My group of 8 had plenty of space in this beautiful condo. We visited during Memorial weekend when Keystone is pretty empty. Plenty of parking during this time and usually had the pool to ourselves. We came to sightsee and hike. We enjoyed ourselves. Overall the condo was in great condition. The refrigerator's temp control was broken and our food and drinks didn't get as cold as we would like. Nothing spoiled and its a minor issue. The condo is well furnished to make you feel at home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Decatur #1787 for our long weekend. Beds were comfortable, everything we needed was provided, the shuttle to the lift was so easy and quick, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Even though this condo was in a building, it was very quiet and we could not hear any neighbors. The view from the front window was beautiful.

This was a great condo for a family trip. Only issues were the condition of the furniture - mattresses were sagging and some of the chairs were so loose, we were afraid to sit in them. We loved the fireplace and space we had to play games.

We love staying down by the lake where we can walk to activity center, lake, food, etc. The kids love the indoor pool and hot tub along with feeding the fish early in the morning. The condos are very quiet and seems like we are isolated from neighbors. However, this unit really needs some windows worked on along with window screens.

The condo was as nice as specified, with the normal difficult to open/close windows one gets in a big condo. A fair bit of road noise from highway 6. Big problem is the keystone parking policy. They have signs everywhere threatening to tow your car despite most parking space being empty. The only legal place to park overnight is a 10 minute walk away and costs $25 a night. Only 1 parking permit for a condo that sleeps 12 seems odd. Will not stay at Keystone again unless they fix the parking policy.

However, the HOA only allows us to issues one parking pass per rented unit. This information is on the listing, the rental agreement and in our digital guide book. We stayed for 4 days in June. The location is excellent, just a very short walk from the Keystone Lodge and Conference Center. The property is large and spacious, nicely appointed, and the kitchen is very nice and new, lots of dishes/cookware. Leather furniture in living room is comfy and attractive. The two upstairs bedrooms are very nice with en suite bathrooms. TV and internet worked well, though internet was weak downstairs. Only complaint was that it was quite dark downstairs, some of the lights did not work in the downstairs rooms. Overall, a nice place. Management was excellent, very responsive and organized.

We were overall satisfied with the property. One major inconvenience is that there is just one parking spot in a place to fit around four families. We needed to pay for additional parking in a lot around 10 mins walking which required a lot of coordination between guests.

Condo was absolutely perfect for our group of 12. The rooms were all good sized with the oversized living room being our favorite. Kitchen had everything we needed. We were warned ahead of time about having only one parking spot - still a bit strange and we made it work. Would definitely go back.

The condo is very nice and has a good amount of space. We had a group of 12 people staying that came in from different parts of Colorado. Thus, we had 5 vehicles between all of us. I know parking is a limited commodity, but we only had one guest parking spot at the condo and Keystone's guest lots cost $25 to stay overnight. Thus, a reasonably priced condo was $200 more than we expected. I understand why this is but I don't believe this information was included in the rental page prior to booking so I wanted to let people know.

We are very glad that they enjoyed their stay in the unit and we can certainly understand the frustration over extra parking spots. Although this parking information is certainly included. In the listing it does say that there is 1 parking spot for each rented unit and the building managers are very strict about issuing additional parking passes. We are glad to help guests in any way we can to navigate the parking in here in Keystone.

This rental was great! Communication up until our stay was clear, arrival was easy, the texting system made questions a breeze.

My only complaint is the outlets were old and dangerous. My plugs kept falling out, didn’t fit properly (you could tell they were just late 80/90s and an update would solve the problem). One sparked... just seems like an easy fix for safety.

Other than that though, would 5/5 stay again.

First, let me say that the management company was incredibly responsive and very nice. We had some maintenance issues (clogged drains) that were quickly remedied. Some of the other concerns were not, but seemed to be out of the management company's control. The place is a bit dated and some of the mattresses could use replacing, but otherwise it worked for our needs. Bring a knife sharpener though - there was not a sharp knife to be found.

The kids really liked walking around the lake area and having the paddleboats, bikes, etc right here. The condo had plenty of room for 7 of us. Wish we had a deck was the only thing missing.

The place was perfect for our group of 7. Very spacious with split level rooms (2 up / 2 down). Entry has large mud room for ski gear. Living area and dining was perfect for our group to spread out and enjoy the space. Base is walkable (10 mins) or shuttle picks up right in front with a 2 min ride to the lift. I would recommend... our group was parents and kids from age 13-22.

We chose VRBO due to covid. We wanted to have a place close to ski area that only our group went in and out. We didn't want to take the bus service that is provided. We had one of our group drive us back and forth, a 5 min drive. We were able to walk to Keystone Lake ice skating in 5 minutes. Since we cooked all meals, we found the kitchen to be a bit small for 10 people; however, it was stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses and utensils. Could have had some better frying pans for cooking and perhaps a sheet pan or two for oven. It has an induction range and took a bit of getting used to.

We didn't want to call for extra towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags so we ended up buying what we could ourselves and reusing towels. This was a covid thing for us. I'm sure you could get them to deliver these things if you wanted them.

Most VRBO places we have rented have games/cards/books. This one really didn't. Only could put together a deck of cards from random cards, no books. So, bring your own if you want to read or play games. One chair in dining room needs fixing...glue out of joint. Actually, all wood chairs could be looked at for maintenance. Furniture a bit dated but not a problem. All reported comfortable beds! Three baths with tubs. No walk-in showers if that's a need. On the whole, we had a good stay and would consider returning in the future.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our kids loved the condo. It was very spacious and gave the kids opportunities to play while we relaxed. Easily accessible and within short driving ranges to several desirable locations such as Breckinridge and very close to the ski lifts in keystone.

This condo is one of our favorite vacation spots. This is our 4 th time staying here and we just love it. The condo is cabin like, very warm and inviting . We have a big family and we never feel too snug. Pools where closed this time , but it’s a Covid thing. Nieghbor’s always make us feel so welcome and evening walks around the lake are lovely. We brought the bikes and kayaks many trails and Dillon lake near by.

We had a good experience. The room was clean and very functional. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a crock pot and griddle that we thought we needed to bring from home. Location is great.
There was a drawer full of loose screws, and one of the screens was broken and very loose. This normally wouldn't be a problem except we have a small child.

It was great. The condo was as described. The day we got there it was warm and we were in aware that there was not A/C but that led to the open window experience. Beautiful. Breathtaking views and so much on the property alone. We had one window that was broken before we arrived. The screen was not attached otherwise everything was great. Beds comfortable. Enough seating and beds for everyone.

Our rental was a great size for both our families to spend a Christmas together with our grown children. Plenty of room and sleeping areas to accomadate everyone and give people enough room they didn't feel cramped into each others space!! Lovely view of the mountain and a quick jonte to the slopes, restuarant, ski rentals, ice skating & shopping. Only thing that I wish was i should of brought a couple extra blankets! But then I tend to require several blankets to cuddle up in.

The place was nice with good sized bedrooms. It is quiet despite being in a big building. Highlights were the large living area, fireplace and location. The lighting in the bedrooms is relatively limited so it can feel dark. The ski locker is far too small for the number of bedrooms. Parking is easy but uncovered. Kitchen is small for such a large place and doesn’t have enough serving bowels. Otherwise the kitchen had what we needed. The refrigerator door was broken and the company could not fix it during our stay but they were very responsive.

Had a very pleasant stay in this condo. Very clean and spacious. Management were very accessible. Nearby walking trails are lovely and have great mountain views. My only issue was that the ice maker didn't work. When you have 8 thirsty active people, ice is a must!

We had a wonderful experience with our children and grandchildren. The unit worked perfectly for our family. It met all of our needs. When we had a question the customer service was responsive, friendly, and effective. We were impressed. The location was central to many activity opportunities. We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. There was plenty of space for our two families (9 people, including 5 kids). Great view of the mountains, clean, plenty of towels and furnishings and awesome location! Plenty of dining space, washer and dryer on-site. We saw moose right in the backyard. The resort as a whole had shops and dining, a great pool area, fun park, and beautifully maintained grounds. A check in via text was also much appreciated!
I would suggest including dryer sheets, coffee, better signage to the garbage and possibly instructions on what we can do with any left over food/beverages/supplies.

We stay in this condo every year and every year we just live it. The home is clean and has everything we need for our big family. I would highly recommend it to everyone. We saw deer, moose, sheep and had great fishing adventures the pool and hot tub are very clean and stocked with towels. We cook out on the outside grills overlooking the lake, fantastic!!!

We stayed for a retreat, the unit was great, very beautiful. Not as many kitchen utensils as we would have like (ex. no oven mitts and only one small cutting knife) as we cooked our meals there. Besides that, a great trip!

The condo was very clean and spacious and perfect for family of five to spread out. Each kid had their own room, which was much appreciated.
There is sufficient activities in the area to keep everyone occupied. Fishing in the stream, walks, biking, pool, etc. During the summer months it is not busy at all.
The only complaint is the road noise but that could be minimized with a fan. My guess is any property in Keystone has the same issue due to the proximity of the road to the properties and the relatively narrow valley.
If Keystone is your destination this condo is a good choice.

I recently stayed at this location for a work trip. The conference center was a super close walk. Enough keys were provided for guests, which doesn't always happen. Condo was clean and included lots of dishes in the kitchen. If you plan on staying in the off-season, beware that many restaurants in Keystone are not open. However, the free shuttle was available.

We rented an unit in Decatur. It is very close to the keystone resort. Had a great time. Awesome views of the slopes and glad it snowed. Excellent service. They accommodated 2 vehicles in the parking lot. Clean rooms and the kitchen had all needed utensils and all basic spices and ingredients. Extended the checkout time by 4 hours for just $20. Enough rooms to accommodate 10 guests. Highly recommended.

Great condo in a convenient location. Parking leaves a lot to be desired as there was no garage access and the lot is off-set from the main entrance. Management company (for key pick-up etc) was unhelpful in securing an early check-in and the check-in offices were a total dump. Otherwise the condo itself was in good shape and accommodated our big group quite well.

Two families of four rented this space for a one week ski trip. There was plenty of room and everything was very clean and orderly. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, so we were able to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner in. The location was perfect with easy access to the shuttle. The ski locker in the lobby was key. I would stay here again.

The place was very clean, updated and plenty of space for our needs. Only problem was that the bus route is a bit tricky from this location, making you take two buses to get to gondola/river run side. Good to be on bus route if one person wants to go back early, but tricky when waiting for buses twice each way. We did drive the last day and that was convenient. Be aware that the room with bunk beds is a bit tricky to get in one of the top ones because the stairs is blocked by the ceiling, otherwise, nice large condo for our 2 families and a good price.
