The place was very clean and comfortable. You can hear river sounds from the room that was very therapeutic. They have 2 bathrooms that made my stay more convenient. Night sky is amazingly beautiful. I would love to visit again. Thank you!

This rental was a fair experience. Unit was clean and well maintained. I think it probably works best for a winter ski rental rather than a summer rental. The lack of windows that open on the front side makes it difficult to get air flow through the unit on a warm day. Also, it would have helped if comfortable chairs were available in the front and on the rear deck. The chairs that are available are hard metal or plastic with no cushions. We weren't able to sit in them for an extended time period. The inside couch needs to be replaced. It is old and the cushions are flat and provide little support.

Condo was in a great location only a few minute walk from the nearest lift. Property was clean with easy parking and ski storage. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Hot tub is too little for a property of this size. The unit was heated with a gas stove which was finicky to keep running.

Clean and comfortable but some annoyances. The wifi kept cutting out despite multiple attempts to reset the router. There is a bathtub, but the hot water lasts only long enough to fill about 1/3 of it. The electric fireplace is strangely jerry-rigged to a thermostat on the wall and difficult to adjust.
The location near the ski resort is great and despite being on the first floor we had minimal noise from neighbors or upstairs guests. Bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has the general basics (bring spices and oil though!) If you enjoy beers, Steep Brewery is a 10min walk away and has great choices

For a an older property, things were kept up well. Parking was a bit of a nuisance, but I managed, the undercover spots are very tight and people don't park well. Not undercover spots were difficult to find and not clear where you can and can't park. Condo is in great shape and amenties and fixtures are good, some of the electrical outlets (like by kitchen table) are very old and power adapters fall out. The biggest thing: The hideabed matteress needs to be replaced, it is terrible, I let my daughter have the king because she had issues sleeping on it, and I fared only a little better...

Finding a mattress that satisfies the mass amount of renters we see is just not possible, but we do like to see every guest comfortable during their stay. If someone does not like the mattress we can offer a replacement air-mattress or mattress topper if we are made aware of the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Experience overall was great. Only issue was front room heat could only get the room temp up to about 67F (temps were in teens/20s during our stay). Couldn't get the corner gas stove to light, that was probably part of the problem. Everything else with the unit was just what we needed. 5 min walk to Peru lift. Check-in was smooth, frequent texts from rental agency to check on us. Condo was clean and well stocked, appliances were nice.

It was a great stay, everything was clean, organized. The kitchen was well stocked. We have two kids with us, my husband couldn’t sleep in the sofa bed with one of them, it wasn’t comfortable.

We had an amazing weekend getaway to see the beautiful fall leaves. This condo was a perfect place to relax by the river. It was really quiet and you could listen to the song of the river off the back deck. Had everything we needed. It had rained and the underground parking was muddy and quite a mess. Be nice if they could put concrete or add some gravel. Overall we highly recommend this place.

We had a great experience! The condo was clean and comfortable. It is close to amenities, but feels secluded with the river running right behind it. IT was wonderful falling asleep while listening to the river. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a great 4 nite stay at Key Condo #2939. Great in depth instructions on how to check in/check out, local attractions, etc. Up one easy flight of stairs from under-bldg parking, and nice big shared decks at front entrance and off the back bedroom looking over the Snake River. Very quiet, peaceful location, and comfortable clean condo with every need provided. We had a little issue figuring out the TV's in front room and bedroom (lots of remotes!) and getting the thermostats adjusted, but once we did, no problems! We highly recommend this beautiful place and management company!

Wonderful quiet complex with awesome mountain views. Very close to the entrance to Keystone Resort. The owners are top-notch and we stay here every time we visit the Rockies for ski season. I highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. We loved how close and convenient the condo was to the slopes. The bus stop is right out the front door or we could walk to the slopes. We will be back.

Stay was great, the property was well maintained and updated. The bus stop at the property was a plus, easy access to the mountain and village. The only thing that could be improved is a bigger water heater that could fill the jetted tub more than half full.

When we were looking for a place to stay during a summer visit, we wanted to find a place that allowed us to enjoy the beauty of Colorado. This was the perfect find. We were lucky to have a back condo by the river. Every morning we would have breakfast out on the deck, it was so sureal. The place was perfect size for our family of 3. It was very clean. Great kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It was nice to have underground parking, in case there was hail or animals. You do have to climb stairs, so keep that in mind if you cannot do stairs. But, not very many and not an issue for our family. We would definately recommend this place to our friends. Great location by all the hiking we wanted to do in the hills.

Adequate space for 3-4 people. Clean and comfortable with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Located about a 5 minute walk from the Peru lift and includes covered parking and equipment closet for your gear. Good value for the price.

With the 2 bathrooms, this place worked great for us for the one night. Pull out bed was OK but there were sheets missing from the set so only had a flat sheet to work with. Would've appreciated a mattress pad and fitting sheet! Towels were great but overall condition of sheets was poor - thin and slightly discolored. Great location, covered parking. Detailed directions for check in. No salt in the condo!

The Condo is beautifully updated and perfectly clean. You are a 3 minute walk to the lift which makes coming back to the Condo for lunch very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

When a family get away was definitely needed, yet able to stay safe and distant was a concern, we couldn't have chosen a better place! The pictures dont do this property justice! Very cozy, clean and extremely equipped with everything you might need during your stay. They whole process in itself to check in was extremely easy and communication with the property through email and even text with instructions on how to retrieve keys were clear and simple. Location was great! Sky lift was literally next door, 20 min drive to main st. For more shopping and dining but waking up to the sound of a running river right outside your room was a beautiful bonus! Walking out the sliding glass door from your room to a deck covered in snow, trees tall and dusted as well but the river omg! Absolutely gorgeous! Definitely recommend! 5+ stars!

We loved everything about this rental to include the amazing sounds of nature and the river, just steps from the balcony. The rental is equipped with the very basics, it definitely could use some additional cookware items. Also a few items such as a small portable heater, the bathrooms were sooo cold. A blanket for the couch and maybe some outdoor furniture on the balcony to enjoy the river! The ONLY bad part of our stay... The water heater is way too small for the unit. There is a wonderful jetted tub in one of the bathrooms and the water went cold before the tub was even filled enough to use. Very disappointed, took hours to get hot water back. We would absolutely stay again!!!
