This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, condo sleeps 6 across a king bed and two Twin XL-over-Twin XL bunk beds. This luxury condo features hardwood flooring, a stacked stone gas fireplace, stainless steel appliances, and a balcony with mountain views. Clearwater Lofts is a newer complex near Lakeside Village in Keystone and only a half mile to the Mountain House ski lifts. Enjoy the free Keystone shuttle directly to the ski resort’s Peru Express Chairlift or ride your bike on the recreation path from Clearwater’s front door all the way to Lake Dillon and the surrounding towns. Clearwater Lofts also offers two shared outdoor hot tubs for guest use.

This condo offers a modern feel with brand new furnishings. The entryway offers a bench and additional hooks for hanging items and mats for your shoes. The closet near the entryway holds the private, stackable washer and dryer. You will be welcomed by the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker and a dining area that comfortably seats six.

The living room offers cozy furnishings, ample seating, a stacked stone gas fireplace, and a Smart TV with sound bar. The private balcony off of the living room is furnished with chairs, and offers mountain views.

Both of the bedrooms are equipped with our Ivory White Bedding. The first bedroom is off of the dining room and features a set of two Twin XL-over-Twin XL bunkbeds, a Smart TV and a dresser. The guest bathroom can be found next door and features quartz countertops and shower/tub combination. The primary suite is located beyond the living room featuring a king-sized bed, Smart TV, dresser, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks.

Guests of Clearwater lofts can park one car in the underground heated garage. A second surface parking spot is available in front of the building on a first come first serve basis.

This vacation rental is new to our management program. There are no reviews yet, but you can be the first to leave a review! We hope to see you in Summit County soon.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

*Please note we have a minimum age and night requirement. This property requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved and that the paying guest is 25 years of age or older. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. Thank you for your understanding.

Above and Beyond!
We loved this place and loved working with Summit County Mountain Retreats. We use them every time and will continue to do so. We had an unfortunate accident and had to extend our stay. The management went above and beyond helping us find a place to stay at the last minute and gave us a discount and even a bottle of wine. They are also so accommodating and always very quick to respond.

Great 5 day summer stay!
Excellent experience at this beautiful, like new 3rd floor condo. Plenty of space for our family of 4! Absolutely everything we needed for 5 days. Great hot tub very close. Everything was clean. Kitchen well equipped. Only small complaint was that it faces Highway 6 which is fairly noisy.
We can’t wait to return! Bonus - check out Last Chance Pizza for great pizza at a very reasonable price!

Summer Retreat
Our family of 4 had a wonderful time and enjoyed our summer stay at the Clearwater Lofts. Everything is new, modern, and clean. Everything we needed was there. It is located right on the bike/walking path. We enjoyed the hot tub a few evenings. We walked to restaurants and to paddle boating nearby.

The only complaint for this particular unit is that we are from the Midwest, and the unit only cools when the windows are open. Our first night was uncomfortably warm - even with windows open and 3 box fans. 2 of the 3 ceiling fans would not circulate beyond a low level. We did contact maintenance for not being equipped with the controls (wall or remote) to increase the ceiling fan speed, however, it was deemed a low priority and was not addressed during our stay. It took some time to circulate the cool air at the beginning of our stay.

Great place to stay and play
Got in a bit later than I had wanted, but it was super easy to pick up the keys.
Building was nice, underground parking was a great bonus.
Our condo was great! Would come back again.
Didn’t cook really but kitchen was nice!

Keystone ski trip experience
The condo was in great condition and just as described. Fireplace was a great feature! This place has a great location, less than 5 mins to parking lot for River run.

Great new condo
Beautiful new ,nicely furnished condo with great layouts,shuttle bus ti ski resort & access to jacuzzi .
Management was very responsive too & kitchen was well equipped & even had a spice rack & good knifes which is rare in rentals .would def stay there again & loved our stay ����❣️
