Good townhouse for a family ski vacation but the layout is not quite as described. There are not two master suites upstairs but rather one master and two additional guest rooms which share a hall bath. One other surprise was that the fire company showed up at 2am the first night to investigate a silent but malfunctioning garage door alarm. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

We had a great experience! The steam shower and sauna was the bomb!
Our overall experience was great. Our suburban would not fit in either garage. Having the changing room down stairs and a place to hang your ski gear up was ideal!

We loved this property very much, it’s spacious, nicely decorated and clean, has everything you need and it’s located very close to the lifts and River run village. The club house offers indoor pool and gym, which the kids loved.
We would definitely book it again!

Excellent property that easily fit 6 friends with room for more. Great location and an astounding view. Locker room downstairs and stocked firewood was very nice to have. Unfortunately the sauna was broken and the management company couldn't get it fixed in the 4+ weeks leading up to our stay. Instead, they pointed me to the neighborhood sauna, but that too was broken. Fortunately, they had a hot tub at the clubhouse, but that too was essentially broken (barley warm). Loved the house and would stay there again, but only on the condition things were in good working order. I also found it disingenuous that despite knowing these things were broken, they continued to advertise them as working and available.

The unit was perfect for our family. It was warm and cozy, clean and convenient! The kitchen had a good supply of pots & pans which was great for cooking in. The TV was set up for watching some of our Christmas favorites!

The house was amazing. Very clean and comfortable.
The only disappointment was that we did not have access to the clubhouse. This was a family reunion and we enjoy all the amenities that were offered in the clubhouse. There were no Covid restrictions at the time, so it was unclear why no one was able to use the clubhouse. It was one of the reasons that we chose this unit.

We are sorry that the clubhouse was not available for your stay. We completely understand that this was a key factor in your decision to book this property. The HOA of the property, who manages the clubhouse, has decided to not open the clubhouse to guests so it is something completely out of our control. This townhouse was beautiful, clean, updated and lots of space for our party of 8. It was also in a great location, practically across the street from Keystone Resort. The staff was very quick to respond to any minor issues we had.
