This second floor walk-up has guests enter into the open concept living and kitchen area. The living area features a large Smart TV, updated flooring, ceiling fan, 1 twin Murphy bed, and a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. Extra linens are stored in a closet for guest use. There are also a variety of board games, perfect for a game night! The first of two shared patio spaces is just off the living area at the entry and offers treed views and fresh mountain air.
Behind the living guests will find the remodeled kitchen with all new appliances stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. This kitchen is stocked with household favorites including coffee + a coffee maker. The breakfast bar offers seating for four.
Behind the living and dining is the full-sized guest bathroom. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combination and granite countertops. The extra bathroom provides convenience for living room guests and privacy for the master suite. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
