This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse that sleeps 8 with a king bed, two queen beds, and a full-sized Murphy bed. It features vaulted ceilings and a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are two private decks with mountain views. A private sauna and private hot tub on the lower level. Private laundry, wood-burning fireplace, and a private garage. The central Keystone location allows for easy access to all the resort and Arapahoe Basin.

The entryway has a bench and mounted hooks at the main entryway and a mudroom from the garage entrance. The living area features vaulted ceilings with wood beams, a beautiful wood-burning fireplace with floor-to-ceiling stone, and a flat screen TV. Also in the living area is a wet bar with a wine cooler and kegerator (alcohol not provided). Just off the living area is the first private deck, offering mountain and slope views in the distance. Sit back and enjoy the views or take advantage of the grill for additional cooking options.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy the family meals around the dining table that seats eight. There are two additional seats at the breakfast bar.

Also on the main level is the first guest bedroom, featuring a queen-sized bed and an office area. The second deck is just through this room. The bathroom for the main level has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Downstairs, just off the garage, is a room with a private sauna, private hot tub, and shower area.

Upstairs is the master suite and another guest bedroom. The master bedroom features vaulted ceilings, a king-sized bed, a gas fireplace, a sitting area, and a flat screen TV. The luxurious en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops. This spacious bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk-in shower with a bench. It is newly remodeled. The second guest bedroom features two queen-sized beds, a flat-screen TV, and an office are. The en suite bathroom has a double sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The laundry room is on the upper level.

**Ultra-premium Linens and Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ultra-premium linens and ivory white bedding. Our ultra-premium linens rival those of The Four Seasons featuring extra soft, oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. The ivory white bedding is modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. This bedding showcases a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay.

*Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

Amazing home

Our family spent spring break 2024 at the enclave #8. The convenience to the mountain, views off the deck while grilling our steaks. Plenty of room we’re able to host a family for dinner. It was also in Keystone. Our kids love the hot tub, sauna, and steam room. It was so nice having that right inside the home. Being able to park in the garage was a big bonus. The Sonos surroundsound was a very nice touch. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Great location

This rental was good but could've been better. We got there and house was at over 80 degrees. When I contacted the property people, I was advised house had no AC.

Unfortunately, this property does not have air conditioning but this is not uncommon in Summit County. We do provide a fan in each bedroom closet to help with the summer heat. We always recommend opening up a window to let in that cool mountain air, it really helps cool the unit off.

Family Reunion Summer in the Mountains

Clean, well equipped kitchen, huge master suite, large family/dining area. Perfect for 3 couples. Central location and walk across the street to Keystone weekend summer festival. Close to Dillon for pontoon boat trip and shopping. Quick drive to Loveland Pass and peaks. Perfect summer weather for hikes. Only downside is Rt 6 road noise from truck traffic but all condos in Keystone are exposed to that. Great townhome. Hot tub and steam shower were a plus. The carpets coyld use a deep clean.

Overall OK. Stove needed repair. Had to use matches to light burners. Repairman didn't come till our last nite (holiday) and was planning on taking stove apart after we left.

Very Nice

Overall, very good. Only small issue was garage needed to be swept out. Home was perfect for a family of 6 adults. Kitchen/Living areas great!

Family Time

Beautiful townhome that hosted our family of 7. Tastefully decorated with top notch appliances. Extremely comfortable for a large group! Would highly recommend for large family gatherings.

Westfall Family Ski Trip

We had a wonderful experience. Everything far exceeded our expectations. We knew from the pictures the condo was exceptional and it truly was. Everything was first quality from the bed linens to oversized bath towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed (except for groceries!). The gas range is first class. We loved the heated floors, wood burning fire place and the convenience of the garage. Most of all, we all took advantage of the private hot tub and sauna area. Great way to relax after a full day on the slopes.
I have to say, the resort management staff welcomed us, stayed in constant contact and responded to our every need and request to make sure our stay in Enclave #28 was the best it could be.

Amazing all around!

We have gone through summit rentals for years but this property exceeded all of our expectations! We were so impressed with the amenities! This was the first time we have brought the whole family. There was plenty of space for everyone e. We loved the kitchen and modern bathrooms- coffee & nespresso machine! Everything is very tech forward (yay sonos!)and for the most part user friendly. The kids loved the television selections and the view was perfect! The kids enjoyed playing in the snow right outside our door! It was super close to the mountain for easy pick up and drop off! We also loved that we didn’t have to leave the house to take a dip in the hot tub! We hope to book here again in the future, we loved it that much!
