This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, luxury condo is located in the Clearwater Lofts at Keystone. This condo sleeps 4 across a King-sized and queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony with mountain views and in-unit washer and dryer. Clearwater Lofts is a brand new complex near Lakeside Village in Keystone and only a half mile to the Mountain House ski lifts. Enjoy the free Keystone shuttle directly to the ski resort’s Peru Express Chairlift or ride your bike on the recreation path from Clearwater’s front door all the way to Lake Dillon and the surrounding towns. Clearwater Lofts also offers two shared outdoor hot tubs for guest use.

Upon entry guests will find themselves in the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The full-size kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to enjoy a home cooked meal. It also features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, pantry, and an oversized refrigerator/freezer. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony, this unit is stocked with a drip coffee maker+coffee. The dining area seats four and there is also additional seating for three located at the breakfast bar. The private washer and dryer is also located just off the entryway.

The living area offers rustic style cozy furnishings, a ceiling fan and mounted Smart TV. Cozy up by the stacked stone fireplace and watch a movie as the snow falls or get a game night going, this vacation rental comes stocked with board games. Additionally, The couch pulls-out into a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. Additional sheets and blankets are stored in the closet The balcony, located behind the living area, offers outdoor seating, and sweeping mountain views.

Next to the living area guests will find the master suite. This master suite features a King sized bed, Smart TV + DVD player, ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom. The window offers mountain views to enjoy from the comfort of bed. The master bathroom features granite countertops and a shower/tub combination with beautiful gray tiling. The bathroom also had a second entrance from the common area.

Guests of Clearwater lofts can park one car in the underground heated garage. Perfect for protecting your car from the Colorado Elements. A second parking spot is available in front of the building on a first come first serve basis.

Wonderful and updated stay

We had a great stay here. Happy that it was new and updated. Amenities were great. Management was quick to reply to any questions we had. Also loved that SCMR rentals always have humidifiers which were a life saver for us. I will continue renting from them.

Off season fun!

No better value during ski off-season than this complex. New, clean and had everything we needed for a great week off viewing and exploring Colorado.

Great Place Great Experience

What a beautiful place to stay while in the mountains. Views were great, Summit County Mtn Retreats made the process easy. our condo at Clearwater Lofts was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Nice condo

The condo was very nice, the kitchen was well stocked with all necessities, great stay. The only negative was the early morning road noise being so close to a major highway, especially with the windows open in the summer. other than that everything was great.

Summer Retreat , Break from the heat

Great condo in great location! Well appointed kitchen with plenty of room to relax inside or out on the balcony. Secure parking garage was great and we really enjoyed the hot tub.

A Lovely & Clean Cozy Space!

A lovely clean space with a great kitchen to cook full meals in. We loved the in-floor radiant heating! Good location with a 10-15 minute walk to the Peru Lift (or you can catch the bus right out front - but walking is often faster). Our family of three will indeed stay here again if we come back to Keystone in the future.

The only major downsides we encountered had to do with the HOA not offering recycling on-site (it's listed that it's available with the trash and should be given that the HOA appears to be run by Keystone - A Vail owned company with a net zero business model). Unfortunately the outdoor hot tubs were a little funky smelling and extra bubbly so our use was limited.

Excellent condo

Beautiful, comfortable condo with a nicely-stocked kitchen. Brand new, full-sized washer and dryer were such a pleasant surprise. Nice location just off highway 6. Two minute drive to free Keystone parking lot. Would stay here again.

Keystone Condo

We really enjoyed our week in Keystone. Location was very convenient to skiing, catch the bus right outside. Condo was new with everything we could’ve asked for. Would only suggest a chest of draws and some more hangers as skiing calls for lots of extra clothing, but would definitely stay again.

Great Stay in Keystone

This condo is a great option when staying in Keystone! It was a spacious condo and perfect for two. There obviously was a lot of care put into the design and finishings that made it a home away from home.
The pros: comfortable bed; large common area; hot tub right outside the building; ~10-15 min walk to Peru lift along a paved road; communication with building management & the property guide was great
The cons: listing states ski lockers are included - directions given were to an HOA office and we couldn’t find another area for our stuff besides inside the condo; the fridge filter needed to be replaced; the garage would not open for us when coming in and required someone going into the garage to trigger the sensor.
We notified building mgmt about the locker and fridge issue our first morning (we arrived late at night) and they said they would work on it; unfortunately there was no resolution during our stay.

Fantastic Getaway

The pictures of this unit were pretty accurate, so we knew what we were getting. The finishes were beautiful and the unit felt cozy. The bedding was extremely comfortable and easy to get a great night's sleep on. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. The two Smart TVs were nice as we were able to easily watch from our favorite apps. The place is super new and not run down like so many places in Keystone. We loved our stay. The only complaint is that there they did not have luggage carts for guests. This added multiple trips from car to unit with an elevator in between. When we accidentally left some items in the unit after checkout, the management company found them via housekeeping and we arranged for them to be returned. Wevl love working with this management company and have never had anything but excellence with them. Thank you for an fantastic stay!

Beautiful Condo

My husband and I took a last minute getaway trip to Colorado and found this rental. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! It is very clean and new. The bed was very comfortable!! The kitchen was well equipped and we had plenty of room to cook. The openness of the space makes it feel bigger than it is. It was nice to have the parking under the building. The location is right next to the highway and you could sometimes hear noise from it, BUT we didn’t mind that because the price was very reasonable!! (and the noise was minimal. Check in and check out was very easy and I new it was easy to reach out if we had any questions or problems.
We did hikes in Breckenridge (20 mins away), Dillion/Silverthorne (10-15mins), and Vail (45mins). We also enjoyed kayaking on Lake Dillion.
I highly recommend this rental property! I also highly recommend Summit County Mountain Retreats. This is our 4th time using them and we appreciate the reasonable pricing and have enjoyed every rental we have stayed in!!

Truly Nothing Less than Perfect

My stay at Summit County Mountain Retreats was genuinely nothing less than perfect. Not only was the suite spotless, but it was extremely cozy and welcoming. I am big on comfort, especially when visiting a new place for the first time. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen had some essentials for cooking, as well as plates, cups, silverware, etc. They even provided some laundry detergent which I appreciated. In the closet was fans and a humidifier, among extra blankets, etc. These little details were just super thoughtful and did not go unnoticed. This suite and overall experience made it feel like home. The view from the room was stunning and the general location (for exploring) couldn’t have been more perfect. The little welcome envelope when arriving, as well as the text messages providing info on surrounding area and just generally checking up throughout my stay, was highly appreciated and beyond just professional in my opinion. I am so glad that I found this place, for it made my first visit to Colorado truly perfect. I will 110% be coming back and staying here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend. The condo was beautiful and clean. The property management was very easy to get ahold of. The only thing we would have changed is we should have rented a unit on the opposite side of the building. This unit faced the street, and it was noisy at night. I assume that is why the condo was so reasonably priced, but overall an awesome weekend!

Weekend getaway

Great unit for 2 people! Parking underground was tight but manageable( NOT for large vehicles). The only down side was no access to parking garage storage for our bikes, we had to lock them together next to our truck.

Amazing spot!

This condo is exactly as described, and so comfortable. Has everything you need, so well located close to the mountain and with a bus stop right outside. The Summit County team was incredible too, at one point we were dealing with a bad burn and had nowhere to find burn ointment, and late at night they were able to find some from their first aid kit and bring it to us.
We really appreciate the impeccable service you provided, we truly enjoyed our stay!

Nice stay in the mountains

The place was very clean and newly decorated. Everything needed for your stay is there. Always enjoy having a washer and dryer in the unit. Information on the app says there are towels provided at the hot tub and that was not the case so you will need to bring your own or one from the unit. Building number needs some lights for night arrival, it is kind of dark and hard to navigate at night.
