Overall, a good place to stay. I try not to be too nitpicky but there were concerns for cleanliness to include trash/food under floor heaters, a few pieces of furniture that someone stuck their gum on (prob kids), things such as that. I would guess it just hasn’t had a good deep cleaning but a few “light” cleanings.
Furniture was a little worn out, the living room Roku and tv were all out of whack but we didn’t spend much time there.
Great location, easy to check in and out, I would stay here again certainly but would prob look for something with higher stars first.

The unit was very spacious and clean. 5 minute walk to river run gondola. Beds were very comfortable and sheets were clean. The check in process was easy to follow. We would stay here again!

Perfect amount of space for 4 guys on a snowboard trip. Murphy bed was clutch and comfortable. Dishwasher was finicky and the Roku remote in the living room was buggy but other than those two things fantastic stay.

Very spacious condo, but definitely showing use/age. Could definitely use some TLC to make the condo price appropriate.

The elevator to the underground parking garage was inoperable due to maintenance(2 weeks+ as of our departure. That was very inconvenient.

Would've been nice to have multiple ski locker keys, as we had a couple of different groups going out at different times.

Great condo in a great location on the 2nd floor and close to the River Run lifts. Epic Ski Rental/Ski school is located on the first floor of the building. Parking is heated under the building. Elevator to parking was broken so moving In/Out was a bit more difficult but workable. This condo has plenty of space, beds and seating for 6-8 people comfortably. The wifi worked fine, the TVs had some streaming services to watch. The beds were comfortable. We did not use the laundry but there are a couple of locations in the building (not in the condo). The ski locker on the first floor is convenient. Food in the village is pricey but the condo kitchen worked great to save some. There is a small grocery/convenience store located near the condo in the village with a decent selection. The seating is comfortable although the recliner needs replaced. The gas fireplace was nice and warmed the living area quickly. There are box fans in each bedroom for air movement and white noise when sleeping. There is a small safe for valuables. There was plenty of hot water for showers. The 1st floor had seating, pool tables, TVs and a hot tub but we did not use those amenities. Next door to the ice skating. The rental process, check-in and check-out with SCMR was quick and easy. Great vacation location. Nice condo. We would and probably will rent it again.

Very professional service, no issues with checking in. Overall the place was cute and our family of four had felt very comfortable at the place. Some of the furniture could use some upgrades as the couch and chair were old with holes and rips. The murphy bed is also a little sketch. That needs to be fixed.

Went very well. We have been coming out for 5 years and have stayed at Buffalo Lodge several times. Our toaster didn't work and when I emailed the office we had a new one within an hour or two!

The condo was well represented by the online photos which was encouraging. The location and underground parking were great especially if skiing Keystone but the location was an easy drive to other resorts as well. (We skied Breck and Beaver in addition to Keystone). The place was roomy enough for 6 but would work for 8. Contactless check in was well explained and easy. The furnishings and kitchenware are in need of updates. The couch felt more like a bench. We were disappointed the dishwasher was out of service and management did not communicate about it or offer any concessions. We cooked in a lot so this was annoying. It was a good value for size and location .

We’ve stayed here before. The beds are comfortable and there’s ample seating. The location to the slopes and pool/hot tub are great. Linens are also very nice. Good to have humidifiers. Dishwasher was the only downfall to the unit and the fact the Hoa turned the water off for 5 hours during the day.

Nice place! If you stay in the summer moths, it gets very warm. We usually open all the windows when we get in and turn the fans in and this really cools the place down. Summit county rentals has been great to work with, easy and reliable.

We love our summer stays in Keystone. The condo was roomy for a two bedroom. We had 5 people but were comfortable. Buffalo Lodge was nice, we enjoyed that there were 2 pool tables and the set up of the shared lounge area was really great. Definitely will return.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience the elevator has caused you and other guests. Unfortunately the elevator is controlled by the HOA and we are at their mercy on the status of the repair. However, we would have assisted with luggage, had you needed it.

The one thing I would change is to add curtains to the bedroom windows the blinds do not stop all the curb light from bleeding through at night.

Fourth stay with SCMR in River Run. We stayed at 8333 Buffalo Lodge. The communications from SCMR were timely and exactly what was needed. The condo was in fine condition, comfortable, but not fancy, solid and homey feeling. The least posher decorated of the four stays at Keystone but certainly not an issue. We would rent this one again. Our kids loved the large bunks. The pool at the Dakota was great and we used it daily. All staff were friendly and helpful. The Buffalo Lodge lobby uses cleaner/disinfectant that has an amazingly unpleasant odor—effective in limiting any hangout time there. The village was peaceful and perfect for a summer getaway. We were pleased.

The property was even bigger than I anticipated and plenty big enough to have friends by for dinner and a card game. I was even able to sneak off to bed early without ruining everyone else's fun because the master is tucked away down a hall in the back instead of right off the living room like many units in Buffalo Lodge.

Our condo was amazing. Only thing that would’ve made it better was air conditioning but we are arkansans so we get hot, it still wasn’t bad tho. Temps were perfect. Keystone is so close to many points of interest. Plenty of eating and dining places right at our fingertips. Already planning a trip without the kids in February!!!

This is a great condo an easy walk from the slopes and River Run Village. Very spacious with comfortable beds, plenty of seating, and a well stocked kitchen. The queen size bunk bed was awesome. We loved looking over the ice rink and it had a great view of the mountains across from the resort as well. Buffalo Lodge had a fun lounge area and hot tubs and we also took advantage of the ski lockers and laundry. The only issue with the condo is that the dining area is above some sort of building mechanical or HVAC exchange and there is a very noticeable thrumming/vibration through the floor. It wasn't a big deal when we were awake and we had a child sleeping in the murphy bed, but I don't think I would have been able to sleep there because of the noise.

We have stayed in River Run at various condos and this unit had the most space with enough seating and sleeping arrangements for 4 adult couples. The kitchen was the most complete as well. The bathrooms had counter space and hooks to hang towels, etc. The beds, including the Murphy bed were comfortable. We had a great time. One locker for ski/snowboard equipment is not sufficient.

My family of four stayed only for one night when we went to a wedding at A-Basin. We needed to check in 30 minutes early to catch our shuttle and the property manager was very accommodating. The unit was spacious and well maintained. Even though there was no air conditioning, fans were supplied and quickly cooled the property down at night. Wonderful location and great building. I highly recommend!

We have stayed at Keystone multiple times, but usually in the winter and never in the summer. While the condo was adequate, there were multiple plumbing issues with our condo, and ultimately found out it was the entire complex. Other than the toilet backing up constantly and overflowing at one point, the only other thing I would have liked to have been prepared for, was the early closing of the resort shops and restaurants.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo. The check in process was super easy. We love how spacious and clean the condo was. The bunk beds were a huge hit with the kids. The location was perfect for nearby hiking and spring time adventure. We had fun in the heated pool and hot tub that were close by The only drawback was that all of the restaurants and shops (other than Inxpot) were closed for the mud season. Wish we would have known that ahead of time.

We had a great time up in Keystone in this property! There were 8 of us on a spring break trip and had plenty of room. It was clean, easy to cook in and was on a beautiful property. One of the few AirBnBs that looks better in person than in the picture which was hard to believe. Very easy to check in and check out and was nice we were able to do it on our own schedule.

4 guys attending conference and skiing in February 2019. We have been to Keystone several times previously in larger and smaller groups ( River Run, Snake River, Tennis Town Homes) but not for 4 years. I was really surprised at how expensive condo rental in Keystone had become. We booked this condo as it offered excellent value for location, amenities, and price.
Great value and location for slopes. Managerial office very helpful. Answered e-mail requests promptly and although we could not check in early they were very helpful. Big advantage is office is located above Mountain View Sports ski rental. We have always reserved ski rental with them, and highly recommend them.
Overall photos are an accurate description of the rental but could be refreshed. Main floor area is now wooden or laminate flooring instead of carpet and it looks great. The rental was clean. Beds are super comfortable, including Murphy bed. The furniture in main lounge may be a little “tired” but comfortable, and better instructions in the condo for lighting gas fire would have been helpful. Flint for pilot light took a time to spark into life.
Parking was not a problem Sunday to Thursday. Hot tub access was easy at Dakota. Evening sunset from balcony view over skating rink with a beer was very relaxing. Overall a great rental, great value for access to slopes and main square for apres-ski. I would highly recommend this condo and would happily stay there again.

This was the best condo I've rented in the Keystone Village. Very spacious, quality beds, convenient to hot tubs, parking garage, restaurants. This owner seems to stay on top of maintenance because everything is in working order and clean. I hope this unit is available for my next ski week at Keystone.

I planned a bachelorette weekend getaway at this location and it was absolutely perfect! The location was amazing, breathtaking views, and only a minute or two to walk from this rental to any type of restraurant or shop you could need. The unit was so comfortable, cozy, and roomy enough for 6 guests. The building amenities, hot tub and pool tables, were a fabulous bonus! Would definitely recommend this location!

We had a great trip. 2 adults, 5 kids, and we had plenty of room with the bedding and bathrooms. Nothing is cheap, but the convenience is worth it with a big group. Grocery and restaurant all within walking distance. Plenty to see and do, and the skiing was great. Expect crowds, but the earlier the less crowded and the back of the mountain was not bad at all. We did everything from ski, snowboard, ice skate, eating out, eating in, playing cards and binge watching Netflix.

It is early in the ski season so there was not tons of snow, or a multitude of runs open. But the lift lines were non existent and the runs that were open were great. The condo we stayed in at Buffalo Lodge was awesome as far as location, walk to the lift, the roominess of the condo it self (great for four or five guys), access to great restaurants at River Run Village and the whole experience and facilities. And the price was very reasonable. The staff was very friendly at check in and made it very simple and helped when we needed some assistance while we were there.

We booked 8333 again this summer after having a great experience last summer and again had a great stay. It's in a great location, has a lot of space and comfy beds. My kids love the bunk beds. The management company got right back to us about a minor issue which was great. We will be back to 8333 and Keystone again. It's our favorite place!

I had my two boys in the room with the Full bunk bed. My two brother split the other rooms. The time worked out well. The location is very nice. It was easy to access from the roads and close enough to the hill (in River Run terms). It was nice having all the shops nearby for easy access to food.

We are a big family traveling with elementary aged kids and we were so happy with this condo. The location is great and so easy to get in and out of. The living space is really big and we enjoyed looking out over the ice skating rink. Surprisingly, the double bunk bed was very comfortable (even on the top bunk) for adults. Summit County Mtn. Retreats was very efficient and picking up our key took only minutes. They are attentive to your needs and are very helpful. We would stay here again!

Overall it did what we needed but for what I paid I would have expected more. First keys did not work in door and I had to drive to get new ones, 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper, no pillow cases for all the pillows, recliner will flip over with you if you are not careful, coffee pot did not work had to get another one but the one that really got me was I rented a place for ten and after 3 days I called about towels. I was told to wash the ones I had or after 4 nights they would do a towel swap.

We are sorry that this guest felt like they were entitled to hotel services. We make it very clear to all guests that they are renting a condo and that we do not provide daily towel services or housekeeping services. The advantage of renting a condo is much more space for the money, full kitchens and all the comforts of home. This also entails more selfsufficeny on the part of our guests.

The room clean and well arranged. We had everything we need there. There are lot of shops around area to hangout.
They had very best way to hand out keys if you are checking in after business hours. We loved it.
Only thing was not good was they did not have there person in charge for lodge. so if you need something in room you have to contact or go to office in different building located at different location.

We have stayed in Keystone before and will definitely stay in this condo again. It was very comfortable, well equipped and the beds were cozy. My kids loved the bunk beds and the pool tables in the lounge. The carpet was well loved, but the unit was clean and in a great location. Best condo yet!

Our stay was overall a great experience. However, we did have quite a bit of issues with our key cards. Sometimes they would work and sometimes they wouldn't work. We had to call the emergency line late one night, but luckily we were able to get into our condo with their assistance in 10 minutes. So we would definitely stay again.

Rented this place early December 2016 Google has everything that you need it is very spacious and it's decorated very Tastefully just steps away from the elevator about 5 minute walk to the lifts. Kitchen had everything one would need although it would be nice to see some cast iron frying pans instead of the aluminum ones. The carpet was a bit on the dirty side but acceptable the condo was quite clean otherwise. The underground parking was also a plus. Only criticism that I had when booking was that several things came up that jacked up the price a couple hundred dollars more than 130 that was initially quoted still a good value will definitely went there again when I plan to go to Keystone.

The location was perfect. We could see the mountains from the balcony and were right in the main village, so it was easy to access everything. The pluses of this condo were: it's well located, was well stocked with the basic needs such as paper products, dish and dishwasher detergent, offers a sweet view of the ice rink, appeared to be freshly painted, and has ample sleeping space.
The minuses were that the furnishings showed their age, the balcony can only seat two, the master bathtub drain was stopped up and we fit five in there comfortably but I think a larger group would be overcrowded in this condo. The second bedroom can sleep four but has very little open floor space and no closet.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. There was plenty of room and it was very comfy and cozy. Still right in the middle of town, but still quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything went very smoothly, and loved the roominess. The recliners were great, and the kitchen was well stocked. The master bed was lumpy, but comfortable overall. My guests enjoyed the extra bathroom. Keystone slopes did not disappoint!

We have rented units in River Run for over 10 years and this unit was by far the best, all around. The reservation, check-in and check-out process also was great. We are already looking at the calendar for possible return dates later in the winter or in the spring!

We have booked thru Summit county Mountain Resorts about a dozen times over the past few years. We have stayed in this unit whenever available. Kris and her staff are excellent to work with, everything is as we expect. There is no reason to look elsewhere for lodging. I highly encourage anyone to talk to Kris and staff for your lodging needs, you will be treated like you are special.
The unit is spacious, nice layout, and was very clean when we checked in. We did donate a new Teflon fry pan, the old one has been bad for a few years.
I wish I could say the same for the hill, we come the same week every year, and the conditions were marginal at best. Very few of the usual runs were open, and found a lot of ice we never see. We were out fairly early, but found little corduroy, didn't seem to groom like usual. Back in the spring to try again.

This is the 3rd year in a row that we have rented a condo in Keystone. This particular condo was roomy and relaxing and close to the mountain. Thank you for a great place to stay!

The unit had everything you could think of but the food in the fridge. I cooked breakfast and one dinner. Tons of blankets and towels. Great Condo.

We had a group of 5 up to Keystone for a friends weekend! Had an amazing time in this unit with plenty of room for all of us. Parking in the garage felt safe and sheltered from the weather and being able to walk to shops, cafe's, restaurants and gondala was so nice! We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Wonderful, fully equipped and decorated rental. Everything you need!! The view from the balcony was fantastic. We had 5 adults and plenty of room. Had issues with the key cards that was easily fixed on site! Will stay here again the next time we visit!

From the moment we hit the door until we closed it behind us to come back to reality, our stay was AMAZING! My entire family enjoyed this unit, the area, the sites, the weather, the food, etc... I could go on and on... We'll be back during the winter for some skiing! Looking forward to many visits in our future!
