Experience a refined mountain getaway in this upscale 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxury condo, situated within the brand-new Clearwater Lofts complex in Keystone. This condo sleeps 7 across a king-sized bed, a twin-over-king bunk bed, and a full-size sleeper sofa. Highlights include a private balcony with outdoor seating and a gas grill, an in-unit washer and dryer, hardwood radiant heat flooring, and modern finishes throughout. Clearwater Lofts is a brand new complex near Lakeside Village in Keystone and only a half mile to the Mountain House ski lifts. Enjoy the free Keystone shuttle directly to the Peru Express Chairlift or ride your bike on the recreation path from Clearwater’s front door to Lake Dillon and the surrounding towns. Clearwater Lofts also offers two shared outdoor hot tubs for guest use.

Upon entry, you will find yourself in the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The full-size kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to enjoy a home-cooked meal. It also features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large pantry. Additionally, this kitchen includes household favorites like a crockpot, a toaster oven, and more. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the private balcony as you take in the mountain air, this unit is stocked with a drip coffee maker and an initial supply of coffee. The dining table seats up to six and there is additional seating for three at the breakfast bar.

The living area offers gorgeous alpine views and comfortable furnishings. Cozy up by the stacked stone fireplace and watch a movie as the snow falls on the mounted Smart TV just above. There is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out on the couch, which also folds out offering a full-size bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Additional sheets and blankets are stored in a nearby closet. The balcony, located just behind the living area, offers outdoor seating, a private gas grill, and sweeping mountain views.

Going back past the living area, you will find the primary suite. This bedroom features a king-sized bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, sitting area, and an en suite bathroom. All closets are stocked with hangers for guest use and with additional under-bed storage available. Enjoy breathtaking mountain views from the comfort of your bed! The primary bathroom features a double sink vanity with quartz countertops and a walk-in shower with beautiful gray tiling. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The guest bedroom, located on the opposite side of the living area features a twin-over-king bunk bed, mounted Smart-TV, and ceiling fan. The guest bathroom is just outside and features quartz countertops and a shower/tub combination. This vacation rental also offers a private washer and dryer for guest use.

Guests of Clearwater Lofts can park one car in the underground heated garage equipped with a 50amp receptacle. Please note that guests must bring their charging cord. A second parking spot is available in front of the building in the visitor parking area on a first come first serve basis.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.
