This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the heart of Keystone's River Run Village sleeps 8 across 2 king beds, a twin + trundle, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Experience ultimate convenience and comfort at Dakota Lodge, centrally located in the heart of River Run Village. Enjoy easy Access to shopping, dining, and festivities just steps from your door, and a short stroll to the high-speed gondola. Relish in the shared amenities, including the largest pool in Keystone with breathtaking ski slope views, and two oversized hot tubs. Plus, in Winter, you'll be just a stone's throw from Dercum Square's ice rink, and in Summer, you can enjoy the Mini Golf Course. Discover the perfect place for your next Keystone adventure!

As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room, complete with a cozy gas fireplace, a smart TV, books, boardgames, and a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Just off the living room is the private balcony, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the Dercum Square ice rink/miniature golf course.

The full-sized kitchen is perfect for cooking up a delicious meal after a day of adventure in the mountains. With stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and cookware and utensils, you'll have everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. The dining table seats four, and there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The primary bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a king bed, a private balcony, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a separate water room with a shower/tub combination and toilet. The second bedroom is equally inviting, with a king bed and a twin bed with a trundle, providing plenty of sleeping space for families or groups of friends. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combination. For your convenience an initial supply of toiletries is provided.

And when you're ready to explore the great outdoors, Dakota Lodge offers easy access to some of Keystone's best ski slopes, hiking trails, and other outdoor activities. With its prime location and unbeatable amenities, this condo is the perfect place to call home during your next mountain getaway!

**Ultra-premium Linens and Ivory White Bedding** Our ultra-premium linens feature oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. The ivory white bedding showcases a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after every guest.

*Please note that we have a minimum age requirement and night requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older and a minimum of 2 nights must be reserved. If you do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. In accordance with the Summit County Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests agree that the maximum number of vehicles allowed for overnight parking is 1, the approved number of bedrooms is 2, and the maximum allowed occupancy is 8.

Lovely for Two Couples

Nice condo with two large king rooms and two full bathrooms. Very convenient walk to restaurants and shops. Check-in is a little tricky, as you have to go to a different location to pick up keys, but overall a great experience and I would stay again!

Unresolved Problems!

All-in-all, I was mostly satisfied with the unit. The fire alarm went off two mornings in a row at 5:30 a.m. wrecking our sleep. It stopped the first night and then started up again the second night. I called several times to get someone out to repair/replace it. I also reported that the cable wasn't working and that never got resolved. On check-out when I complained, I was offered a 10% discount on a future stay. I told them that this did nothing to resolve the experience I had in the moment and was told that I could call back at some point to speak with a manager. I advised the customer service person that if they wanted, they could forward the detail to the manager and have them call me. No call so here I sit with a bit of disappointment over how it was handled. Even responding in a timely fashion would have moved this response up in stars since every place will have problems, it's in how these are resolved that differentiates where I would stay in the future.

We do apologize to this guest that their stay was less than desired due to these issues, we have been able to fix the issue with the smoke detector while this guest was in house and we are working with the hoa to fix this tv issues as this is something managed by them.

Great Condo at Keystone Resort

We had a great experience at this condo! It was clean, spacious, and in such a safe and convenient location to go Skiing and Snowboarding. Not only was the condo clean, but so was the resort. We loved this place!

ENJOYED our stay!!!!

This condo was perfect for our family ski trip. We had 4 adults and two children (7 & 3 yrs old. Everything is so convenient and this condo was perfect for cooking, resting, football watching, etc....

A Worthwhile Stay

The vacation rental was beautiful, cozy, and perfect for our family. It was spacious so we lounged everywhere, played the provided family games, cooked together using the given kitchen materials. The directions were very simple and clear for arrival and departure. Would definitely come back!

King Beds in bedrooms

Loved the location and the unit. Having king beds in the bedrooms was perfect for 2 couples. Living area and kitchen were very roomy. Bathrooms were great.

Dakota-we loved the place!

The place was great! Very cozy, comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed. We got to enjoy the jacuzzi and relax. The elevator was broken but other than that I would highly recommend it.

The standard check-in time is 4:30 PM. However, if the unit is clean and ready ahead of time, we can accommodate an early check-in for an additional fee!

What floor is this on and are there stairs in the unit in order to get to the bedrooms. Elevator access?

This unit is on the second floor of the complex and is a single-floor unit. The complex includes an elevator for easy access to all floors, including the parking garage!
