This is a fabulous condo that is very large for a 1 bedroom. It was clean and the location to the gondola is perfect. Totally loved it! The only complaint is having to pick a key up off site. That makes no sense in today’s world where codes on an Kaba lock are so easy to generate. The condo was also stocked very well. Beautiful place!!

Very cozy with a perfect location! There is a grocery store attached to the building, a great hot tub and access to heated pool, a short walk to gondola. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. The beds were super comfy and the gas fireplace was a great touch. Sleeping for 6 people, the Murphy bed was perfect for my 17 yr old. Overall a wonderful stay! Only negative is that the ski locker did not lock no matter how hard I tried. However, there seemed to be no danger that anyone there would steal out skis.

My ski trip with my sons was wonderful. The skiing at Keystone was outstanding and our condo was a great place to return to after hitting the slopes. The condo was everything one could ask for on a ski trip. The unit was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to have our meals at the condo. Summit County Mountain Retreats was very professional and attentive to questions and needs. When we return to Keystone, we will definite look to Summit County Mountain Retreats and Arapaho Lodge.

We decided to escape the Texas heat and head up to the mountains. We are glad we did! The weather was amazing, and the condo was perfect for us. We loved the tall ceilings and the roomy couch. My son loved the bunks as well as the murphy bed (he took advantage of both). Even though we didn’t cook, the kitchen was well stocked. Lots of pillows and blankets for a comfortable sleep. Speaking of, the bed was nice & comfy. We really enjoyed our stay and all the activities available in the area. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone! Cant wait to get back for ski season!

This was the first time we used Summit County Mountain Retreats. We've always stayed at the great hotel down the street. We will now only stay here. WE LOVED everything about this place. From the vaulted ceilings to the roomy living room to the comfy bed in the master bedroom. You can fit a ton of people in here. WE only had two but wow space for days. The location was perfect. WE were able to walk to everything. the underground parking would be amazing in the snow. We cannot wait to come back up and will share our experience with everyone!!!

Our stay was better than advertised. Nice spacious condo in the mountains close to dining, shopping, and attractions. Pool and hot tubs were great. Quiet space in the village. Walkable to many points of interest. The little coffee shop had our coffee order down by the third day. Workers were friendly and accommodating.

We loved it here. Location was perfect. Easy access to gondola and River Run Village. We also loved that it was on the main floor. It made it easier to come in to have lunch then fight the lines and crowds trying to get lunch on the mountain. Everything was great.

This unit is perfectly situated and great for our family! The girls loved the bunk beds and the privacy curtains - their own special retreat. The unit was cozy, centrally located, and well-equipped. The heated pool and hot tubs, right down the hall and outside!

Excellent first floor location just 3 min walk from the River Run Gondola. Extra large bedroom has bunk beds in addition to a nice queen bed. There is also a murphy bed in the main living area. Only one bathroom but there is a common area bathroom no more than 10 steps down the hall.

Location, Location, Location!!! This rental was in the perfect location for our family of 4 (two kids 9 and 6). Right in the heart of River Run Village, one of the shortest walks to the Gondola and Ski School meeting place, and on the 1st floor so we didn’t have to walk with kids very far in their ski stuff to get outside. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need if you choose to dine in during your stay. Our kids loved the bunk beds, the main bed was comfortable and the Murphy bed was a cool option if needed. We would 100% stay here again when we return to Keystone!

My family stayed here for my daughters 18th birthday. Great location, walking distance to ski lifts, restaurants, and shopping. Property was clean. The only complaint would be the outside grill was uncovered with used dirty grill spatula which made us decide to eat out instead of grill the food we brought. Overall though, a great place to stay.

We really liked Arapahoe Lodge. Unit 8101 could easily sleep four. The king bed and bunk beds were great. Everything was clean and the location was perfect. Everything you could want right outside the door.

The space in this condo makes it feel larger than it is. The murphy bed is perfect for maximizing sleeping and living space. Kitchen well appointed. Bathroom heater was awesome. Tv/WiFi worked great. A coffee machine upgrade would be cool. :-)

Good unit, particularly for guests with several small children because of the bunk beds. Reasonable walk to lifts, particularly if checking skis at the lift. Maintenance support was great -- the gas fireplace wasn't working when we checked in at 4:00. We called Management, and a repair rep was there before 7:00 and fixed it.

This condo was very convenient inside River Run Village. Well-stocked and plenty of beds. The BEST thing about this condo was that even with 80 degree early September days, this condo was nice and cool all day long even without air conditioning. We have not had that experience with any other Summit County condo stays during summer.

This unit was appears exactly as represented in its pics. Was extremely clean and and not worn out like some units are. What was a great surprise was the location of this unit within the building itself - you could not ask for a more convenient unit location. It was right by the elevator to the parking level, ski locker room, and doors leading to the village. You will not be wasting time walking long hallways or in slow elevators. I look forward to staying in this unit again.

I absolutely love this spot!!!! It was so close to the gondola that I could go back to the room and take a little break, get a bite to eat and head up the mountain again. I was alone but the place can sleep 6 easy/comfy. I locked my key in the condo after hours and a nice young man came down and let me in!!!! I will be getting this same condo in June for some downhill mountain biking and relaxing

Oct 2019..a few girlfriends went up for the weekend, just to relax with no plan...our condo was clean and cozy, we had a great time, had everything we needed, plenty of towels...keep in mind it's off season so nothing open in the village but we did not mind....Dillon is just down the road if you need to get out...parking garage was great...we would definitely stay here again...was contacted by text to make sure things were ok and if we needed anything, very nice...if you are new to area you must go see Dillon Lake, so beautiful...we have tried Kickapoo Tavern in the past but it was closed on this visit, but recommend it if you are there not in off season...hope you enjoy your next visit to Keystone and staying with Summit County Mtn Retreats, this was my second rental with them and never had a problem.

The location of this rental as well as the space and number of beds was awesome. It was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was that the TV in the bedroom does not work as it is stuck on BET. The remote controls would not change the channel and the TV is too high up on the wall to reach it. We were not able to contact anyone about it at the time as we didn't try to watch TV until around 11pm.

Our family came during the off-season to enjoy the area's landscape. Although most of the River Run Village was closed down for the off-season the nearby towns provided what we needed. The building was quiet and the unit gave us space to relax and rejuvenate. We enjoyed the local attractions, such as, the A-Basin Ski resort,(which was still open), Breckenridge's Biking/Hiking trails, Loveland Pass, and Silverthorne's restaurants/coffee shops, all within a 15 minute drive. This location is perfect. We are looking forward to coming back.

We had a great time in Keystone for spring break and enjoyed the condo. It is cozy and you have to be ok with being on top of each other. But you have a great view of the mountain and are a 2 minute walk to the lift. The kids enjoyed the bunch beds in the bedrooms, but I'm not sure if they would have worked for adults! This condo is right by the elevator, ski locker, vending machine, and entrances so there is a lot of traffic outside the doors. Also, we had some issues and had trouble reaching the property managers (the backdoor patio knob fell off when we opened the door the first time, the grill on the patio did not work, furniture had exposed screws). Once we were able to reach them after a couple days, they came out immediately to try and address the problems, although the grill was not able to be fixed.

This unit was given to us as a gift from my sister for our babymoon. We aren't skiers (one disabled, one pregnant) but we still had a great time. The facilities were very clean and well maintained, the heated pool was amazing even in 19 degree temperatures. We loved it so much we want to go back already!

Great location in the heart of River Run Village. We were only steps away from Zuma Roadhouse which made it very convenient to go eat dinner. Place was clean and comfortable. Beware though that this unit is near the one of the entrances so you will get a little noise from that. But otherwise I wouldn't mind staying here again.

We had a great first trip to Keystone! This condo was in a great location to the slopes and shops/restaurants. Loved the covered parking and the condo was spacious enough for the 5 of us. When we got to our room, their inspection person was there still cleaning bc their cleaning crew hadn’t done a great job. Then a plumber came in to fix a leak. Wasn’t ideal for right when we were trying to get all our luggage/groceries in but I appreciate them making sure it was clean to our standards and fixing things quickly. Loved the fireplace, balcony, Murphy bed and bunk beds, along with the king size bed. King bed was kind of hard for our liking but the condo was great overall!

The carpet was stained. There was garbage under the coffee table, and there was dried gunk on the top of the coffee table. Also the hot tub was low (like it had lost too much water). But the location was killer. And all of the sleeping options made it a really fun environment. For $300+/night, I would have just enjoyed it a little more if it were completely clean, especially since we felt obliged to clean up after ourselves.
Side note: we loved the automated reminders and all of the electronic reference. However, when you're staying for just one night, it's a bummer to get your check out instructions as you arrive. Might be cool to wait a couple of hours at least :)

The rental was well equipped to accommodate two adults and two young children for a few nights in Keystone. The kitchen was well stocked and the sectional couch was very comfortable to relax on.
This unit is on the ground floor and thus does not have much of a view from the balcony. The balcony is spacious and includes a gas grill, which we did not use. The unit is also literally steps from the central Keystone village, which was very convenient.
My only complaint is the amount of dust on higher surfaces, and even worse on the ceiling fans. Luckily the evening temperatures were cool enough that we didn't need to turn on the fans, not that we would have anyway with the amount of dust. Otherwise the unit was very clean.

I'm so pleased with #8101. The location is perfect...right in the heart of River Run Village. Within steps is the gondola, the kids club, Kidtopia, the skating rink, restaurants, and Starbucks. You really don't have to drive anywhere!
And, the condo itself is wonderful! Clean, comfy beds, plenty of room, and on the ground floor which is a blessing after being so active all day! (no stairs or elevator thank you very much). Summit is a great company to work with. They were very accommodating for a late checkout and they are exceptionally pleasant. We will be returning.

The facility was perfect for the 2 of us. Our son that works at Keystone stayed one night in the murphy bed and said it was comfortable. The dining/living areas are cramped when the murphy bed is open. The unit was very clean but the carpeting is a bit stained. River Run village is right out the door and is a cute little shopping/eating area. The underground heated garage was great, the unit is close to the gondola, the hot tub and pool were conveniently located down the hall. We did not try the skating rink that is there. We felt it was a great value for the cost and we would stay here again.

Very close to the Gondola(only one lodging building closer). Room is on the first level- great location- very close to the ski locker, laundry, and elevator and the grocery store as well. The bedroom is very LARGE and plenty of space for king bed and bunk bed. While the unit sleeps 6 comfortably, the living space is on the smaller side and would not recommend 6. The table only seats 4 and the two bar stools are very cramped. There is a smaller fridge in the kitchen. Be aware that the kitchen does not have a blender and the hairdryer only works for a minute and then shuts off and is problematic for anyone with long hair.

Arrival and check-in easy, lots of information provided. Property was comfortable and well maintained, easily accommodating our six adults.

Spent 5 nights at the Arapahoe Lodge the last week of September. Everything related to the rental was exactly as advertised. Summit was very accurate and detailed in all communication. Would definitely stay again if available.

We were very happy with the rental. The room was decorated appropriately, comfortable furniture, and lovely private balcony. The BED was like sleeping on clouds! Pool & Jacuzzis were relaxing and clean. Great access to the resort shops and everything was gardened beautifully. For off season retreat, this is a No-Brainer!
