Clean and comfortable. Good space in kitchen. Couple issues. Could never get the ice maker to work. Filter for refrigerator needs to be replaced. Sliding tub/shower door in hall bathroom doesn’t stay closed. Light by front door outside is out so hard to see lock at night. Would have been nice to have the code to the gate that is close to the condo for easier access walking towards Main Street. Overall a good experience since we come to Breck to be outdoors.

We had a lovely time in our Breckenridge VRBO. Accommodations were perfect for our girls' getaway. Private hot tub and walking to downtown was a breeze. Never took our car out of the garage. Then neighbor next door had an alarm going off. I texted the VRBO manager and he called the HOA who took care of it. Pleasant stay and we will book again sometime. Very relaxing.

As advertised. However, the management company sent a separate, eight-page rental agreement to sign after our reservation was accepted via Vrbo. Also, we were charged a cleaning fee nearly equal to the cost of our one-night stay. The cleaning fee was puzzling given that we emptied our own trash and washed our the two wine glasses we used in the dishwasher, and the drinking-water dispenser on the refrigerator had a white crust on it that turned us off from using it. The cleaning fee and separate rental agreement were excessive for one night.

Great location close to the Village and walking distance to multiple shops and restaurants on Main Street! The property was very clean and spacious for our family of 5, although a bit dated. We loved having the hot tub right on the balcony to relax in after skiing. Overall, we were very happy with the condo/property and would stay here again.

This is a good set up for a family, two bedrooms two bathrooms, laundry, a full kitchen, a nice dining space and a nice living room. Unfortunately the king size bed frame was broken, which made for a pretty uncomfortable five nights at altitude. There are a lot of little things that took away from the experience a bit. The best part of this unit was the location as we were able to catch the bus right outside or we even just walked to the slopes. The management company was good to work with! Would I stay here again, probably not.

Everything was great and beautiful but the furnace run the entire time we stayed here. We are HVAC people. I feel like this may have been an on going problem due to every closet in the bedrooms had two fans. only suggestion would be to fix that and I would most certainly give this place 5 stars. Close to downtown Breckenridge so you could walk to almost everything. Had a great time would go here again just hope this issue is fixed

This was the perfect getaway for my daughter and me. We loved the location that was super close for shopping and restaurants. The hot tub was AMAZING. It was really nice to have a private space to relax. The kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. The furniture and tubs were a little dated, but things were clean and very comfortable. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful location and great space, it has a hot tub on the patio, but if you have allergies to chlorine the smell may bother some folks in your party. Furniture is older and rustic, and their is a unit above where the occupant is heavy footed. It did not bother us, but may bother some.

Very nice experience with SCMR and location of unit is great.The unit could use a better king size mattress in main bedroom - it is too bouncy and sags to the middle! Hot tub cover needs to be replaced! It is water logged and far too heavy -because of that it has been destroyed by users. It took 2 of us to take it on and off! Carpet is worn in areas. But, the unit was very clean, management responded immediately when we needed new box fans (ones in unit when we arrived were all inoperable). Location is great and having the private garage was perfect for car and bikes! We would definitely stay here again and hope the things mentioned above get improved!

This was a great size for our family of 4. The layout and location were great. The only time we drove our rental was to get to trailheads. Main Street was a 3 minute walk with several restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, really enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen had everything we needed. Especially loved that the bedrooms had blackout shades (we travelled with our toddler so those were necessary for nap time!). The only downside was the king bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but everything else about our stay was great. It was also nice to have the private garage. I would likely stay here again and definitely recommend it.

We stayed comfortably (4 of us) at this rental home and I would highly recommend using this place! It’s a 10 min walk from the slopes, 10 min walk to Main Street - amazing food surrounding the place. And they keep it very clean, their staff is constantly checking in to see how they can help. We will definitely be back to this exact place next year!!

Great location to Peak 9 and the Quick Silver lift. The amount of space is perfect for a family of 4. The flooring needs some attention. The carpet is very stained and the floors in the kitchen weren't clean. Overall a good place, we'd come back.

Location, Location, Location is something I can say about our stay. Very easy to locate and close to Peak 9 lifts (Village and Beaver Run) and Breck Main St. Easy drive to these locations, but can also be walked to if desired. Better to walk around town, as parking can be tight especially midday.

There is a FreeBus stop right next to the condo complex that can take you to the lifts or anywhere around town.

Condo was spacious enough for our family of 6 and management was great with any questions / concerns we had during the trip. We had a slight issue with our washing machine, but that was remedied right away. Kitchen was well equipped for any meals that we stayed in for.

Most of all, we loved to short walking distance to Main Street. There is a back gate, out of the complex, that makes the walk even shorter.

Well worth booking if you want to be close to everything in Breck, especially Peak 9 area.

Our stay at The Corral #210W was great. The condo was clean and spacious and the location was great -- about 7 minute walk to the lifts, close to shops and restaurants. The hot tub was a great fireplace.
Only hiccup was that a few of the electrical sockets did not work in the kitchen and the shampoo/conditioner was limited.

The house is located off of Main Street which is so convenient to walk to all the restaurants and shops. The condo nicely decorated, clean, and has a hot tub which we didn't get to use much as it was hot outside during out stay in early August. It was a bit warm during our stay even with the box fans provided. We highly recommend having a window AC unit or window fans to circulate cooler air in especially for the smaller front bedroom with two twin beds. There is foul smell in the hallway by the bathroom near the kitchen. Not sure it's if coming from the washer or bathroom but the owner should look into.

The condo location was great to walk around and not far from the nearby hiking trails.

This is a very nice unit, close to downtown, peak 9, and the unit is roomy and comfortable. Fireplace adds a nice touch, also the hot tub :). Communication with the owners is second to none. They are responsive and thorough. I highly recommend this rental for your Breckenridge stay.

We really enjoyed this rental space. It was clean and modern and the beds were very comfortable. Having the garage space to park a vehicle in was wonderful and also a nice place to store our boards/skis. The hot tub was in great working condition and felt amazing after a day on the slopes. The location was also great and we were able to walk to the downtown lift each day. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent time at this condo. It is a lot larger than the pictures make it seem. Great location and easy to walk into town. We struggled to find it, so make sure after you make the left after the gas station you take the 2nd left.. there are a few areas called “corral”

Located at the end of Main Street, the Corral condo complex is a short walk from the best breakfast in town at the Moose Cafe, the best beer in town at the Breckenridge Brewery as well as all the shops and restaurants. after a day of adventures in the mountains, it was very nice to be able to park the car and not worry about fighting for a parking spot or needing a bus to get home. The rental property staff were always reachable and very responsive to questions. The best part of Breck is the historic downtown , so this spot is hard to beat!

Unit was large and clean and very comfortable. It was also very nice being in easy walking distance to the main strip for restaurants, shops and nightly strolls.
Parking is very tight so being able to walk from the condo was great

The only negative was that, being from out of state, we didn’t realize that these condos don’t have central A/C. We went when the outside temps were in the upper 70’s and the interior of the condo got REALLY hot and stuffy in the evenings. We had windows open and fans blowing but it was still difficult to get comfortable when we were ready to sleep.

Wintertime is likely perfect but summertime (if you are used to A/C) is tough.

Great location for walking into town. Never quite figured out the easiest and shortest way to the lift, so ended up just taking the bus to Beaver Creek and getting on there/. Place was well stocked with towels and nice sheets/bedding. Large dining and living room great for take-out dinners. Our only add would be kitchen needs more Tupperware and cookie sheets and bathroom doors or walls need hooks for wet towels. Would stay here again.

Clean convenient condo. A 10 min walk from the quicksilver chairlift and restaurants in town. The only inconvenience is that you can hear everything going on right outside of the condos window (which happens to be one of the bedrooms) , so if you are a light sleeper, get a noise canceling app on your phone, or ear plugs.

We had a great stay in this unit. We have stayed in the Corral before, but in a different unit and were very pleased with this one. The only issue we encountered was that the lock box was jammed and we were unable to get the keys to get in. After getting in touch with the rental company, we were able to gain access to a backup lockbox. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is updated and well appointed and the hot tub was a nice convenience at the end of the day on the mountain.
