Description

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a queen bed, a full sleeper sofa, a twin daybed and a twin trundle bed. It offers a basic setup. It’s for those not interested in extra frills, simply wanting a place to rest their head while enjoying nearby ski areas, the great outdoors, or are just passing through. Dillon Valley East offers shared amenities including an indoor pool and hot tub.

The entryway offers mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV with multiple streaming services available as well as Xfinity cable, plus a dining table with seating for 4 and a full sized sleeper sofa. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is access to the private balcony. Take advantage of the gas grill for additional cooking options and the enjoy the fresh mountain air.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to cook a meal away from home. There is a full breakfast bar that seats four. The bedroom is down the hall and features a queen-sized bed and another designated flat screen TV. The bathroom has a single sink vanity and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. The bathroom is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

Great spot to adventure from!

We used the condo as a jump off to hike and adventure. It gave us a good spot to find fun and was a great value. The beds were pretty comfortable and it was clean.

Peaceful stay

I was very pleased with the over all appearance and the stay was impressively quiet. I was expecting there to be disruptions because it is located in apartment style living with lots of people vacationing here. But it was peaceful. I will be returning again for sure.

Stayed for a one night staycation

Place was great and in very close proximity to Lake Dillon, where we spent a large part of the day before and day after we stayed at this place. Cute old decorations and plenty of places to get comfortable ,although there were only two of us this time. Very clean with a nice patio and kitchen. Went to some great restaraunts within walking distance. We will definitely stay again!

Comfortable but could use some updates

There were a couple gaps in the vertical blinds so they wouldn’t close all the way, and many stains on the carpeting, building a little run down. But comfortable and not bad for the price.

As advertised!

Great location & unit. As advertised, not the place to be if you want luxury. It is primarily residential. Perfect for our needs and price sig less than others in area. Wouldn't recd for more than 4 ppl. No way would 6 fit. Needs more lighting in living room by the trundle bed. Also need more blankets. Good laundry facility. Didnt use clubhouse. SCMR is great and responsive. Overall great week!

Decent unit for the price.

Generally as advertised & well equipped. Stained carpet only real negative. Some minior noise from trucks on I-70 from time to time.

Fun & Funky Little Weekend Retreat

This property served as a weekend retreat for us. It's in a good location that is fairly close to the grocery store, a brewery, and other amenities. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and cookware that we needed, and the bed was comfortable.
If you are wanting a posh, swanky pad, this is not the property for you. The decor is a bit of a time-warp, but we had a blast finding things that we remembered from when we were kids (owl macrame wall hangings, anyone?) This place had everything that we needed, and the price point was good. :)

Great host

We are a family of 3 and this small space was perfect for us. One more person and it would have been a bit crowded. I liked the eclectic decor, mismatched furniture, and oddities. Would highly recommend. Check in instructions seemed a bit overwhelming at first but wound up being a breeze.

Big Mistake

So, I was naive. I didn't think there were rentals in Dillon, Co. this grotesque. First off, it was a real challenge just getting the key from the lockbox among 100 other lockboxes with no order. Next, the entrance and stairs up to our rental looked like a murder movie scene. The place we stayed at was pretty musky, very outdated, and bed uber uncomfortable...really didn't sleep much. I was trying to plan a nice night of concert and condo in Dillon, Co...but, failed choosing this place. STAY AS CLOSE TO THE LAKE AS POSSIBLE!!!

We thank you for having taken the time to give us an evaluation of your stay. The HOA of Dillon Valley, the building property managers, have chosen the location for the lockboxes and we have no control over that. We understand that there are multiple lockboxes in this area, which is why we have ours labeled with our name and our check-in instructions state that the lockbox is "in the top, right corner". Our office is also open until 9pm, but we also have 24/7 emergency assistance if guests are having trouble checking in. This unit is marketed as follows: "It offers a basic setup. It’s for those not interested in extra frills, simply wanting a place to rest their head while enjoying nearby ski areas, the great outdoors, or are just passing through". The pictures of this unit are also accurate to reflect this description. Finding a mattress that satisfies the mass amount of renters we see is just not possible, but we do like to see every guest comfortable during their stay. If someone does not like the mattress we can offer a replacement air-mattress or mattress topper if we are made aware of the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. They had everything didn’t have to worry about cooking if I brought food they had a roku ready in the room and they had balcony wish I used it more

A cozy condo

Felt very homey and we loved that it wasn't neutral or a generic hotel room. The beds did sink in the middle so they weren't good back support for me since I have back pains.

Good and affordable.

We spend most of our day outdoors so it was great to go back to rest. The location was okay, had everything we needed in Dillon and hiking trails were only about 10-15mins away. Really felt like home. Fully furnished. I do have a wild 3 year old so it was kind hard trying to keep him calm since the home had a lot of decorations everywhere. But other that that it was good ��

My Vrbo in Dillon adventure

Nice location in Dillon, near Silvertjorne, Keystone, Frisch, Breckinridge, lake, mountains. Cozy for 2 adults, nice location and size for parents and children. Residential family oriented area. Clean. Commend the cleaning service. Nice full kitchen.
Key experience a little challenging for me but worked out ok.
Summit communication and coordination excellent.
Adjacent to interstate. Easy access. No sleep issues for me due to noise.
