We booked this place for a quick night in Keystone for an event. The place was pristine, the beds were comfortable, and the view was great! Check and communication with the hosts were also a breeze! Would stay here again for sure!

For those arriving, need to enter the front door on the retail side by the grocery/liquor store. Once you figure that out and the layout of the building, the place was excellent. Lots of room for large parties of people. Everything was clean and in order. Nice view of the mountains. Nice pool and spa area. Three parking passes were provided. The only thing missing were non-stick pans in the kitchen.

The unit is very large and clean and in a quiet area. The location is walkable to the base of Keystone and in close proximity to other nearby resorts. The views from the balcony are great.

Great condo and location for our family reunion. Loved the condo. For something that sleeps more than 10 you should be allowed more than one parking spot however.

Family vacation with Sons and Grandchildren. The check-in procedure was confusing, codes did not work that were given. The loft lights and washer dryer were on a blown breaker. It was reported twice and never fixed.

The unit has plenty of comfortable beds and plenty of room. There is a TV in each room. The bathrooms are nice. Amenities are good. Perfect location to get to all of the ski areas. Only A Basin was open. Great experience!

Condo was very spacious, enough room for company of 6 or more. Good location, close ride to Keystone gondola, walking distance to brewery, caffe, and ski rental. Unfortunately, I was not happy when I walked into this condo initially. The bathroom in the upper level was in repair state, the ceiling tile was taken out and laying on the floor, curtain was on the floor in the bedroom, the wall decor was on the top of the bed with towels and miscellaneous items from bathroom. I wish someone would have given us heads up regarding repair. Everything was temporarily fixed next day which made up for the first impression. I am still hoping for some credit. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo after making some updates.

We got there on a Friday, left on a Monday. Actual ski slope was ...5 miles.
The building had a convenience store, pretty well stocked.
A coffee shop/brewery, Steep.
Ski rentals.
The hot tub and pool were great!
The actual Condo was clean, well kept.
Great
views of the Mountain.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo was perfect for our 2 families of almost 8 adults. There was so much room! The views are beautiful! Quick and easy walk to River Run. Everything we needed was within walking distance. We will be back one day!

We had a wonderful time in this condo. Sitting in the living room, looking out the windows at the ski runs and trees, trees, trees. Quite and peaceful. We had the extended family with kids and grandkids, and we played hard all day, and enjoyed evenings in the pool and unit. Lots of beds to sleep all of us, and nice to have 3 bedrooms with connecting baths. We would come again.

We had a wonderful summertime stay...2 adult couples and one single adult. Easy access (walk, shuttle or car) to restaurants and shopping. Garage parking a plus. Plenty of linens, condiments, etc.

As a personal message to owner:
1. Hair dryer upstairs is a fire hazard. We left a note.
2. Iron upstairs stained a shirt.
3. Kitchen faucet drips and handle is wonky.

Plenty of space we had 11 in our party no issues, well kept very clean, we had a issue with a clogged drain they came an fixed it with in 45 minutes, kids loved the indoor pool, easy access to the garage fully stocked with EVERYTHING!!!!!

The master bed was one step short of sleeping on a wood floor. We have never slept on a bed like this-It was the absolute most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in for 3 nights.

We walked into a beautiful home, very clean, and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular and the location was everything! There was a shuttle but a short walk got us to keystone. There is a little strip of shops to get things that you need or food and even a bar. Plenty of room, the beds were comfortable, and everyone was so nice. There was 7 of us and we had extra room! Even our neighbors were nice. When we couldn’t find the ski lockers we got a prompt response, but also help from the resort. Check in was so easy and we were sent a guide book with tons of information. Very helpful and easy! I highly recommend this property! Couldn’t be happier!

The condo felt like home as soon as we walked through the door! We had 10 in our family and there was plenty of room for all of us. Location was perfect. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need! There was a mini store on the main floor that had big variety in case you forgot anything. Our only negative and it had nothing to do with the condo itself, was the pool. It was over chlorinated and our family was only to stand it for about 10-15 minutes. Would definetly stay here again!!

Our 7 person group found lodging very comfortable with enough space for COVID quarentine needed by one of our party. There is very little lighting for reading, especially master bedroom, where lamp shades obscure lightbulbs. Very little ventilation for sleepers in loft.

This unit (Gateway 5095) was all that we needed and more. Our two families (7 kids in total) were comfortable, and access to the slopes was quick and convenient. The condo was so lovely, and is obviously well cared for. We’d love to visit again!

The location and view are amazing. We love the layout of the unit and decor. The only cons - the beds. OMG. These beds felt like we were sleeping on plywood. The master bed squeaked every time we moved and made getting good rest nearly impossible. Other than that, I wholeheartedly recommend this unit to anyone looking to ski keystone.

Overall the place is very nice and the views were beautiful!! We enjoyed our stay. The only minor flaw is the lack of lighting in the master bedroom. No way to read at night. Could use bigger lamps or overhead lights.

Awesome property with tons of space- the only downside is parking for 1 vehicle for a place that sleeps over 10 people, but during the week there was plenty of parking. I could see that being an issue on a weekend.

The property is in need of maintenance. Multiple light bulbs were out, the sofa bed mattress is not usable, as the mattress is too worn. The coffee maker is marginal. The king bed mattresses were very comfortable. The toilet in the downstairs master bath, tends to overflow easily, and a towel ring was missing. All of this said, it is a spacious rental, and worked well for our group of 7 for one night.

Great view and good location for Keystone Skiing. Two flaws that we had during the stay was the comfort of the pull out beds and that the upstairs lounge area was fairly warm. A box fan would be a very nice addition.

Overall, myself and 10 friends are fairly satisfied.

The unit exceeded our expectations. It was well appointed, stocked with some of the essentials (spices, trash bags, etc.) and in a great location with the Keystone shuttle stopping right at the front door of the building.

We traveled with another family, 4 adults, 4 kids total, the kids shared a room with 2 bunk sets of bunk beds with their own bathroom and each pair of adults had their own bedroom/bathroom. This place was very clean, we loved the view from the living room. Looks over keystone mountain, which was only a short 5 minute walk. Shuttle service gets you everywhere for free but if you are staying in keystone its an easy walk to the village. We had a big car, which was easy to park in the back of the building, we used it to drive into Dillon for a bit bigger of a grocery store. All common areas were very clean. We had breakfast at a place on the 1st floor that was also very good.

The check in service was awesome, we received a text message the day we were arriving with the lock combination. It worked great.

We spent 15 days at this property, everything worked perfectly and the minor issues, like a non working hairdryer got solved in less than an hour after I reported it. It’s 3 blocks away from the Gondola, very quiet property.
There is only one thing that I didn’t love, there is not a proper dining table, junt a bar table for 4 people to sit down and 3 stools by the kitchen. We were not able to have proper dinner where everyone could sit by the table.

Loved our stay here. Plenty of space, high end decor and furniture, and beautiful views. Wish we could of stayed longer! Rented through VRBO link, but received a lot of paperwork and emails to read through from the management company. Could have been simplified. Have to pack out your own trash, even though we paid a cleaning fee. Not enough parking at condo at all for a unit that sleeps 12, only 2 spaces were permitted. Others had to park farther away at another complex and we had to shuttle them back and forth.

Thank you for the feedback. We do send out repeated information, but this is to ensure guests receive important information. Guests helping by loading and starting the dishwasher and removing trash aids to streamline the housekeeping work as cleaning vacation rentals is very different from cleaning hotel rooms. Our staff cleans homes with full kitchens and lots of furnishings that are spread across Summit County. We do not manage any parking. Parking is managed by the HOA for the complex and we pass along parking information so guests can avoid fines. Again, we appreciate the feedback and are glad you enjoyed the rest of your stay.
