Unfortunately nothing in the description tells you that it is a second floor unit overlooking the New Moon Cafe which plays music all day long on outdoor speakers (The Eagles, Pink Floyd, etc). And, because the unit also faces the courtyard entry for Silver Mill if there is a party at the Silver Mill hot tub you will hear everything. It was a good deal at early season prices. But I would have been very disappointed if paying regular rates. Also, not sure who was responsible for the overpowering perfume scent on the throws that were placed on the sofa and chair. It took me a day or two to figure that out and to hide them in a closet. Overall it was fine, not high-end or peaceful, but fine. Summit County Mountain Retreats was great and I highly recommend them. I have used them for many years. This property was just not for me. The proximity to the gondola was great. But the location of this unit in the building was not ideal.
