Office staff really helpful. Overall unit was clean. First time I pulled back the sheets in the master I found a very long hair that made me a little uneasy. I also thought the garage should be swept out each turn over. There should be an easier way for guests to handle the garbage maybe an enclosed bin in the garage. Overall nice unit- a little stark on furnishings and decor.

This place was spacious and welcoming for a group of 6. With enough room for the adults and children to have their own spaces, and close enough to easily drive to the Keystone parking lot, the location was ideal.

3 Old guys who do not want to share a bathroom and who ski at a different mountain most days. Not much APRES Ski for us. Good basic kitchen equipment was sufficient. Some comcast TVs ( good ) Some Roku tvs not as easy to navigate if your not proficient at streaming. Would rent again although owner needs to install dimmers and provide some lamps for better lighting..

Only problem was the lack of sheets for the pull out couch, other than that the house was great! Wish the hot tub was explained better and closer.

We arrived at the house and it was completely immaculate! The bedroom set up was perfect for 2 families with 4 kids. The additional living space was fantastic for the adults and kids to have their own spaces. I would highly recommend this home and hope we will be back next year!

Excellent accommodations! Well-stocked and provided everything wee needed for a wonderful experience.Great location for Keystone and Breckenridge. Staff support was quick and responsive, and text reminders were very helpful. We would definitely bring our group back in the future!

Walked in a night to a cozy home and gorgeous lit trees shining through the back window. Perfect amount of space in entry for all the ski gear. Loved having garage space since it snowed while we were there. Everything was clean and well stocked. Perfect space for two families and although we never needed it, management appeared to be attentive and accessible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alders. The house was spotless and we had plenty of room for our family of 8. We used the shuttle to take us to the slopes on Thanksgiving- very convenient. Breckenridge is only about 30 minutes so we took a day trip there as well as visiting Lake Dillon. The rental company was easy to contact and very accommodating. More plates and bowls would be the only thing that could be added- but other than that it was an awesome vacation rental. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great family Thanksgiving break.

Overall, the stay was very enjoyable. There were a few minor hiccups with a carpet that needed deep cleaning the night before so the carpets were wet and left a musty smell. Amenities were great and the place was very comfortable. Great communication and service by the property management!

Alders #698 exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning again very soon! As an event planner by profession, I did a lot of research to find the perfect spot for our children's first Colorado ski experience in Feb of 2021. As for many, 2020 was a rough year and as avid snow skiers, we knew we wanted to give our kids a true Colorado snow experience but stay in a place that allowed us all to relax and rewind while feeling safe. Alders hit the mark. And booking with Summit County Mountain Retreats put the cherry on top! Alders was clean, well decorated, very comfortable beds and linens, had all the kitchen amenities, an in-house washer & dryer (with kids this is a necessity), plenty of space for our three kids in tow. Since we pulled them out during virtual school for a 'mental health' getaway, they each enjoyed the space options and wifi to jump into a zoom with their teachers before we headed out for a full day of skiing. Having each room with their private bath was a luxury. The house is located just steps away from the shuttle route - we never used as we opted to park in the family FREE lot near the Mountain House each day which made it easy to load kids up after a long day of ski lessons and back into the car. Only missing item was a private hot tub even though we could use the shared one in village; too far to go with kids. We packed lunches and ate in the designated spots inside Mountain House. We also pre-ordered our groceries from City Market in Dillon on our way into Keystone from Denver. We highly recommend picking up equipment rentals from Mountain View Sports which offers a discount for SCMR renters and kids ski free program for all adult rentals. Their staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable. We skied 3 days at Keystone and 1 day at Breck. Keystone is the perfect ski resort for families with adventure parks (trails through the trees) and excellent ski lessons. We look forward to returning in the years ahead!

This unit is pretty great. Bigger than expected and very quiet. Comfy beds, furnished well, and the rental company responded to any questions very quickly. I will be renting this unit again.

This place was perfect for a short getaway with my cousin and our kids. The neighborhood is gorgeous and we loved walking around. The house is spacious and very clean. We needed extar throw blankets and the management company was incredibly quick to respond and drop them off. In fact, I never would of even requested anything but received a text from management asking if there was anything we needed. This was the cherry on the top of a wonderful experience.

This home was a great option for our visit to Keystone. Clean, well stocked, good bed (we stayed downstairs because we prefer a dark bedroom) and easy walk into River Run. The only improvement we would recommend is dimmer switches; the can lights in the ceiling (especially in the family room downstairs) were overwhelming! Table or floor lamps would also be helpful.

We absolutely loved staying here! The condo was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids! The lower level was so nice to have for the kids to play while the adults hung out upstairs. The condo was very clean and beautifully furnished. We loved the view from the deck and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at this home. Perfect for two families because of two master suites. Only negative was no blinds or window coverings in the master bedroom.

This is a beautiful home with plenty of space and a great layout for our group with two families. Location is perfect - just a few minutes' drive to the slopes and a short walk to the shuttle stop.
Bedding and couches were exceptionally comfortable. The heated garage, radiant heat floors, and instant hot water in the bath/showers was luxurious!
There was a slow cooker and blender in the home, which was nice for meal prep (we ate all of our meals at the house). The only down side was that there were very few kitchen basics like food storage, trash bags, coffee filters, salt, pepper, and other pantry staples, so we had to make a run to the the Keystone Gas & Grocery, which charges ridiculous prices on these items. Wouldn't keep me from coming back by any means, but other guests may want to plan to pick those up from a more affordable store in Denver.

We had 5 adults visiting for a festival in the village. We were all able to comfortably share the home, make meals and walk to the village so we didn't have to worry about driving. It was a beautiful cozy place and we'd love to come back!

The home was great for two families. It was immaculate and beautifully designed. The location is great. There were only a few drawbacks. The master was warm at night. A ceiling fan would be great. A high chair for kids would be nice. Another house key would be helpful. Curtains on the windows to help with sun in the late afternoon and early morning would be nice. Hope this helps : )

This property is Beautiful! It is brand new and the layout is fabulous for two families, plenty of room. It is very close to River Run. We cooked two meals in the very well equipped kitchen. The owner had games in the home which we played with our grandson. Very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this property!
