Condo was great. This is the best location in Keystone (especially for the Conference Center which is a short walk under the highway). Spectacular view. King bed. Clean. Well furnished.

Temp in condo when I arrived after dark was 88F. Because it was cold outside. I used a fan to cool it down. The fireplace was warm to touch. I think the pilot light in the fireplace is too high.



Property Management company was almost nonexistent. All instructions were on the computer or phone. Got a keycard from a lockbox.

Compared to other BNBs. No welcome, no interaction. No evidence the place was checked other than the cleaning crew. No contact once in the condo. Do the dishes and takeout the trash before you leave.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Was like coming home and it felt wonderful! The condo was updated, clean, the bed was amazing, and SO much hot water in the shower! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes/pots & pans and utensils, (which is usually not the case)! My favorite place was the small but comfortable balcony...sat out there every morning and every night! Property management was amazing and so organized! Very impressed and will be staying AGAIN!

I really enjoyed the lakeside view. The place was very clean, quite and had all the necessary items for basic cooking. The only critique I have is that the neighbors lights really illuminate the bedroom, despite all the blinds being down....maybe some black out curtains would help. The rental company's check in process was super easy and I was impressed with how they reach out to you to make sure everything is okay. Overall though I really enjoyed this location, view and stay and would definitely book again...maybe with just some eye covers;)

Lovely, well-stocked condo 10’-15’ from A-basin and Keystone, 30-40’ to Copper and Breckenridge! Great to have access to garage to keep car snow-free. Managers were receptive with quickly answering any questions. Key pickup was easy. Some food around, but we found better restaurants and shopping 10’ away in Silverthorne. Overall a very nice condo in a great location! Would happily stay here again.

We had a great stay at the lakeside condo. The price was the best we could find and the location is perfect. We skied at Keystone and had a great time there. The shuttle stop right outside the lobby was super convenient, as was the ski locker and the laundry facilities. We used the hot tub which was the perfect thing. We also used the kitchen a lot to save money on food. It would have been nice if the kitchen was a little more stocked with seasonings and oil, and the unit was a bit hot but that was easily fixed with opening the windows a tad. Those were the only complaints, though, otherwise this place is excellent!

Wonderful and convenient location. Shuttle bus from condo entrance to Peru lift. Elevator, luggage racks and garage were great benefits. East Lake pool often had no hot showers, but SCMR staff and Keystone guest services were helpful in getting that corrected. Free laundry facilities, but one of the washers leaked on the floor which we reported. Hope to stay here again. Watching pond hockey tournament from our living room windows was fun too.

For $300 a night I would expect more compared to all the other places I stayed in keystone.
This one was outdated and not as clean as I would like the place I stay at.
The best part was the location so close to the river run gondola.
I will no be staying here again.

The biggest bummer was the loud dog barking directly above us. We thought the place was supposed to be no dogs. It was also very warm with no ac. 80's decor. outdated.

Thanks for taking the time to evaluate your stay. Owners are always allowed to bring their pets to their units, and there are many locals who live in Lakeshore with pets. That being said, if the barking happened during quiet hours then we suggest guests reach out to us so that we can inform the HOA/security of the issue. This property does not have air conditioning but this is not uncommon in Summit County. We do provide a fan in each bedroom closet to help with the summer heat. We always recommend opening up a window to let in that cool mountain air, it really helps cool the unit off. Please keep in mind if your unit does not have a fan just let us know and we will have one delivered to you.

Just sitting with a glass of wine on the deck and watch the shadows crawl up the mountains as the sun sets is so relaxing. Then the next morning watching the day break over the lake in front of the mountains in front of us. One of the most beautiful places on earth.

Overall a good stay. Location was great, right next to Keystone lake and a hop, skip jump drive to River run village/gondola and all that Keystone offers. Beautiful View and windows made for great bright space, with just enough room for us and our son (he slept good on sofa bed). Our only complaint is the King bed was terrible. Felt like a water bed/very springy and floated with EVERY movement from other person. Horrible sleeping and seems a condo of this nature should have better quality bed. This would make accommodations MUCH much better! Also, our garbage disposal/sink had some issues, but I"m sure this happens from time to time with so many visitors. It came with a garage space, which was really nice when it snowed/colder, so we didn't have to clean off car in the morning. Overall, a good stay, but wouldn't stay again unless bed was replaced and knew we could rest well. Location was nice and quiet at night, just needed a better quality bed!

The rental was nice and a good size. I did find the bedroom to be extremely bright because of the ice skating rink behind it. I think it could be improved with some blackout curtains on the windows. The lights coming in the windows made it difficult for children to fall
Asleep. Also, the pool and hot tub were too cold to enjoy.

I rented this unit for a week while working remotely in Keystone. It was a decent size for one person and the internet was decent. I enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub and also easy access to the blue river trail for biking or running. The bed was comfortable, only issue was some of the lightbulbs were burned out in a few of the rooms, but other than that, the unit was as described. The staff at SCMR was great and was quick to replace my pool pass that was expired. I would rent from them again.

We stayed at Lakeshore condos on Keystone Lake the last week in September. Probably due to staying mid-week, and due to COVID-19, the building was sparsely occupied and the whole village was very quiet. The condo was well furnished with everything we needed. I appreciated the full kitchen as I cooked all our meals. The king bed was very comfortable - soft top and very soft sheets. Everything was clean and they left a bottle of disinfectant spray for us to use as well. Hallway doors and elevators were cleaned often. The view across the lake was lovely. We also appreciate a portable humidifier available to use, as the weather was very dry.

This condo was perfect for our family getaway. There was plenty of space for us and the kids. Picking up keys was simple and the option to add early check-in was perfect. We also cooked several meals and had everything we needed.
The location was great for everything we wanted to do. The kids enjoyed playing at the playground and feeding the ducks. We hope to return in the the winter.

Rental was great, right on the lake. New tile work looks great. Bed and couch were comfortable. Parking was not a problem. Only 2 minor complaints, 1) the cleaning crew did not wipe down the coffee and end tables and 2) some confusion on rental if there was a garage parking option. Didn't need the garage option which was not available (rental said it was) as there was enough parking for two vehicles.

This is a great condo the only problems were with the building itself. We had to use the stairs for the majority of the stay because the Elevator stopped working, fortunately it was working for the days we arrived and left so we could use the bell cart for luggage. There is also a problem with the thermostat... much warmer in the condo than out in the hallway which could not be corrected so we just opened the windows and it worked out fine.

The property was exactly as described on the website. The check-in and -out processes were smooth, with no human involvement. Their app and timely email reminders were really helpful. All amenities were available and working. Also, I guess the plumbing issues mentioned in the earlier reviews had been fixed. The view of the lake and the mountains was so soothing. I had to frequent the Keystone Conference Center and it was a very short walk under the highway to get there. Well, if I have to mention any improvements, I'd say it might be slightly difficult for people to go to the Summit County Mountain Retreats office in the cold (1 stop on the free shuttle), with luggage, to get the keycard, if only relying on public transport. But I don't have an alternative either :-D. So, I'd surely re-book this place if I were to be at Keystone again!

As mentioned elsewhere, the bathroom needs major work - couldn't even get the second door to open due to extreme settling, so had to walk around through the master bedroom every time. Other than that, it was great - good kitchen appliances, heated parking, etc. We did get a bit mesmerized just staring out the window and watching ice skaters and the Zamboni, so that was fun.

We rented the condo for a Keystone ski trip in February. The shuttle stopped right in front of the door. The condo was fine, good-sized. We had one complaint, which was the heat. although we turned the heat entirely off and even opened some of the windows, it was still hot inside, probably about 70 degrees. We called management and they sent someone to look at it, but could only suggest keeping the windows open.

My family of four visited in July. We had a good time on the paddle boat, feeding the fish and ducks, and enjoying the beautiful view of the mountains and lake outside our unit. The condo is near good shopping and restaurants. The condo was relaxing, but the living room furniture is outdated. Got a little posturing the day, but fans helped. Staff were very friendly.

Important note: follow the directions given to you by management. GPS will lead you on a long, winding, uphill mountain with NO guardrails!!!

Two couples staid here for three nights in the winter. It provided great access for a variety of winter recreation. Even though there is just one bedroom and bathroom, there are two separate sinks on either side of the one bathroom so people still have the space and privacy to take care of themselves. Loved the view out the windows. Full kitchen was great. In spite of what we did with the thermostat, the room got too hot. Accordingly, we were forced to open up a window at night. The plastic card/key is too unreliable and too susceptible to getting corrupted so it may not work. In the winter that can be a big deal since there wasn't a lot of people traffic in/out of the building during the week. I got stranded outside without a coat and without a phone, and with a card/key that wasn't working. You trade convenience to businesses for a great view. For example a worthy grocery store is about 7 miles away, as are a couple good breweries. Although I very much enjoyed our stay here, I'll pick something closer to the "action" next time.

We loved our vacation in Keystone! We visited in October, 2016, and the view from the living room/balcony was stunning! Due to it being off-season, the area was peaceful and quiet. Of course, a lot of the stores/restaurants were closed. However, the location is close enough to Dillon/Silverthorne that we had plenty of shopping and dining options.
There was enough room for the four of us (me, my husband, and our two elementary-aged children). The bedroom was comfortable, and the children slept fairly well on the fold-out couch. The bathroom was a bit small, with two doors that open into it from either side, but it worked just fine for us.
I found crumbs on the kitchen counters, debris on the floors, and dishes in the dishwasher (not sure if they were clean, so I left them in there when I ran the dishwasher after we ate). I cleaned the kitchen as well as the bathroom counters/sinks before I felt comfortable using them. The only other issue we had were window treatments not working in the bedroom; the staff promptly offered to come check them out, then replace them.
Overall, we enjoyed our vacation. We would stay here again.

This property is worth every penny! The location was beautiful. It's close to Loveland pass and lake Dillon. It has a great view of the lake and of the mountains. Restaurants are very close. Dos Locos the mexican restaurant down the street had great food and service. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, I couldn't ask for better sleep. The customer service was top notch. They emailed me everything I needed to know. Instructions to get keys were very clear and easy to understand. I would highly recommend this property to all my friends and family.. this by far was the best vacation rental I have every experience!!!

A solid bang for your buck option if you are staying in the Keystone Lodge area. This property is close to everything that you need in the keystone area and the view on the balcony is fantastic. It is not the nicest place in the Village but then you won't find others anywhere near this price.

The Condo was clean, quiet with everything in good working order. Easy access to everything we wanted to do in the area. One thing needed is darker curtains in bedroom, too much light coming through at night.And the fans didn't work very well. The big box fan would move all over the floor so we couldn't use it. Did not find a garbage room next to elevator as described so we took it with us.

Modern kitchen, very comfy bed, good TVs in living room & bedroom, clean although a bit worn (carpet stains & lime deposits on grout). Perfect for our ski trip to Keystone. Can't beat the rate for what you get and where you get it. Couple small things like a stain on some carpet/pillow or finicky hot water, so if you are the type of person who will complain about that look elsewhere, but they are so minor they really don't take away from a great experience. The place was great. Bed was comfortable, rooms had awesome view of frozen lake and mountains. Location was perfect with a shuttle picking up from the lobby to go to keystone. This unit is so cozy and in a great location. A requirement of mine is that the vanity has to be separate from the bathroom so that multiple people can shower/#2 and brush their teeth at the same time. Low and behold this unit has two vanities! A jack and jill style bathroom was a nice touch. And there was plenty of closet space in both vanity areas. There were more than enough towels for our stay. Also came with two humidfiers. The garage was the cherry on the top. There were no instructions on how to access the garage but we were able to figure out that it was the same key as the ski locker key. Not having to wait for the car to warm up in order to melt off the snow on the windshield was awesome. My only complaint is I wished the kitchen was stocked with larger pots and pans. I will definitely return to unit 1533.

Overall, a great condo for the price. A great location with the shuttle at the front door and ski lockers at the front door. Fun seeing the hockey on the lake in the evenings (the noise stops at 9pm so not really a disruption). Major complaint is the inability to turn off the heat in the condo. No matter how low we set it, couldn't cool below 75deg at night (finally figured out we had to sleep with the windows cracked all night). Also, told the parking garage might not be included anymore, note that on busy weekends/holidays close parking was not available!

Our vacation in keystone were amazing and unforgettable. The apartament is pretty, comfortable and near to places for eating, sking and have fun, as the pictures show you are going to find and apartment with all that you need for resting and be relax.

This rental was perfect for my wife two boys and myself. We had a relaxing weekend did a lil shopping and dinner. We also use the kitchen to make breakfast and a birthday cake. This rental was awesome! Great view from living room windows and bed room.
