Very convenient location with a short walk to gondola, ski rentals, restaurants and shopping. Condo needed a deep cleaning plus some minor maintenance repairs. A little noisy at night with people in area and music. Quieted down by 930-10. Birds squawking in the morning so didn’t need an alarm.

We were very happy with our stay in the 2-bedroom Jackpine #8007. It was just four of us, but the condo provided plenty of room to spread out. We always enjoy staying in River Run with the short walk to the gondola, let alone access to the food, shopping, and snacks that the kids just love. This particular stay at Jackpine made it even easier with the ability to literally walk out the door and grab a crepe, or go across the street for a coffee. The condo was in great shape and clean. Check-in and check-out was easy and Summit County Mountain Retreats kept us in the loop through text messaging which was extremely useful. They replied quickly to our questions and checked in with us to verify we weren't having any issues. The availability of jenga and board games passed the time with the kids when we weren't out on the slopes. Just an overall nice time.

Great condo right in the village. Convenient ski in and ski out near restaurants and shops. Condo was clean and nicely furnished. Great spring break with our family of 6.

The rental was the closest condo to the gondola. It was very clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. We would definitely stay again!

Extremely expensive! $523 for one night, for a very neat/tidy family of 3! The people upstairs made SO MUCH NOISE that my wife and I didn't sleep, even with earplugs. Because of the way you handle check ins, and how LATE check in is, we had to come down off the mountain, then drive to a LOCKER that was over a mile away with NO PARKING. We were tired, hungry and just wanted to get our key and go to our $523 a night room, but instead had to trundle to the car in the middle a hug parking lot, then change in the car, then drive to building with no parking and find a room with locker. We did all of this with a tired eight year old boy. We were so tired at that point that we just ate dinner at the crummy restaurant next to the locker room, and THEN DRIVE BACK to our $523 room for the night. The room was nice, and I expected that we were in a place that people respected but I was wrong! The people upstairs made more noise than any cheap hotel I've ever stayed at. ALL NIGHT LONG. Then the next morning, pounding around upstairs like it was some kind of joke. There's no way to call them because the rooms don't have phones, and there's no central desk to call because it's not as connected as even the cheapest of hotels. The fact that you charge me $150 for "cleaning and supplies" AFTER charging me $329.12(!) for the room is freakin criminal! AND THEN CHARGE MEResort Recovery & Assistance $16.46?!! WTF is that?! OH, and to add to this, you charge me taxes on THAT TOTAL, not the room alone, but the whole **** thing. What a ****** experience for something that was supposed to be a luxury experience for my wife's birthday. Instead, we had to deal with, and drag around, a tired and cranky child which helped ruin the whole reason we rented a freakin expensive room AT THE RESORT! Absolute joke of customer support. Also, do you have any idea how ****** your communication system is?! I have 15 emails with multiple messages you have to scroll through to read. Awful experience!

All pricing is available prior to booking with all fees and taxes shown before property is paid for as well as we see you use a third party which they do have the ability to raises the price of what we set. We are sorry your stay was not what you thought in regards to the noise, had we gotten notified about this we easily could have helped rectify this problem by notifying resort security. Check in is standard in the industry we operate in as most ski lodges do not have a front desk.
Easy check in and access to unit. Condo was well appointed and clean. Great location in River Run Village and close to all of the restaurants, shops, etc.

Hundreds of dollars for 18 hours of occupancy and then a $20 per bedroom per hour early check in fee. outrageous - hire more cleaning staff and stop ripping off the client. (4:30pm until 10:00 am)

Please also keep in mind that our check in and check out times are very standard in the industry we operate in, as well as charging early check in fees but this guest did not pay for any early check in fees either.
Great location! Cute condo. Not much room in kitchen for food but we did have everthing we needed. Loved this location! Would denifitely stay here again.

We've stayed in Keystone River Run many times but never Jackpine Lodge. Liked the location of this unit. The carpet was worn and dirty which is the first thing you see and detracts from a good first impression. Beds were comfortable enough and the furniture was nice. The kitchen is small and not as well stocked as some (another frying pan would be good) but nothing missing. As with all units in River Run a screen would be nice for the patio door so you could leave it open for fresh air. Really enjoyed the hot tub for this lodge. Would stay in Jackpine Lodge again.

However, all windows in the unit do have a screen so that guests can open them up and get the breeze throughout the home. This cozy little condo was comfy, clean and so convenient to everything. It was a great place to relax and unwind after spending the day on the hill. A few maintenance issues need addressed and my husband fixed a few things himself, broken lamp and broken drawer. No biggie. The heated garage is a big deal for myself who over packs way too much stuff. Would definitely rebook for next year,

This location could not be beat! Steps away from ski school and the gondola, yet still felt tucked away and quiet. Easy, easy start and end to the day. We even went in for lunch in the middle of the day, it was that convenient. The condo itself was great, clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out for my husband, me and our 2 boys. Easy process getting keys and finding the place. Covered parking was amazing. Hot tub was great. Highly recommend...just book it!

Stayed 3 nights with family of 5 in this 2 BR condo and we were very pleased. Master king bed was very comfortable. Everything was as advertised. We were extremely pleased with the very convenient location for walking to the gondola. When you walked outside from the lockers, you are probably less than 100 yards from the gondola, which was very nice.
