This updated fourth floor 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the Dakota Lodge pool and hot tub area and incredible slope views beyond that. Plus an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and hardwood flooring. This vacation rental is centrally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. The complex is also right next to Dercum Square which features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a beautiful gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Extra linens are in a closet. The private balcony is just off of the living area and features beautiful slope views to the south.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. The dining area comfortably seats four across a beautiful wooden high-top dining table.

The bedroom features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program, a mounted flat screen TV, full-size mirror and closet for storage. The full bathroom is just across the hall and has a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. The bathroom comes stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Our ultra-premium linens rival those of The Four Seasons featuring extra soft, oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. The ivory white bedding is modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. This bedding showcases a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay.

Amazing get away!!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was a quick get away without the kids and it was just the cozy place we were looking for!! Great view for coffee on the patio, cozy fireplace for that chilly night we had, and everything we needed within walking distance in the village! The staff was awesome as well when we called the day of check out and allowed us to have a late checkout as we just weren’t ready to leave yet!! We will definitely be using this place again!!

Dakota Lodge #8522

We have stayed in Keystone Village for many years and found our stay here to be very comfortable. We like the proximity to the pool and the hot tubs, as well as to the restaurants. In addition, we contacted the host following our stay to close down our YouTube TV account (which we had forgotten to do before leaving...thanks again for doing this).

Great Trip to Keystone!

Wonderful visit! The unit was conveniently located, clean and comfortable. If you're looking for a quiet place, this is not for you. The pool and hot tub is located directly beneath the unit and can be noisy, however, it is closed down by management at 10pm. This was no bother to us but something to keep in mind. We hope to visit again next year, thank you!

Nice, clean, comfortable place

We liked this place and would recommend. We note that there is no AC. There were 2 fans that we used. If going soon (Summer/Fall 2024) note that there is construction very close by, so it is noisy during the day starting about 8:30am.

Beautiful Condo

Great condo, perfect location, ideal for the two of us if the lodge itself was as good as the condo. The hot tubs were cold (and my search for a getaway only had the “hot tub” search filter). When I called to ask for them to be turned up it took a few calls and hours to discover they would be unavailable for the entirety of our stay. Management should notify owners who could then let people know of the issue before booking. Super great accommodations other than that.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, many amenities do close in the off season for maintenance and we apologize for the inconvenience that caused. We don't manage the hot tubs but did call the HOA multiple times to see if they could be turned up. They are working again now. We're happy to hear that you enjoyed the property otherwise and apologize again that the hot tubs weren't working!

Clean and convenient

From the reservation to checkin process, getting to this rental was very easy. Once we arrived, we appreciated how clean and well equipped the space was. Most importantly, with access by foot to the gondola, restaurants, hot tub, and pool we just had to show up and enjoy vacation.

April Ski trip

Great location easy walk to gondola and several good restaurants and bars. Room was well appointed, and a nice size, very clean. Everything worked well.

Nice Keystone Dakota Condo

We had a wonderful stay at Dakota #8522. The unit is updated and does not feel tramped for a one bedroom condo. Master bed is very comfortable. The 4th floor provides a nice view of slopes but the one elevator can be slow (used stairs many times). Dakota lodge has a great location (near gondola, ski rental, village, ice rink) and has convenient pool/hot tubs and ski lockers. PM did a good job cleaning unit prior to our stay. We would stay here again!

Great Place near Keystone slopes

Cozy and delightful

The condo itself is in fabulous shape. It was very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was provided. Management was very communicative. Pick up of the parking pass and entry key was super easy and convenient. Biggest complaint is the there is ONE elevator for all the floors with so many rooms - we usually just took the stairs (4th floor). Parking in the garage was packed as well, felt lucky we got a spot.

Wonderful stay

Kudos to the cleaning crew! First impression was of how clean the unit was. It smelled clean and everything was spotless. Unit is well equipped with anything one could need. Plenty of towels and supplies. The view is stunning! Perfect for a couple! Had a wonderful time and will be back!

Overall great stay

Over all we had a great stay, it’s in a wonderful location steps away from the slopes. You have a view of the slopes, but I was a little let down with how the staff wasn’t very accommodating. Check in is not until 4:30-5 and check out is at 10. We asked for both early check in and late check out and they told us no for both. But that’s the only thing, otherwise, very clean and nice, bed was comfy and had everything we needed.
