The unit was well maintained. The TV's were all very dated and difficult to understand. The kitchen was not very stocked. Though there was a store downstairs having to pay top dollar for a little olive oil, butter and ketchup that we ended up throwing away was annoying. The pool and hot tub were very disappointing. Small and way overcrowded. I wouldn't stay here again especially considering what I paid.

Had we known you were having any issues with the TV operation or missing any kitchen items, we would have been more than happy to address them for you. In our guidebook we do provide guests information for local and chain grocery stores located in Summit County. The pool and the hot tub area are managed by the HOA but we apologize that you felt disappointed by the amenities.

We enjoyed our stay in Gateway #5097 very much. There was plenty of room and beds for our ski trip group, and everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is decently stocked for cooking, though we had to buy our own coffee filters at the store downstairs to work the coffee maker. The view of the slopes is amazing and though close to the road, there was no road noise on this side of the building. The convenience store, rental shop, and brewery are all convenient and wonderful to have in the same building. The hot tub, pool and ski locker were also much appreciated. It's a bit of a walk to either of the lifts, especially with equipment, but ultimately we wound up walking more since the busses are only half hour, and unreliable on timing. There is a footpath you can take behind the building that is a bit shorter to get to the Peru lift. Overall a great place, we would stay here again.

This condo is close proximity to the River Run gondola. Directly upstairs from a solid coffee shop & craft brew pub. The location also has a ski rental shop and convenience store located on ground floor. Secure, indoor parking, good size indoor hot tub, pool and fitness center. The condo has roomy bedrooms, a great living room view of the Keystone ski trails, a nice living room fireplace, separate tv’s in 2 bedrooms, loft and living room.

We had a great time staying at the Gateway Mountain Lodge for our Spring Break skiing trip. The condo was spotless when we checked in. There was plenty of room for our whole family. The location is very convenient for access to either base at Keystone, although it is slightly too far to walk. There are restaurants in the building and right next door, and ski rentals and a small convenience store in the building. We would definitely stay here again.

We were so pleased with our stay here during our trip. The location was wonderful and the view was INCREDIBLE! My kids especially loved watching the skiers come down the mountain during the day and the snow cats groom the mountain in the evening. We will absolutely be renting again!

We had family together - kids and parents, 9 people total. Gateway #5097 couldn’t have been better for our family. We had plenty of room with both open space and lots of privacy. With a group of varied interests and different skiing abilities, it was great having access to amenities - the hot tub, pool, fitness room, and access to nearby restaurants and ski rental as well as the slopes. We could even walk to the slopes. We give this rental 5 stars!

Enjoyed a clean spacious well appointed condo very conveniently located near Keystone. Great location with heated parking on bottom floor. Making reservations was easy. Unable to obtain a military discount. We cook a lot and enjoyed the well appointed kitchen. All beds were comfortable. Unable to bring our dog. That’s the only thing we were missing. Will ask owner if an exception could be made with a pet fee. Recommend this accommodation for a relaxing fun and comfortable getaway. We have rented many condos and would not hesitate to rent this one again. Happy travels.

The condo was very light, spacious, clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots etc. The views of the slopes were amazing. It was nice to have a space in the parking garage but there was a height limit. Our SUV just fit but wouldn't have done if we'd had ski racks. The building had a coffee shop and convenience store so that came in handy. Ideally we wanted to be able to walk to the slopes but it was too far to do that in ski boots. There was a bus we used one day but it only came every 40 minutes so we actually decided to drive. There are free lots but we chose to park closer to the gondola for a $20 charge. We would definitely recommend the condo and probably choose to stay there again if we return to Keystone.

It really was a very nice location and unit. It was much larger than I was expecting and the fact that it had a loft area with a separate bedroom and bathroom was a huge plus for our situation. Will be back to this very unit in the future!

We loved this unit! It was spacious, well appointed, clean, quiet and had a beautiful view of the mountain. The owner allowed us a late check out since it was Easter morning and we were so appreciative. The unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with 2 pull-out couches and a washer/dryer. We would love to come back here!

Our rental was very comfortable and such a great place for our family to stay. Kitchen was well stocked dishes, pans and cooking utensils. It was nice to have a place to sit and relax and just enjoy our time together. Also, the shuttle stops right out front to take you to ski!

We love to stay at Gateway during ski season-at least once/month. The view of the slopes and close ride to either base lift is great! This time we had a 3 bedroom, instead of 4, which was just as nice as every time we've stayed there. We did find dirty dishes in the cabinets, as if the dishwasher wasn't actually run, but the dishes were put away. Slow bathtub drains had one of my friends pulling an extreme amount of hair out of it before she took her bath. May want to clean those periodically. But, even with a couple small issues, we always enjoy our stay and look to return.

My family and I, stayed at SCMR in Keystone, CO from Aug 17-22, 2019, and we all can agree that this was one of the best family vacations we have had thus far. This place was amazing! Beautiful views of the mountains, perfect location (just walking distance to the gondolas), very neat and clean, very spacious, quite, relaxing and enjoyable. The check-in process was so easy and the parking garage was perfect. We will definitely be back to this rental in the near future.

The rental was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was the same as the pictures on the internet. Most times this is not the case. You normally don't get what is shown but we sure did. The view from inside the rental's living room was breathtaking. It had everything you needed to feel at home. The property was clean and even saw a man mowing the lawn. The customer service was excellent. I got quick responses to any questions I had.

Just like home, but better. Well equipped kitchen (we love to cook). The views were incredible. We happened to see the view from the opposite side of the building and we were so fortunate we had the mountain side of the building. Very short walk to RiverRun shopping and restaurants. The side of the building that faces the road also has some shops and a restaurant. Convenient to Dillon, Breckenridge and all they have to offer. We were very happy with the experience.

This condo was a great choice for our group. The location was awesome. Close enough to walk to the main square in Keystone for food drinks and shopping. We stayed in the summer it would be a fun place to stay in the winter having a perfect view of the slopes and skiers coming down the hill. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels. Really our only complaints were two. The community pool was very dirty and there was a dirty diaper left on the floor in the pool area by another guest. The second was that the shower in the main bathroom on the first floor didn’t appear to be cleaned. There was hair all over it along the sides and floor of the tub. I’m sure just overlooked by the cleaning crew. Overall we were pretty happy with this condo tho.

We were had a family group of 6 grandparents, parents and children! We had the perfect space with this condo. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender everything we needed to prepare a meal. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were conveniently located in the same building.

Great rental for a larger group. The best feature is there is no need for keys because the property uses key pads. I also like the garage but only has space for one vehicle.

It was a very nice condo but there are some improvements needed: the dryer did not operate efficiently as it took hours to dry almost anything; tub drains on 2nd BR Fst floor and 3rd floor BR drained slowly; the door lock to the balcony was difficult to lock; the stove top was cracked.

The condo was a good location and nice. We were pleased with the amount of room and great view. A couple of issues, but nothing that would make me stay away. Thermostat did not work. Would not maintain hot or cold. No blinds in the living area with sunshine coming in was not the greatest. We did have to park outside for one night, as the heated under-garage was full. Overall good place to stay, but some issues to be fixed in my opinion.

Overall stay was excellent. This is our third time staying at Gateway building and this unit is by far the cleanest and most equipped with large enough humidifiers to do the job. Since this is our third stay at Gateway we have good comparison between the units. Despite most recent building policy changes we may still come back to Gateway based on unit size and proximity to the mountain. Unit comfortably slept 7 people in separate beds. Unit is large enough and equipped enough to support larger groups.

THE GOOD:
Clean
Warm
Spacious
Facing Keystone Mountain (the view)
Large humidifiers in unit
Safe lockbox in the unit
Washer/dryer in unit
Proximity to shops and Gondola (walking distance)

THE BAD:
Dishwasher is broken to the point that is dangerous to use
Queen size bed in master bdrm.
Refrigerator has technical and cosmetic difficulties
In unit dryer did not dry our clothes
New building policy (2019 GATEWAY) replaced unit entry keycards with door combination keypads. Our request to change the code after last tenant that just moved out was denied. Rental agreement says key code combination changes every 30 days which may equal to 10 consecutive rentals.
Single car parking spot in garage. It is hard to find spots for second car outside the building during the weekend and you may have to park on overflow Keystone Resort parking 0.5 mile down the road.

Great condo to stay at when going to resorts in the area. Keystone is right next to Gateway Condos, and so is Christy's Sports where we had some of our out of town friends rent their equipment, which made things really easy. Place was clean and pretty much had everything we needed.

We were in the Keystone area for a conference and there were five adults staying in this house. Overall the layout of the house worked perfectly! We were pleasantly surprised to find we had three bathrooms, not the two listed on the rental website. The views are beautiful. Getting in to the building is a little strange, especially if you take the side door entrance. The only bad thing we have to say about the place was ALL the beds are SOOOOO uncomfortable & there really should be a king size bed in the master. Other than that easy-peasy and a fantastic stay!

Regarding the other two items, our listing description states we provide an initial supply of toiletries and it clearly states the seating options for dining so guests are aware prior to booking. We had a great experience staying in Gateway #5097. The condo was clean, updated and provided everything we needed. Our only downfall was that the hot tub was not kept clean properly and one of our guests got a horrible body rash because of it.

My family travels with another family of 5 every year. This was our second year at Gateway. The location is reasonable. It's a much better price than locations in the village since there are 10 of us. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and called the non emergency line and left a message. When the breaker blew to the kitchen we called the emergency service line. We did not receive a call back on either of the phone calls for service. My husband was able to fix the problem so we didn't end up needing service, but I was definitely disappointed with the lack of response. The property itself is a little dated and the pool is way over chlorinated to the point of making your eyes sting, but we would stay there again. Great views of the slopes at night and both years we have stayed there I have never heard any neighbors, so the walls and ceilings and floors are well insulated/constructed.

I was a little disappointed that the shuttle bus that runs in front of the condo only utilizes the red line that goes to River Run village. The blue and green lines are not accessible from Gateway condos and those are what takes you to Mountain House village. Also, the TV remotes did not work and you had to manually change channels. We were given no instructions as to where to take the trash- only to take it out before we leave. We walked all over (hard to find staff that speaks English) and then we finally got a resident to tell us there were trash chutes at the end of the hallway but he wasn't sure where to take recycle-ables. Also the only ski storage for guests is in the parking garage and that was HORRIBLY inconvenient. In fact, we never found it (but gave up on the 2nd day). Overall, it was a nice condo and the layout was great. place was clean and there was plenty of cooking utensils in the kitchen to work with.

We had a group of 8 adults, and we were very comfortable. The place is spacious and well-equipped for cooking. The location is awesome for skiing/snowboarding - super close to Keystone, or an approx 10 min walk from a shuttle that gets you to Arapahoe Basin in about 10 mins.

Beautiful view and easy access. garage parking was a plus w/ weather. Local groceries $$$. City Mkt. 7 mi away. Mtn. Ski Rental 25% off great deal..staff great. Condo Ok, No window cover Master Bdrm. VERY HARD time resolving by SCR staff. 3 calls/ all day resolve. Blanket put over window. Washer noisy (belt squeak). Very small Pool,not like picture

This property was just the right size. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The view was great and we had a really good time.
The only bummer was the directions for taking out the trash. All of the paperwork, emails and instructions told us to take the trash to the garage area when the trash shoot was 2 doors down the hallway. We had to ask a nice man that was going to his car in the parking garage where the trash was. Please update your instructions on trash removal for this property. It was a bummer to have such an irritation be the last thing we remember.

The condo was perfect! Clean, spacious, very well outfitted and beautiful. The location was great. We paddle boarded so it was great to have a washer and dryer. Kitchen was well appointed. Great appliances and even had a tea kettle!

The only big draw back was that there is a little hot tub inside and we were hoping for an outdoor hot tub. That was not clear in the promo materials.
