Unit was very clean and pleasant. Bottom sheet on king size bed was not deep enough and the corners kept slipping off. Ice maker had been turned off and no water in the trays so we had no ice the first evening.

We’re pleasantly surprised at the quality of furnishings in condo: leather sofa and chair in living room looked and felt quite new, also loved dining table and chairs, positionable Roku TV, beds very comfortable, plenty of humidifiers that worked well and fans. Kitchen: nice pans and skillets, plenty of knives, cutting boards, wine opener, glassware, plates bowls, not much for flatware and no large mugs for coffee, small cups. The above stove microwave did not work, we contacted Summit County Mountain Retreats and within 2 hours provided a new Counter microwave, Sharp 900w that worked great, we were impressed with their willingness to help and prompt professional manner. Bathrooms very nice but smaller than normal toilets. Deck is extremely expansive and mature trees surrounding. Downside of location, there were a lot of man made sounds, roofing project in area, many shuttle, bus sounds, much construction work, big trucks, maybe more due to our timing after Labor Day weekend. The pool was very nice and impressed with the warm temperature, however hot tub was not available due to repairs. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend, especially the management team. Recommendations would be upgrade kitchen counter, shampoo carpet, get better flatware, larger mugs, and larger toilets.

Great space, great location and huge balcony! We loved sitting outside, viewing the mountains and watching River Run. We had a few small issues, but easily talked to management,and they were very receptive. We love River Run Village, and would choose this condo again.

Great location, can walk to Keystone lifts, 5 min drive to Arapaho. Super clean. Easy check in. Nice and well equipped. Great heated pool and jacuzzi. Spacious condo. Easy underground parking. 2 elevators.

The condo was clean and beautiful. However the kitchen was in much need of an update of cooking utensils. The wrap around porch was stunning , but the patio furniture cushions were no where to be found. The guest bath kept getting backed up. And each morning at 7:30 the staff vacuumed in the hallway. Really annoying for enjoying the vacation time much needed.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was as described, very spacious, clean. The wrap around deck was a plus, just a little too chilly to drink coffee out there in the morning though. There were only 2 businesses open in the square, but we found places to eat in nearby towns. Also the stores in the nearby little strip were open, Steep makes their own chai. The paths were walkable, really great to get out (even if I was gasping for air coming from sea level). Watch for moose! Not many other guests at this time, but it was quiet, not crowded in the spa or pool. Laundry facilities were just a few steps down the hall. I left a short list of a few items that needed looked at, nothing that were a problem and needed immediate attention. I think there are some other comments about needing some pot holders, if you're going to have a full size oven. they can be washed & changed out with new guests. Not a great idea to be pulling pans out with dish towels. Check in was easy. Heated garage was a feature I looked for. Cala Irish Pub in the Cove, good choice. Arapahoe Cafe in Dillon for breakfast, oh so yummy. I'd recommend this unit, would stay here again.

The check-in process was frustrating and not easy to follow. There are a few things that could have been improved.

1. Checkin isn't until 4:30, which is very late to begin with. So we just skied at Keystone as long as possible, up until 4. The issue is that every person is trying to leave Keystone at that time and this system makes you cross US 6 to get to the lockbox, to then cross back over US 6 to get to the rental. It took 45 min to do this because of ski traffic. They should just put lockboxes on the Keystone resort side, so you don't force people to try to cross the highway during peak ski traffic.
2. The instructions to find the parking garage were pretty non-existent, we had to call to figure out where to enter the parking garage. Maybe just add a Pin on the checkin instructions to make this easier.
3. Once we found the rental location, it was very confusing to try to figure out the unit number. It wasn't on the checkin instructions or our pick up packet. We ended up needing to call for this information as well, and the person on the phone wasn't very helpful.
4. On the porch, we found a water bottle full of cigarettes and dip spit... it was pretty disgusting.

check-in was easy - directions to pick-up & condo easy to follow. We received a text from SCMR asking if we were checking out early and what time. Since check-out is early at 10 we stated 10. The next morning there was a knock at the door a little after 9 from house-keeping. Towels were very thick and nice. The condo was nice but LR furniture/couch was uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. There were some minor things - some blinds were missing the rod to open/close blinds or didn't work (open), carpet in master and entry to LR has spots on it & either needs to be cleaned or replaced, mattress in master could be flipped. Balcony is HUGE but missing any decent furniture to sit comfortably to enjoy it ...maybe an HOA thing but still a total waste of a balcony if you can't have any decent furniture. Overall we enjoyed our state ... just a few minor issues that could use some attention.

I stayed here 2 nights with a buddy on our 2021 Bromance Weekend, The Golf Edition. Early October, so it was very quiet. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The TVs are wall-mounted, and the amenities are great. I would recommend to the owner to include plastic cups for the hot tub/pool area. Other than that, 5 stars!

My only complaint is for now it shouldn't be labeled "huge wraparound balcony" because it's under construction but they did let us know before final booking, but when the balcony is done whoa. Inside the place is large and everything you'd need for 4+ people. For Summer, I was surprised to learn Keystone is very dead during the week and seems to be mainly open on weekends. But Breck, Dillon, Silverthorne are all within 25 min so it's got a good location to find stuff that's open. Would be awesome for winter. Also the ice rink that's supposed to be a mini golf course, isn't open. Price was a great summer value if you didn't mind venturing out to find more things open.

I am glad we were able to contact the guests before they finalized their reservation to make sure they were aware of the issue with the balcony. This information is also located on the listing. Gladly this unit does have ample room inside which it sounds like the guests did enjoy. Although, a majority of Keystone Resort is open during the summer it may not feel like it compared to during busy peak season. We always love to offer some suggestions of things to do in the area for our guests.

Our experience was great, the property was clean and as expected. The property was conveniently located for enjoying all Keystone has to offer, we also enjoyed the amenities as the pool, hot tub, grill, and garage were easily accessible and well maintained. The space and location were fine. The management company needs a bit of help with streamlining it's process with clients and coming across more welcoming. I was contacted on two different occasions with the threat of having my reservation cancelled if I didn't call back within a 48 hour timeframe.
Why wouldn't you make it clear what credit cards are accepted by working with the owners and making sure at the time of booking that there will be the need to complete paperwork to finalize the reservation. Threatening calls and rude help did not make for a welcoming experience. Two thumbs down on your customer service. Two thumbs up on the cleanliness of the space.

Great place to retreat and recharge. Expedition Station is a nice facility. Tips: Checking in was a little confusing as we had to get room keys off location, and I didn't feel that was communicated very clearly, and parking garage is tight so larger vehicles will want to park outside. Our condo was very spacious and comfortable. TV was a little complex with 3 remotes but we weren't there for the tv. Overall a great experience with the complex. Location is perfect to be in the middle of the action.

As someone who grew up in summit county, I’ve never been at the receiving end of a lot of our hospitality experiences. I was very pleasantly surprised by how well prepared the rental was for a live in stay, with a genuinely fully outfitted kitchen (I was expecting a decent amount of kitchen ware but nothing to the extent and breadth that was provided) and very cozy living spaces and bedrooms. The location of expedition station - directly next to the river run parking lot and summit stage bus stop, while also being directly in Keystone Village - provided a perfect level of accessibility and convenience.

The rental was perfect size for the four of us and the location was great. The wraparound deck was enjoyable in the mornings for a cup of coffee and in the evenings with a glass of wine. We took advantage of the pool and the grill on both of the evenings we stayed. We have no complaints.

This unit was perfect for our family of 4 plus we had friends over for dinner almost every night, with plenty of room. We also loved the locations, quick walk to the slopes and at night our kids would go ice skating and we could watch them from the deck. The unit could use a few updates though, the cabinets were falling apart and we had to ask a neighbor to borrow a wine opener. Otherwise it was perfect and would definitely come back to this unit again.

We rented this condo for our friends while we stayed in our own condo. This unit was very nice and spacious. Nice big deck for all of us to hangout. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The only thing we could suggest is different soap in bathroom. They had this black/brown soap bar that left soap residue everywhere and it smelled manly. Big complaint of women staying in condo. Our condo had the same soap from the property management and we did let them know our thoughts. Wish this building had air conditioning because in the summer, it is hot and the box fans didn’t really help. The buildings main areas and hallways were also very warm! I think checkout time of 10am is a little early. 11am should be checkout especially when we take out our own trash, start the dishwasher and clean out fridge. Other than these things, the unit was nice.

Ideal location for Skiing in Arapahoe Basin. Also close to Dillon, Silverthorne and Breckenridge. It is a very nice and comfortable apartment and we enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and hot tub very much. Keystone itself was very quite when we stayed (May 2019) with most places closed. However it was ideal for what we wanted. Brittany in Summit County Mountain Retreats was very helpful.

This condo is very spacious and has everything we needed to enjoy a great week on the slopes. We ski A-Basin and it’s a quick drive . We also enjoy the heated pool, jacuzzi, and steam room. Great way to relax after a day of skiing. The checking in and out process is very streamlined but customer service wasn’t great when I called to ask some questions. They seemed bothered and unfriendly. Shame because I rent from this company every year and refer an average of 5 families.

You won'tbe disappointed - this condo is spacious, comfortable and conveniently located for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park, Guenella Pass, Big Thompson Canyon, Red Rocks, Breckonridge and Leadville, and lookout mt. Don't miss any of these! The big balcony is the best in the entire resort and the pool area is wonderful! The condo was dusty in some areas but otherwise clean. the furniature in the common spaces and the mattresses are a bit tired and the kitchen needs some new pans but this is far outweighed by the many great features of this property! The property manager responds quickly, genuinely interested in making you comfortable and quick to reply. We loved it and hope to be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Expedition Station. We were within a few minutes walking distance to the gondola at River Run as well as shops and restaurants. The unit was outfitted well and very clean. The kitchen is large enough for two cooks in the kitchen at a time. (Note: We enjoyed cooking in our unit which is a big family thing for us.) Management also allowed us to use our son's outdoor propane grill and pizza oven on the extensive corner balcony/deck. We enjoyed three days of snow so can not comment on using the deck with sunny skies but I am sure it would be wonderful in warmer weather. We had adequate bedding, towels and supplies for the entire 5 days.

Loved the condo. Views, location, indoor parking. Size and layout of condo was wonderful. Nicely decorated and furnished. SCMR cleaning crew did a great job before our arrival and the condo was stocked with an ample amount of initial supplies (not just 1/2 a roll of toilet paper like some places provide). Fabulous! Clean comfortable and quiet. Easy access to everything. Easy access to other local cities. I expected issues with check in since we came late in the day but everything was perfect. They stayed in contact with me via email before and after the trip to make sure I was prepared and happy, which we ARE. Would stay there anytime. The check in process was so easy (we arrived after hours and used the drop box) and the location of the condo was great. The views from the deck were amazing-360 views of the mountains. The condo was in perfect condition when we arrived and close to the pool. The kids swam everyday and just loved it (the adults even used the pool/hot tub as well). Besides the pool we played mini golf in the area right across from the condo and also used the Keystone booking service for our horseback ride (which was fantastic). The gentleman in the office also offered up suggestions of day trips we should take or best routes-so helpful. The only thing that could have made our stay better was if the beds were softer-they were hard as rocks so just adding on an eggshell would have have made all the difference in the world. We would stay again if ever in CO.

All of our previous condo stays have been booked directly with owners. I was apprehensive about booking through property management companies because I've only heard bad things, but SCMR exceeded all expectations. From the initial booking through check-out, the process was simple. Check-in was a breeze. They communicated with me often before my stay.

The condo itself was in great condition. Beds were comfortable, as was the sofa. The balcony really makes this condo special. It's huge and we spent a lot of time out there relaxing.

Location is perfect. Steps away from the heart of River Run Village and the Summit Stage stop, but far enough away that you don't have all of the noise and people staring up at you as they eat and drink.

We'll definitely use SCMR on our next trip to Keystone and will stay in Expedition Station 8572 if it's available.

Our stay was perfect--a couple of colleagues and I got away to the mountains to work on our dissertations, while also enjoying a nature walk and the hot tub! This was a perfect choice. Ample room to spread out books/computers. It was quiet (off season) and perfect for staying in. Kitchen was well stocked for meal preparation, etc.

Our unit was very spacious, clean, and just perfect for a family of 5. The feeling was very homey and comfortable, a home away from home. The pool area. Was a fun experience for our 3 girls. And the unit was a nice walking distance from the gondola, shops and restaurants!

We really enjoyed staying in this unit. It is quite spacious for a small 2 bedroom unit. The corner wrap around porch made for beautiful snowy views. My only recommendation would be to add another chair in the living room. The minimal seating made it difficult to sit around as a family at night and watch movies, and the beds were a bit firm for my taste. However, all & all we really enjoyed our stay & plan on returning in the future!

2 bedroom condo in River Run was great location and in good condition. Only 2 issues were unsatisfactory: had to empty full dishwasher immediately upon arrival and clean the coffee maker before it could be used.

I stayed at expedition station and the condo was incredible. The wraparound balcony was my favorite part about the unit and the location could not be more ideal. Summit county vacations was also very easy to book through, I could not recommend highly enough.

I have been renting in River Run Village for 15 years and for the price this was the biggest condo with an awesome deck. Both bathrooms are large. Very easy check in but the deck was not shoveled, it had snowed a lot leading up to that day but for a week rental it would have been nice. It does not take away points away for me on this review of this condo and if I called they probly would of sent someone over. As it can accommodate a lot of people it kinda seems it needs some bar stools as nice counter to hang around but no chairs that height. Those would be my 2 negatives otherwise for the price and value would definately book it again. It snowed everyday I was there and was there to snowboard and the experience was memorable.

A few friends and I were at Keystone for a wedding, and this condo provided the perfect home base. Plenty of space (especially on the porch!), clean, with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable and close to the action.

I loved this condo! We typically try to stay away from the mass produced cookie cutter big business type condo's when we rent in the mountains, but this place was cheaper than most other 2 bedrooms for a short weekend with the family. I have to say we were so happy we stayed in the Condo. The back deck was absolutely amazing, somehow giving us a sense of privacy despite being in a condo development. The location was great, made it very very easy to engage is all of the activities Keystone offers in the summer for kids (mini golf, 2 playgrounds, 2 life size game sets, the gondola, and the river for the mandatory rock throwing). We didn't have to get in our car to do anything the kiddo wanted to do and there was plenty of places to eat nearby. We had to venture in to Breck one morning and it was just wonderful returning to this quiet and very well layed out condo in quiet Keystone without all of the ridiculous crowds. The condo itself was great. The bathrooms were a nice size, the bedrooms were just right, the furniture was all very comfortable and it made the place just feel like home. Once complaint I might have was with the king bed in the master. It was a good firm mattress, which I like (no rolling to the middle etc.) but it could use a pillowtop or something just to give older bones some padding while being supported. We will most definitely be back. The property rental company was also very easy to work with (usually something else I avoid) and quickly and readily answered my questions.

The property is very comfortable. everything you could need. We were not able to figure out the main tv but, that's a user issue. gorgeous balcony, you could find sun or shade! would definitely be back.

Keystone village is a cute little area with plenty of beautiful scenery and lots to do in the area. This was our first visit to Keystone/Dillon and we loved it. The room was awesome and the Summit County folks were helpful with our needs. The room we got was a corner unit and so had gobs of room and the off season price was pretty good too. We'd definitely stay here again.

When we thought about staying in Keystone again this summer, we KNEW we wanted to go back to the same location - Expedition Station 8572. We absolutely LOVE the size of the condo inside and out. The porch is amazing - our two little kids played out there on their scooter/bikes every day. Location couldn't be better either! Each day we commented on something fantastic about this place.
My family arrived earlier than I did and I didn't find out until the second day that the cleanliness of our condo was not appropriate. When I arrived later in the evening, I wondered how my children could have made it so "dirty" already! It was obvious to us that it wasn't vacuumed - evidenced by crumbs, pieces of paper and contact lenses on the floors of every room. There was one garbage not emptied and full of pistachio shells. We also found a baby toy under the tv stand in the living room. Also, we thought it was strange that the 6 of us only received a total of 4 rolls of toilet paper for a 3 night/4 day stay.
The issues we had with cleanliness and supplies will not stop us from coming back though. We know mistakes happen and things get overlooked. We LOVE LOVE LOVE Expedition Station 8572. We will be back! Thank you!

We are sorry if there were cleanliness issues. Since the issues were not noticed until the second day of your stay, it is hard to identify the source of the issue. Regarding the TP, we provide 2 rolls of TP per bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay at Expedition Station #8572 very much. The Condo was well equipped, clean, delightful porch, centrally located, comfortable beds and the ease of underground parking. We would definitely rent this Condo again. The only problem was the blinds over the door to the porch was not working so we had a hard time exiting onto the porch.

We had a nice time staying at this condo. It was 4 adults and a young child, and we were all comfortable. We had just enough room in the master bedroom for a pack-n-play crib for the toddler. We would definitely stay there again if we had the chance!
They did need to make a few repairs - looks like maybe some folks had a "rowdy party" the night before we arrived, because 1 Kitchen Cabinet Door was missing (lower cabinet), Most of the Blinds were in need of replacement (either didn't work or were very messed up and had to wrangle with it to get it to work), & the hallway bathroom Shower Faucet was loose.
Otherwise, I assume these things would be fixed with a little more time between visitors, and we'd definitely go stay again!

The unit was actually even nicer than the pictures made it look. The living room area was small in the number of people who might be able to watch tv together, but it was perfect for my husband, my son, and me. One cabinet door in the kitchen just needs to be replaced, but that certainly didn't really impact us much. The unit was impeccably clean, and we were right across the street from the ice rink and a short walk to the lifts/ski school. Really ideal location. Could see the fireworks from the balcony, too, which was a nice treat. We really enjoyed ourselves!

We enjoyed our stay in Expedition Station. The unit was fairly well stocked. Although some of the pots and pans were not very clean and were very worn. The humidifiers were really noisy. We liked the location, especially the big corner balcony. The common area hot tub and grill all worked well. No complaints. The walk to the slopes was a little longer than we were used to, but access was easy to the elevator. We would consider staying here, again. Thanks!

The rental was perfect for what we needed. We loved the size the layout and was very comfortable. The only problem was there were only three roles of toilet paper and one trash bag, other than that no complaints.

Very nice, safe property that hosted us for a wedding weekend in September, so I can't speak to how this condo is for a ski weekend. Unit is a bit older in some of the finishes, but the balcony is humongous with great views of both a courtyard and looking south at the mountains. Only frustrating aspect was the management company being strict with a ridiculous 4pm check-in and how they try to charge you extra, even though the building was 1/2 full and no one had been in the unit for 2 weeks before I arrived.

Guests rent the use of our properties. We don't think it is unreasonable to charge a fee for extra use. It is also not as easy as some guests may thing to allow an early checking. Properties are inspected prior to arrival and employees are scheduled to efficiently clean properties and perform inspections. When a guest asks for an early checkin, schedules have to be adjusted and employees must be moved around in an inefficent manor to accommodate these requests. We don't mind doing these things for our guests, but it does use employee resources, which should be rightfully compensated for. We make no apologies for being in business to make a profit.

The only problem was getting into the property at the very beginning. Finding the condo number on our print out was a little challenge. but after that everything was wonderful. Thank you for a fabulous place to spend a weekend.

Stay was great. The residence was very nice, needs to upgrade the coffee pot because it wouldn't keep coffee hot. Wish they had a grill to use other than the one by the pool.
