We really enjoyed the comfort and quietness of this cozy apartment. It was very clean. It's a little outdated and could use new lamp shades in the master bedroom, the front door could use a new weather strip on the bottom. Check in was easy, they texted the code the day of arrival. Overall we really enjoyed it and would definitely stay again.

Mountainside #147D is a comfortable living space that includes a private deck from which to appreciate the views. Parking under the building was also an excellent place to store and charge our e-bikes. All amenities were exactly as advertised and the management was very responsive to texts. The location was excellent: two blocks from part of the Summit County Recpath that includes 50 miles of paved trails. The weather in August is beautiful!

Nice place to stay but not updated. It was mostly clean and comfortable but outlets were old so didn't hold plugs for iPhones/tablets or charging electronics. Large nice TV-frig was cold-bed were good and most all of the supplies you would need for cooking in the kitchen. It is on the first level but there are still 2 sets of stairs to go up - so not for everyone. Pool & hot tub were great-safe area and easy walk to town. Staff were amazing at communicating.

A friend and I had a great time in Frisco. The condo was close to hiking , shopping and eating. We didn’t have to drive everywhere and could just walk. The condo was clean, but could use some updating. The lighting wasn’t very good for reading.

Great location, great clubhouse/pool/hot tub facility. Unit itself is dated but clean and well maintained. Biggest improvement would be to upgrade lighting, hallway is very dim . . . and lighting on outside stairway to unit was out or very dim.

Mountainside is a great community and location to several mountains and downtown Frisco. We have stayed in a separate home within Mountainside previously. This year we needed less space and chose this condo. The condo was clean and served the need we had. It is not fancy and has not been updated for some time. That said, it works really well. Only gripe is that the kitchen could use an updating/outfitting of utensils, pots, pans, knives, etc. If you like to cook, it's not very well outfitted. Knives are dull, etc.

It was a good affortable spot for a quick overnight stay to hit Copper Mountain. I saw comments that it's dated, which it is but super clean. I'd rather stay here for one quick night than some fancy place for $300 more. It's a good typical mountain condo

Great location, comfortable bed, great rental price, nice outdoor hot tubs, convenient location to Keystone and Breckinridge. We were happy with our rental. The condo is dated but that’s why the price is good. Management company was great and responded quickly. The humidifiers, space heaters and fan were all used and appreciated. I would just recommend an extra lamp in family room, it’s dark, not enough lighting. And two new lamps in master bedroom, the broken lamp shades are really tacky (come on, lamps are cheap and you can get nice ones at Walmart or target). But these are minor. Overall, great rental and we highly recommend

This is a good property with the exception of very uncomfortable twin beds in one of the bedrooms. The mattresses and comforters are very lumpy and need to be replaced. The kitchen and bathrooms were fine and the living room was comfortable for 3 adults.

I’ve lost count of how many times we have stayed at the Mountain Side complex over the past 25 years. It is our go to place when we come to Summit County. We’ve dreamed about living there, but MS real estate is hard to come by because people rarely leave! Great location, great amenities, quiet but close to everything. We were there in August while outdoor painting update was in progress, looks nice. Some units have been updated inside, as well as one being renovated for handicapped access, including a ramp. Saw multiple moose and foxes walking through the area and enjoyed the cooler weather, even rain. We’re not as much about the fancy upgrades as some people, just needs to be comfortable and clean. We’ve stayed at other locations around the area but Mountain Side will always be our gold standard! Already looking at the calendar for our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay in Mountain Side #147D. The unit is very quiet with a nice size deck that provides a great view of the mountains. As others have noted - it is not the most updated unit - (and price reflects that). It is clean and had everything we needed - which is exactly what we were looking for this trip. Coffee pots in good order for coffee on deck, two showers, comfortable bedding for four (six if you do not mind pull-out couch). We were pleased to find the hot tubs in club house back in working order and kids loved the pool.

This condo is located on a quiet street yet has easy access to downtown Frisco, Dillon and Vail. The accommodations easily fit 4 adults and one teenager. The deck was roomy and overlooked the Mountain View. The condo was clean and well suited for our 2 night stay. The 3 large hot tubs I. The clubhouse were in working order and a nice addition. I would stay at this location again, good value, location and comfortable.

Great place to stay for a ski weekend. The hot tubs were broken which is a bummer and the pull out couch is a bit dated if you have guests who need to stay on it. But overall, nice place to stay in Frisco!

We have since followed up with the building home owners association the hot tubs at this location recently froze due to the cold weather we experienced, we will have this information updated as soon as possible. Unfortunately, due to the extensiveness of the repair the building home owners association has quoted us at a repair date sometime in mid to late summer. The pool is still operational at this location. Thank you again for your review, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. We had 6 people stay the night at this rental -- 4 people had beds and the other 2 had to suffer a bit on the pull-out couch which was very uncomfortable. The windows were missing a lot of blinds which allowed a lot of light to get through in the morning, resulting in the 2 couch sleepers unable to sleep much in the morning. We also were looking forward to using the fireplace (it was 10 degrees outside the night we stayed) but the gas line must have been shut off. The location and garage parking were very convenient. I would not stay here again if I had more than 4 guests, and this rental should be advertised for only 4 people max.

The condo was very nice, we had a nice stay. The only complaint was a girl across the way who was yelling and banging on the door for a couple hours late at night, there was glass breaking and it kept my kiddo awake. The cops came and got her to stop.

The condo was in very good condition although dated. Our biggest problem was with a 10:00AM checkout time. The weather wasn't even warm enough to be outdoors for any period of time yet. Add to that having to cart all of our belongings around the rest of the day was not exactly a secure feeling. Later checkout times cost additional money.

Overall we had a nice stay. The property is reasonably comfortable, albeit dated. We were disappointed to find the pool/ hot tub were still closed and under repair. The bedroom with the twin beds is in desperate need of a blackout curtain.

Love location and unit.Second visit in six months. Very comfortable and quiet.
However, lighting still poor; did not get key code at time of check-in, had to call; patio door drapes still in bad shape as last year; only one TV channel??? (no instructions on how to use TV?) and last night of stay there was a continuous humming and various noises like a motor or pipe in the wall of the master bedroom behind the head board and dresser. Could not sleep in room with that noise! Otherwise, very clean and well equipped for our stay.

We had a nice stay. The condo is in a good, quiet location and it was clean. There were plenty of extra's to make the stay comfortable. The quality of the soap sets was really nice. We loved the fireplace and there's plenty of space in the condo for 3-4 people.
Con's - the master bedroom doesn't warm up w/the rest of the house. There's a space heater, but you can't leave it on while you're gone and I didn't want it on when I was sleeping.
When it's very windy, there is a howling wind through the master bedroom balcony that kept me from falling asleep & then woke me up again in the middle of the night.
There are 3 humidifiers in the house, but 2 of them had mold in them & didn't really work. I live in a dry climate & was still waking up feeling the effects.
Kitchen could use a strainer & some better utensil's.
The hot tub/club house is closed due to covid. I wish the property management had known this when I called them, but they said they weren't sure.
Despite the "con's" we would definitely stay here again. It was the most reasonably priced when I looked and we enjoyed our stay. The cons are more feedback for the property management, but don't see a private place to write that. Thanks -

Overall a solid place to stay. The condo doesn't have extra frills except the fanned TP housekeeping leaves in the bathroom. We unfortunately did not get to use the gas fireplace as the renters before us had damaged the setup and the property owners hadn't noticed to fix ahead of time. The blinds were also messed up and we were unable to close them. Ultimately this is just a great location for access to skiing at Keystone, Breck and Vail.

Everything was great & as described! Absolutely love the fireplace, the huge balcony with amazing view, the quiet neighborhood & the location. Plenty of amenities. You can quickly get to many trails, Lake Dillon & groceries/ gas. We love downtown Frisco & have been to this property twice & plan on going again. Careful with the grill as it caught fire because the bottom has lots of drippings!

This condo had everything we were looking for. Located on the edge of town it was quiet and nice view of the mountains and yet just a short drive to the restaurants and little added plus was that there was hiking practically right out our door, both easy trail to Rainbow Lake and a more difficult hike up Mt. Royal. We got a map of the trail system from the visitor's center downtown. The condo itself was great for the money. Comfortable beds and huge thick towels. Everything was well stocked with lots of extra paper goods, etc. The only thing that could maybe be improved was the lighting. We are big card and game players and we had to bring the tripod floor lamp over to the table and even that was not enough. Also hard to find a place with enough light to read by at night. But besides that it was all wonderful!

The location of this condo was great! We enjoyed being close to the bike osth trail and easy stroll to downtown. The condo was adequate for our needs. The condo could use just minor updating throughout, but comfy.

The condo sits in a trusted, quite, friendly community. Walk to downtown
Frisco to coffee shops, shopping, restaurants for all cuisines, and tables outside too! AllTrails app for local trails...catch a rainbow at Rainbow Lake the Trailhead is just a block away. In Silverthorne a family friendly trail is Lily Lake, log bridges, w views of Lake Dillon. Mgmt was quick to response.
The condo was clean, fresh and Q bed very (comfortable (a must for us) we slept every night with the two deck doors open. I enjoyed the deck when ever we where there, to view the mountains on the west, Mt Royal and Mt Victoria. Breckenridge is 6 miles away if you want a busier town, but Frisco is my new choice, just a little mountain town with everything!
