The condo was clean,was right across from elevator so heard people talking.....was also very close to bus route and there was a bus always at stop from 6:30 am on! Was in walking distance to shops and food, had patio but furniture wasn't comfortable without padding which was missing....

This condo was perfect for us. It was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. We loved sitting out on the patio as well as out by the pool. We ate half our meals in and half out. It was fun to be able to walk over to a restaurant for a meal or a drink.

I had an exceptional experience staying at the accommodation in Keystone, Colorado, with my wife and two boys, aged 6 and 9. The setup of having a bedroom and bathroom for each of us provided the perfect blend of comfort and privacy. The cleanliness of the place was noteworthy, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

The breathtaking views added a magical touch to our stay, and the balcony space became an instant favourite for our boys, offering a splendid backdrop for quality family time. The convenient 5-minute walk to the gondola each day made our snowboarding adventures hassle-free.

In summary, this accommodation not only met but exceeded our expectations, making our stay in Keystone an unforgettable experience. We have already booked for the same time next year!! 5 stars �� The property management company and cleaning staff were professional and superb too - again 5 stars ��

Perfect size for our family of three. Loved how close to the ski lift it was — very easy walk into the village. The outdoor pool was heated enough that we could swim comfortably even though it was really cold outside. Check in was easy — the place you pick up your key is on the way and took less than 2 minutes. Really liked the digital guestbook, which was a convenient way to answer all our questions. We hope to return!

The place was nice and updated. Cozy with the gas fireplace. Comfortable furniture. The 2 things I would recommend is investing in bowls. Down to 5 and they are small. The other area was dust. I am shocked by the cleaning fee but that I can write my name with my finger in the amount of dust on top of dresser, bedframe and blinds. Other than that the place was great!

I would not recommend this unit or management company, Summit County Mountain Retreats. We walked in and immediately encountered red "Danger" tape covering the sliding glass door to the balcony. I called the management company immediately and they had no clue why it was there, but assured me they would contact the HOA and provide an update in 10-15 minutes. The rep very snidely stated no alternative could be provided as they're not a hotel, despite sharing I had two small children in my party. We never received an update that night and first thing the following morning cut short our stay due to the conditions and dismissiveness from the management company. There are many fine options in Keystone, so I'd definitely recommend steering clear of this unit and Summit County Mtn Retreats if possible.

Thank you for your honest review and feedback! During this guests stay we were not notified about a project going on that would affect this unit, but we are happy to say that this project is done! I do see we did reach out to the HOA for this concern, but unfortunately they did not get back to us in a timely manner during this guest's stay.

We really enjoyed our time in Keystone & the River Run Village! It was nice to have shopping and food within a few steps of our condo. Just a short drive to Silverthorn for more shopping and restaurants, to Keystone Spa/Resort for water activities, to Frisco for Copper Mountain activities, or Breckenridge too! Overall very nice place - just a couple things that could be better.

A couple things that could be better... The second bedroom is really tight. There is probably one inch of space between the two beds. The photo makes it look a lot larger. There is nowhere to put a fan in the window unless you somehow prop it between the window and the blinds and hope it doesn't fall into the bed during the night. Not enough space for luggage, so we had to have one suitcase in the living room. There is no door between the main bedroom & bathroom. Obviously something that can't be changed :) But just a heads-up for people who like doors on the bathroom. Hand soap is not provided - just the little hotel bar of soap.

The biggest inconvenience for us was the email I received two days before we were to arrive, letting us know that our balcony was not going to be useable. I found that to be very unprofessional - not giving us enough time to switch condos. We really would have liked to use the patio on many occasions. When I replied saying I wasn't happy about that, they didn't offer any solution or anything. It appeared they were fixing the concrete, which was actually dry, but the danger tape was still up and no patio furniture was available.

Nice to have humidifiers & fans provided! Pizza on the Run, the Steakhouse, the mini-golf, and all the little shops were great! Nice condo for 4 people. Very nice appliances, indoor parking, and the condo was very clean.

Everything was nice and clean. Only think is the master bedroom water never got warm and the toilet made a loud noise, like an airplane was going to take off. Other than that, great amazing stay

The resort was perfectly clean and cosy. All the furniture was well placed and comfortable. The kitchen households were perfect enough to cook. I want to come here often. The surrounding scenery was beautiful and everything was convenient.
