Conveniently located near Lakeside Village in Keystone, it's just half a mile from the Mountain House ski lifts. Take advantage of the free Keystone shuttle to the Peru Express Chairlift or enjoy a scenic bike ride along the recreation path to Lake Dillon and nearby towns. Clearwater Lofts also features two shared outdoor hot tubs for ultimate relaxation.

The entryway welcomes you with a convenient coat rack and additional hooks for hanging belongings, while a nearby closet houses a private stackable washer and dryer for added convenience. Step into the fully stocked kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and a refrigerator with an ice maker, complemented by bar seating for three—perfect for casual meals. The dining room table comfortably seats six, making it an inviting space for family dinners and gatherings!

The living room features inviting furnishings and generous seating, highlighted by a beautiful stacked stone gas fireplace that enhances the cozy ambiance. For additional sleeping arrangements, guests can take advantage of the Queen sleeper sofa, with extra linens readily available in the closet. Step outside to the private balcony, complete with outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy stunning mountain views and fresh air.

Both bedrooms feature luxurious Ivory White Bedding, ensuring a restful retreat. The Guest bedroom, conveniently located off the dining room, features a King bed, a personal closet, and a wall-mounted TV with lovely mountain views just outside the window. Next door is the Guest bathroom, which includes a combination shower and tub. The primary suite offers a spacious King-sized bed, a cozy seating nook, and an en suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and a dual sink vanity.

Guests of Clearwater lofts can park one car in the underground heated garage equipped with a 50amp receptacle. Please note, guests must bring their own charging cords. A second parking spot is available in front of the building on a first come first serve basis.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry-leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest's stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest's arrival.

Perfect place to stay

We loved our stay at this condo and highly recommend. Everything was new and exceptionally clean. The split bedroom layout was nice for two couples. The open kitchen and living area was comfortable and well furnished. We appreciated all of the hooks for hanging ski clothes, etc. The parking garage on the ground floor was a huge plus for a winter visit. It was wonderful to load and unload without having to go outside. The Keystone ski shuttle stops right outside this building and goes to the Mountain House base area. We recommend using the shuttle. The bedding provided is nice and luxurious as described, but we found the comforters to be too warm. Although we kept the thermostats set at 65, the temperature in each room was consistently above that. Our solution was to open a window and use the ceiling fan. My only suggestion for improvement would be for lightweight blankets to be provided for those who are warm sleepers.

Great Keystone Property!

We stayed in this unit for a few days in the fall. Totally recommend this unit! First off, the unit is perfectly furnished with all the amenities anyone could want. The new and modern vibe also had a very comfortable and casual feeling. Loved the large bar and dining area along with the openness of the kitchen/dining/living room. All appliances, including a washer & dryer, were new. While we only used the kitchen mostly for breakfast, it was fully furnished with everything needed to prepare meals. The living area with a large TV was very comfortable. Both bedrooms are very large and have windows that look out to the mountains. The large walk-in shower in the master bath was such a luxury. Second, we loved the location of the property. The view of the mountains from the patio was stunning! Being there in the fall we were able to view the trees in the mountains turning beautiful colors. Sitting on the patio with coffee in the morning was just awesome. The property was close to anything we needed, but far enough away to feel like we were at a resort. We walked a few miles along the shared path just on the back side of the property. Access was very easy, and the availability of the heated parking garage was a bonus. Can’t wait to come back here!

Unit was nice

The unit was nice. However, we called at 1pm about early check-in and we’re told that someone was currently cleaning the unit so we waited until the assigned 4:30pm check-in and once we arrived at the room, it had not been cleaned at all from previous renters. We called management and had to wait another hour or so before we could actually check in. It was very aggravating considering we had been traveling since 4am that morning and we’re tired and ready to rest.

#302 Bldg 1

The property was one mile from Keystone Resort. We found it to be clean with all the amenities required. Having the washer/dryer in the unit was nice. The underground parking is a great luxury. We would recommend this property.

Would live here if I could!

The place is super open and 'new' feeling. We didn't utilize any restaurants in town and decided to cook at the place which we did every day during our stay. I enjoyed all the amenities the kitchen had to make it that much easier. I wish i actually more time in the place but the snow was calling. Cant wait to stay here again. Huge plus was the communication from owner made everything so easy and always appreciate the open lines of communication. No need to look further for a place to stay!

how many buildings does clearwater have? are they all around the same age? or one is newer than other?

Answer:

Clearwater Lofts includes 3 separate buildings, all were completed around the same time of each other. They are fairly new units, and very close to Lakeside Village!
