This family-friendly, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with a king bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a full bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Beautiful river and lake views from the private balcony. Easily walk to shops and restaurants. Both River Run Village and the Mountain House Base Area lifts are an 8 to 10-minute walk away, or a few minutes via the free shuttle. Frostfire features shared amenities, including two outdoor hot tubs.

This second floor walk-up has an entryway closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV, a beautiful gas fireplace and a sleeper sofa. The private balcony can be accessed through the living area and offers beautiful views and overlooks the nearby wetlands and mountains.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six and there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is located just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. Bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is also a private washer and dryer, with laundry detergent provided for your convenience.

The spacious primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and an updated walk-in steam shower. The guest bedroom features a stand alone full bed and a twin over twin bunk bed.

The property has a beautiful view of the river. It is in walking distance from the lift but it feels like quite the stretch in ski boots but definitely doable. The property manager was quick to respond, we didn’t have any issues that needed attention while we were there but a couple things that could be worked on. We loved that the fireplace was gas, we didn’t have to worry about building a fire. It was very clean, the beds were comfy, had a locker downstairs to store skis, there is a Christy sports ski rental just seconds away (you don’t even have to get out to the main road to get there.) We had 6 adults and a teenager, we brought our own air mattress so we can’t speak to the comfort of the pullout couch. The size of the condo worked great for us. Unfortunately we did have to end up leaving a few days early since we were getting some winter weather on the route back home.

Frostfire #20B

Overall the space was nice for what we needed. When we arrived it looked nice and tidy. The cleaning crew seemed to miss some things; in the master bath there was a blood spot on the white rug. There was dried vomit on the bed skirt in the master bedroom as well.

Great Location!

A very nice condo located a short drive from River Run Village and less than a 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, where it will drop you off at either Mountain House base or River Run Village base. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place. We’ll try to stay again many times in the future!

This condo was perfect. It is updated with modern touches, very clean and comfortable. We received several communications from the property management team prior to and during our stay. My family lived being able to walk to the slope and ski over to the Peru lift as well as enjoy a quick walk over to River Run Village. The condo was setup well and we will try to get into this unit in the future as often as possible.
