When you enter this home, you will find yourself in the “mud area” which features mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Head upstairs to the main level where you will find the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. The living area features a gas fireplace, mounted flat screen TV and ample seating. Large windows allow for natural light to stream in and the sliding door leads out to the private balcony. There is additional outdoor seating on the back balcony which is located past the dining area.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area seats eight and there is seating for three more at the breakfast bar. The main floor guest bathroom is just off the living area, next to the kitchen. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Above the kitchen you will find the ladder-accessed loft area which offers a queen bed and a dresser.
The master bedroom is straight ahead at the end of the lower-level hallway. It features a queen-sized bed and an en suite bathroom. The bathroom features a double vanity and shower/tub combination with a jetted tub.
The first guest bedroom is just across the hall and features a queen bed, flat screen TV, and access to a guest bathroom. The second guest bedroom offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed and views of mountains through the trees. The guest bathroom on this level has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. The clothes washer and dryer is also located on the ground floor. For your convenience, laundry detergent is provided.
**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.
*Please note that we have a minimum age and minimum night-stay requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older and reserve at least 2 nights. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.
There is parking available for one vehicle in the private one-car garage and a second vehicle in the open parking lot.
