We love to come to Summit County in late summer. This is our third year in a row at this condo. We love the location... from the slope view, the ease of access and the wonderful pool. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. We look forward to staying again next year.

Overall, we enjoyed our condo. Location provided peace and quiet from the city, but was close to Dillon for restaurants and shopping. It was clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were updated. The carpeting, couch and mattress in the second bedroom were somewhat worn and could be replaced.

Great location and as described. Really liked that it was far from the elevator so it cut back on noise but you also are far from the elevator! The view is beautiful!! Can’t get better! Master bedroom had a wonderful shower and beautiful updated bathroom. The bed was a little hard for me but I’m used to a sleep number bed so every bed that isn’t mine feels less comfortable. The second bedroom was well appointed and the kids loved the bunk beds. The bathroom was updated also and spacious. The living room had a couch with plenty of room and we like that we could eat our meals at a dinning room table. Property and unit were clean. The pool was nice we spent everyday there. Garage was clean, I believe they just cleaned it out. Love coming in off season there’s hardly anyone in river run, you get to enjoy the mountains and skip all the crowds. We ate at Windy City pizza, it was the bomb!!!!

Great location with views of the slopes. Several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Quick walk to the gondola. Overall we had a wonderful experience, it was clean and had underground parking garage. The pool is heated. Only feedback would be the mattresses need to be replaced.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. I have 3 children and the twin over queen was great. We were close to the shops and the gondola. The condo is nicely remodeled. There was a few minor maintenance issues that need attention. The master bedroom could use a new mattress. Overall, my family would rent this condo again.

The sheets on the beds were not made up and very wrinkled. Looked really bad. The bunk bed sheet had a black hair and 2 small black bugs. They slept on top of the blanket. Door to bunk bed room was broken and off the hinges. The remodel was nice but could definitely use new mattress

We enjoyed this comfortable, nicely decorated condo. I particularly liked the floor in the living room(no carpet!), the nice kitchen and master bathroom. The rooms were spacious, maybe missing some storage space. We really appreciated the proximity to the slopes and the restaurants, and we enjoyed the sunny balcony with the view on the mountain. The room was comfortable and clean. Close to the area for food, drinks, and activities. Perfect location. I was able to walk to everything within 2/3 minutes. Only issue was the iron board was broken.

The condo was in a great location with views of the ski resort. Check in was super easy and having ski lockers on the first floor was great. The newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen were lovely. Unfortunately, we found the beds super uncomfortable both in the master and 2nd bedroom. Otherwise, the condo was perfect for 3 of us.

Finding a mattress that satisfies the mass amount of renters we see is just not possible, but we do like to see every guest comfortable during their stay. Plenty of space for me and my three sons to chill out when not on the mountain. Very clean, great view, nice furnishings and bed space. The building also has a great heated pool and hot tub. Walking distance to the village with great food and entertainment.

Our rental was great! It was exactly what I expected. We had a great view and saw moose from our balcony on the hillside and a bear in the street. The condo had everything we needed for the few days we were there. Wish we could have booked it longer. Would definitely go back!

Our experience was mostly great. The condo was wonderful and well stocked, actually far better than expected, so much so, we didn't need to bring half the stuff we did. Only couple of minor issues - mattress in master bedroom might need to be changed out. It was very uncomfortable on my wife's side, closer to the bathroom. Also the pots and pans didn't function as well as hoped. Probably time to change them out. Minor maintenance issues

The parking instructions lacked information about where the parking access is located, but we found it with a drive around the block. The kitchen, bathrooms, and living room are well appointed. The mattresses are hard and made for a night of tossing and turning. You will need to bring any food basics that you may think would possibly be stocked such as condiments, aluminum foil, or coffee. We would love to return, and only wish that they would consider a mattress upgrade. Shower in master was lovely and had good water pressure. You will never be cold in this unit. We had the thermostat turned down to 50 all evening and still had to sleep with the window open, which felt great. The unit containing a working humidifier was a nice touch and added to the comfort.

Beautiful decor & comfy! Well stocked kitchen,, was only missing spatula, but had more than enough to actually cook good for our hungry group! We could walk to dinner and watch the skiers and nightly grooming the trails! Will be rebooking this room! Also loved the underground parking and pool table!

Great location, close to just about everything. The condo was a little more beat up than the pictures look (bunch of dents and holes in the walls) and the deck railing was broken and wobbly in places. Overall, I was happy with the condo for the price. One disappointment was that the listing references the proximity to all these great activities but doesn't indicate that Keystone is essentially shutdown in September as they prepare for the winter months. While we were super close to all the stores, they were all closed. We had to drive to Dillion or SIlverthorne for everything. What was supposed to be a stay in a vibrant resort turned ended up being a ghost town.

The condo was fully stocked utensils, plates, slow cooker, etc. which helped when making meals for our family. AND although there is no AC, they had plenty of fans!

Underground parking was AWESOME!

This was a wonderful little condo! Some things were definitely worn down especially a broken window in one of the rooms but otherwise it was great! I was pretty nervous when we figured out there was no AC but they left fans and when I asked for another they brought one and we were able to keep it at a decent temperature most the time! I loved the area that this condo was in! Easy access to so much. -and the hearted pool was a major plus!

We enjoyed the condo, even though it was "cozy" for our family of six. Kiddos had fun with the two sets of bunks in one room. Sorry to say, but the carpet was pretty dirty, and the patio was filthy. The electric grill on the patio had not been cleaned, and the chair pushed against it was greasy as well. Other than that, no complaints! Beautiful setting, and wonderful pool and spa outdoors.

We ski Keystone often, and River Run Exhibition Station is our favorite place to stay. Great location within walking distance to the gondola and slopes, shops, and restaurants. The parking garage is convenient for parking. We loved the views from this condo. The unit was well maintained, clean, and supplied with everything we needed for our group of 6. We always enjoy the outdoor heated pool and hot tub. My only complaint is that the beds in this unit were on the hard side. We all woke up complaining about it. Another thing to consider, we have stayed in different units here before, and were able to check in and get the keys on-site at the Buffalo building. This particular unit has check-in off site. You have to drive to pick up the keys. It was a very easy process, but having everything on site is more convenient.

The TV area was perfect. Cozy sectional and nice size TV. More spacious than I anticipated. We did have one issue that was resolved. On the positive side I think their on-site pool and hot tub area is now renovated! Liked the double bunk beds and games/DVDs.

We like the unit but the check in/check out times were ridiculous. We had the unit for one night and we had to wait until 4 pm to check in and had to be gone by 10 am. The late check in time really put a kink in our trip. Also we couldn't find a map of the grounds so we had no idea where anything was.

Thank you for the feedback. Cleaning a vacation rental is very different from cleaning a hotel room. Vacation rentals are homes with full kitchens and lots of furnishings. In addition, our housekeeping staff travels across Summit County to clean our vacation rentals. Our staff needs adequate time to do this and we need to strike a balance between service and cost. Our Guest Information Portal includes a map of the complex and links to the interactive map on our website that shows the entire resort and Summit County. We're sorry if you didn't see these maps. We hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise.

The beds were extra firm and our family found uncomfortable. The pool didn't have towels and we weren't aware to bring our own from home. The pool was out of order for the first 3 days of our trip.

We do not manage any parking in Summit County. The HOA manages the parking for the complex and Keystone Resort manages many of the overflow lots in the area. We simply pass along parking requirements to guests. We're glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise!

The Rental was a bit tight but who cares as we spent very little time in the rental and a lot of time on the mountain. This building is literally a block to the main Gonadal and the mountain is spectacular.

The property was super clean. The lobby, hallways, room...all spotless. The room was the perfect size for a family of 4 although it would have fit a few more.The view from the living room/deck is unbeatable especially at the nightly rate. We were able to watch the mountain bikers come down and the gondola go up. The kids loved that! My only suggestion would be to bring sleeping bags for the bunk beds...they are really uncomfortable. I mean, REALLY bad...that being said, I think if you slept on a sleeping bag or a camping mat it would make a world of difference. For the rate and the view, it is totally worth it if you don't mind making a few adjustments for the bunk beds.

Condo has beautiful views of the ski slopes and very close to shops, etc in River Run village. Clean, quiet, nicely stocked condo with everything we needed.The only complaints: 1.The 10:00am checkout time. We really needed a late checkout of about an hour and management would not allow this because supposedly someone else was renting the unit after us. The building looked practically empty so we were not sure why they couldn't accommodate at least an 11:00am checkout. I would not think the cleaning staff really needed a 6 hour cleaning window when there were so many vacancies. 2.Also, there were fumes (smelled like exhaust or Carbon monoxide?) in the unit. We kept opening the window to bring in clean air. Not sure what caused it but should definitely be looked into.

The Condo was great. The skiing was terrible. I know we can't control mother nature but I have been skiing hundreds of times at many resorts and those were the longest lift lines I have ever seen. We always shop for the best deal on lodging and when we will stay with you guys again.

This rental was in a perfect location within walking distance to the village and activities! Covered parking was a perk as well! Amazing mountain view from the private balcony! Was very clean and exactly like the photos! Highly recommend this rental! In the summer it can get warm in the late afternoon/evenings but with the windows cracked and the fans they provide it was very comfortable! The heated pool and hot tub was a bonus when we finished with our daily activities for the kids! The kitchen had all items needed to make home cooked meals. I highly recommend this rental!

I read a ton of reviews of different properties before picking this one. And I'm so glad that I did. The condo was beyond comfortable, and my kids especially liked the bunk beds. It's the same in the building as kidtopia and right across the street from River Run Village and the gondola. It's a great place to stay for families.

Overall, very good. Couches and bunk beds need to be updated. Kitchen well stocked. None of the bedroom or bathroom doors locked. Would be nice to have fresh bathroom towels at least every other day. Laundry room was a bit of a mystery...machines took credit cards, but no price was listed anywhere. Just slide card and hope it's not $10 to wash and dry laundry. Lastly, prior to check-in we received an email requiring the names and ages of everyone including our kids...this is not necessary information to check into a property. We were not comfortable with this and did not provide the information. Nonetheless, we had no issues checking in.

Overall, had a great stay. Loved the location, very convenient and the Keystone Village was perfect for us! A couple of minor critiques, the master bed needs to be replaced. It slopes and is uncomfortable. The place could use a paint job and new carpet. We appreciated the 3 Tus and so many channels! Although it was hard to view in the bunk room. The set up is so tight, but it seems like that should be the master since the bath is connected. Is there anyway to not have to pay for laundry? That was kind of a pain to pay with a credit card for $3.50. Lastly, the parking below was really tight for our big truck and we had to park far away from the property. But even with those minor issues, we loved it!!!

The condo is very cute, but it's much smaller than we personally thought. I'd say this condo is better suited for a family with small children rather than adult children. The master has been switches and has 2 sets of bunk beds while the guest room has a large king squeezed in it, leaving very minimal room to store luggage or even walk around. The dinkng area is so small that we were unable to sit down and eat as a family.

This rental property was great. It's proximity to the slopes can't be beat. We had 7 adults staying here and we all fit comfortably. The only drawback was the pull out couch. The mattress is so thin it feels like you are sleeping on the metal crossbars. But what more can you expect from a pullout couch! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

Check in was flawless and the guys at Mountain View Sports were terrific. The only thing less than 5 stars is the sofas that are well worn. The extra pillows help but not enough.

This property was very clean, decorated nicely and had adequate dishes, pots & pans and tableware. We were glad that it was cool for July (60 - 70's) as there was no AC. Opening all the windows helped. The bunk beds were perfect and comfortable for our boys but the mattress on the Queen bed was too soft and uneven and the mattress on the sleeper sofa was not good - it dipped considerably in the middle. The bathrooms were nice and roomy. The tubs could have used a non-slip mat. It was great to have curtains for the patio doors. Complimentary coffee to put in the coffee maker was a nice touch, along with board games. Though there was three TV's, none of them could be used to view DVD's or watch basic cable. We did manage to find pre-recorded shows to
watch. All in all a clean, cozy rental. Very convenient to be walking distance form the River Run village and all outdoor activities.

We had a great time!! We love staying in keystone 1. The location from the airport is great 2. night skiing 3. proximity of condos to the lifts 4. Friendly staff in all the village! I could go on and on, but you guys at summit county mountain retreats spoil all of us!!! See you on the slopes!!

This condo was perfect for my family and the location could not have been better. It was clean, had lots of extra fans and sheets to keep warm, and also had plastic sleds for us to use. We had some issues with the microwave and heater so hopefully those have been fixed. The wifi and cable worked great.

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday. We were 2 adults and 4 "kids" (ranging from 19 to 12 years old). The complex is very nice and very well-kept. The location was quite convenient to the village and slopes. We were somewhat surprised that the unit was smaller than we expected, especially the living room / kitchen combo. That being said, for its size it served us quite well. There can't be many 2 bedroom units that could serve 6 people. The master bath was spacious. The second bath was a bit unusual in that the shower opened directly into the bedroom, so if someone wanted privacy everyone would need to leave the bedroom. We had a few electrical issues that weren't able to be completely remedied given the holiday, but they weren't a huge deal. Overall we were happy, especially given the competitive prcing.

Three generations of our family spent a wonderful quiet two night getaway at Keystone. The grandkids loved the heated pool swimming early in the chilly morning and even after the sun went down.

I traveled with my wife, three children and Grandmother. We booked a condo through Summit County Mountain Retreats in Keystone, Colorado. Our condo was beautiful and our stay was nothing short of spectacular. The prices were more than reasonable, the condo was well-maintained and in a wonderful location. The staff was more than courteous and provided maps and spot on directions to both the condo and their main office. Overall our experience was wonderful and we left Keystone already discussing when we were going to come back.

This was our first visit to Colorado and everything more than exceeded expectations. The condo rental was affordable, clean, great location, spacious and had everything that we needed! We had plenty of towels, when we ran out of wash cloths, the laundry facility was down the hall. We don't normally watch TV at home, so needless to say didn't watch much television during our stay, but the stations available totally sufficed. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook daily. My only complaint would be that we couldn't stay longer! We will be staying here again for sure. Thank you guys for providing our home away from home. :)

Very nice unit, served our group well. We stay twice a year with Summit County Mountain Retreats, and will always look for this unit for availability. Previous reviews stating problems have been nicely corrected. Look forward to next year.

We had a great time. The management company was great. The steam room was down, but they got us keys to use another building's sauna. Outdoor hot tub when it is snowing was fun. We had the perfect room for us. Bunk beds for the kids and a king bed for us.
