Would have been better if the fan was working upstairs on the first night considering it was hot in the room none of the TVs were working so we had to bring our own device too make it work and there was a lock on her TV apparent pin so we couldn't watch that TV downstairs besides that the house is pretty clean and it was beautiful in the area we were at even though it was raining the whole time and we couldn't do nothing we tried to reserve it for a different day or cancel our reservation but they wanted to keep $400 and only give us $180 back for cleaning fee just for being stuck inside the whole time we were there besides eating and going to the store so be careful before you were at this place and read your contract good because if you change your mind you will be out of a lot of money

Thank you for your honest review! I can see that a member of our maintenance team was able to fix all of these concerns during this guests stay! In regards to cancelling or moving a reservation, our policies are sent to all guests in our Rental Agreement before guests fully confirm their stay.
Fantastic experience at a beautiful and spacious property. Fast and easy communication with staff via text messaging. We will be back.

The Unit was out in the woods, very quiet. It was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Having the upstairs allowed for some privacy, but they still had two rooms with 8 beds. The back of the unit looked out onto open space and mountains. The only problem we had was with the washer. Apparently it blew a fuse, but we couldn't find the fuse box. Called the office and they sent someone over right away. Turned out the box was behind a picture in the master br. I give the unit 5 stars.

We had a great stay with friends. We had 4 kids, 3 age 13 and an 11 year old. Having to change the shuttle in different locations wasn’t as convenient for us to get to and from the slopes and we would stay closer in to River Run if we could do again. Love the location peaceful and clean. The hot tub was not convenient for use for our group. That was a con for us. Other than that, small bathroom downstairs floor and seat were cold but it was very cold while we were there. Some trouble regulating temp. The property owners were very helpful and accessible via text. Definitely would recommend it just a few things to think about when considering it.

We’ve stayed at a lot mountain ski rentals and this is near the top. Great quiet secluded place with all you could want. Can sleep a small army of people here if you need, there are so many beds. Easy access to the slope. Clean, comfortable, with a charming mountain vibe. A+

The home is very clean, well furnished and has all the amenities you could need. The location is next to a national forest which offers numerous hiking opportunities. It is also close to ski areas and many restaurants.
